1 year from date issued. I don't remember the exact date off hand. Your broker should handle converting from restricted for you. Check with them to be sure. Anyway scottrade said they would. Not sure then how many days that takes them so you can actually trade them!

Yes, hoping they purchase a good company and it has some value in one year! One good thing about having to wait to sell......it'll be a long term capital gain! If it has any value!! LOL

Also remember, Evans has no affiliation with HISC any longer.

Value..... Depends. Its a shell right now. What will they buy? Hoping old Hisc CEO Moody has something in the works. He was good at pumping Hisc for awhile, so maybe he can get Evans running for us. He eventually ran Hisc almost into the ground, so I say its hit or miss! Only time will tell!! The thing we have to remember, Moody wants to make money. So chances are he'll get something going here. I just will not hold long at that point! Just my opinion.

damn, lets hope this starts moving, unlike RSHN, which just teased you a bit this week...

should've bought more when it was .0007 - this will definitely reach big levels, just a matter of time is all IMO...

GLTA!

Yep, sooner or later. Just hope I'm still alive to see it.

I wish - I missed 2 years ago my buddy told me about it when it was .0015 and I didn't buy - was skeptical - it shot up to .14 that summer and I wanted to jump off a cliff I was so mad at myself - I bought at .07 after so I'll be in this for a while - I bought more when it was a bit higher than it was at present, but would love if this thign took off... lets all cross our fingers, toes and other parts as well if it helps... lol

I bought at .02, sold half at .14, now hold at average .024, so I'll be here a while too.
Been a LOOOOOOONG wait.
