Homeland Integrated Security Systems Reduces the Number ofOutstanding Common Shares of Stock by 16%

ASHEVILLE, NC, Apr 05, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HISC) announced today that the Company has removed more than 826,000,000 common shares from the float during the first quarter of 2007. This action reduces the number of outstanding shares to 4,207,586,254, which is more than a 16% reduction since December 31, 2006.
The share reduction was accomplished by Homeland's Board of Directors and former Director, Chris Panel removing common shares and converting them to preferred stock.
"This is the second major reduction in shares we have been able to accomplish," stated Brian Riley, Chairman of the Board of Directors and COO. "In 2006 we reported that 30 million common shares had been retired. We were able to increase that amount by another 70 million during the fourth quarter of 2006."

Homeland Integrated Security Systems Announces Record Month for Salesof Cyber Tracker in March

ASHEVILLE, NC, Apr 10, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HISC) announced today that March sales of the Company's patent pending Cyber Tracker were the highest on record. Sales of Cyber Trackers for the month were 359 units valued at more than $186,000. This eclipsed the company's previous high for deliveries which was 239 units delivered in the month of October 2006.
Deliveries of the iDen Cyber Trackers were to a wide variety of industries with multiple applications. Some of the industries included a Middle East telecommunications carrier, a trucking transportation logistics company, an oil company, a forest products fleet, and a state department of corrections.

(PINKSHEETS: HISC) announced today that the Company has the patent pending Cyber Tracker on line and running in 28 states and 5 countries. Currently Georgia has the most units activated with 355, followed by Tennessee with 188, California with 129 and North Carolina with 114.
"Examining our sales data gives us a road map as to where we need to concentrate our efforts for future sales. We have found tremendous success in the South East and it is now time to duplicate those successes in other areas of the country. 1 year from date issued. I don't remember the exact date off hand. Your broker should handle converting from restricted for you. Check with them to be sure. Anyway scottrade said they would. Not sure then how many days that takes them so you can actually trade them!

Yes, hoping they purchase a good company and it has some value in one year! One good thing about having to wait to sell......it'll be a long term capital gain! If it has any value!! LOL

Value..... Depends. Its a shell right now. What will they buy? Hoping old Hisc CEO Moody has something in the works. He was good at pumping Hisc for awhile, so maybe he can get Evans running for us. He eventually ran Hisc almost into the ground, so I say its hit or miss! Only time will tell!! The thing we have to remember, Moody wants to make money. So chances are he'll get something going here. I just will not hold long at that point! Just my opinion.

The required approvals from regulatory agencies include FCC, PTCRB, UL and MET Labs Certifications. According to the company, these approvals would allow Homeland to sell the GSM Cyber Tracker in most parts of the world with the exception of the European Union, which requires the additional CE certification. The company said that CE certification of the GSM Cyber Tracker is in process and expected shortly.

I wish - I missed 2 years ago my buddy told me about it when it was .0015 and I didn't buy - was skeptical - it shot up to .14 that summer and I wanted to jump off a cliff I was so mad at myself - I bought at .07 after so I'll be in this for a while - I bought more when it was a bit higher than it was at present, but would love if this thign took off... lets all cross our fingers, toes and other parts as well if it helps... lol
