Rockelle Signs Contract for Chock full o'Nuts at One of Long Island's Busiest Railroad Stations

Feb 1, 2007 09:00:49 (ET)

MILLER PLACE, N.Y., Feb 1, 2007 (*********wire via COMTEX) -- Rockelle Corp. (RKLC, Trade ), a developer, owner, operator and franchiser of unique quick service restaurants, cafes and food concepts, is delighted to announce that it has received the Village's preliminary approval to open a full service Chock full o'Nuts eatery at the Patchogue, LI Railroad station.

Chock full o'Nuts coffee was founded in the early 1930s in New York City and soon became one of the most favored coffee and quick service food establishments in the greater New York Metro area. In December 2005, the Segafredo Zanetti Coffee Group purchased all of Sara Lee Corporation's U.S. coffee brands, including Chock full o'Nuts.

The Long Island Railroad is one of the busiest commuter lines in the United States and the Patchogue Station serves many hundreds of daily commuters. The current mayor of Patchogue, Paul V. Pontieri Jr., was instrumental in coordinating the Village's meetings regarding this project. When completed, this Chock full o'Nuts franchise will provide much-needed food services for commuters that, heretofore, were not readily available at this station. Rockelle will also have exclusive vending rights.

Gerard Stephan, CEO & Founder of Rockelle Corp. said, "We are very encouraged by this development, as it allows us to enlarge our franchise opportunities with Chock full o'Nuts in the New York Metro area as well as other anticipated locations throughout the United States. Chock full o'Nuts is working with us on acquiring other well-known sites that should allow us to enjoy solid growth in 2007 and later years."

According to Mr. Stephan, Rockelle Corp. has other significant business developments with Chock full o'Nuts, Kahala Corp. and Stewart's Root Beer which they hope to announce in the coming months.

You know I've been following this for a long time. They have steadily been advancing their business plan. Also have the food concessions in some Walmart stores. Hopefully this will just be the start to a prolonged move up.

Rockelle Acquires Stewart's Root Beer
Wednesday February 7, 10:15 am ET

MILLER PLACE, N.Y., Feb. 7, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Rockelle Corp. (OTC BB:RKLC.OB - News), a developer, owner, operator and franchiser of quick service restaurants, cafes and food concepts, is excited to announce that the Company has signed a contract to acquire Stewart's Original Root Beer.

Under this agreement, Rockelle Corp. will acquire Stewart's Original Root Beer from its current owner, Frosted Mug Holdings, LLC. This includes all of Stewart's existing restaurants, plus its valuable and marketable product trademarks. There are approximately 50 licensed, revenue generating Stewart's locations across nine states, plus some franchised sites, all of which provide immediate or residual income to Rockelle.

This acquisition provides Rockelle the added value of the trademark rights to market all of Stewart's products including, but not limited to, Stewart's famous soda syrups, hamburgers, hot dogs and condiments, to name a few. Rockelle anticipates tapping into potential vendor and supply sources throughout the United States. The trademarked products will be mass-produced and placed in supermarkets and grocery stores across the United States.

Currently there are established food concepts, such as Cracker Barrel Restaurants, who serve Stewart's products. Rockelle plans to develop marketing programs to allow for maximum penetration into new geographies, through wholesalers and jobbers, into food and grocery chain outlets throughout the U.S.

Rockelle will be offering franchising opportunities through area development agreements as well as individual franchise location agreements. Rockelle's goal is to expand Stewart's into a national franchise chain domestically, while seeking to establish the Stewart's brand internationally.

``After many months of negotiations, I am extremely excited about this acquisition,'' said Gerard (Jerry) Stephan, CEO & Founder of Rockelle Corp. ``Not only does it provide us with immediate revenue, but it also gives us the opportunity to expand upon the 80 year-old Stewart's brand name, increase our presence in new areas, and develop national and international distribution chains.''

``We have had positive discussions with our other business alliances to permit us to combine various food concepts in single locations. These multi-food-concept arrangements will allow us to offer very attractive franchise business opportunities not currently available,'' added Mr. Stephan.

Rockelle Corp.'s Board of Directors expressed the following; ``This has been a fun company to be associated with. We continue to watch as it grows and are amazed at how Jerry continually develops associations with major companies such as Kahala Corp, Chock full o' Nuts, Blimpie, Wal-Mart and Stewart's. We can't wait to announce what's next. This should bee an exciting year for all.''

RKLC has made a very strong move over the last week. The biggest problem is that not many people are paying attention to it. If you are looking for a quick short term gain it's really hard to tell but it has been holding very nicely at around .20 today. There was very strong buying going into the close yesterday at .18 to .195. I have followed this for a year now and have always felt it was a good long term play. I think what we saw over the last few months has been the company issuing a few shares to move the business forward. Where to enter and exit really is a personal decision but I do think we will see .35 to .50 by weeks end. I could be completely wrong but that is my honest opinion.

Good Luck
Wally

MILLER PLACE, N.Y., Apr 4, 2007 (*********wire via COMTEX) -- Rockelle Corp. (RKLC, Trade ), a developer, owner, operator and franchiser of quick service restaurants, cafes and specialty food concepts, is pleased to announce that the Company has received a broker agreement to represent Chock full o'Nuts. Under this broker agreement, Rockelle Corporations can develop or license Chock full o'Nuts cafes, drive-ins, kiosks and other types of eateries throughout the United States.

Since acquiring the popular, trademarked Chock full o'Nuts brand from the Sara Lee Corporation in December 2005, the Segafredo Zanetti Coffee Group, of Bologna Italy, through its domestic subsidiary, Massimo Zanetti Beverage, USA, has made substantial investment in marketing and awareness programs to facilitate planned expansion throughout the United States.

Gerard Stephan, founder and CEO of Rockelle Corp. noted, "Our business relationship with Chock full o'Nuts has matured over the past several months to the point where Chock has chosen us to represent them in their expansion plans by allowing us to become one of their brokers. Under this agreement, in addition to being able to develop Chock full o'Nuts eateries and cafes, Rockelle will also be able to promote licensee opportunities. Additionally, this agreement allows for Rockelle to receive residual income from every pound of Chock full o'Nuts coffee sold through every location we broker."

Rockelle Corp. expects this broker agreement to produce a successful revenue stream in 2007 and beyond. "When combined with all of our other business developments and alliances, and the recent acquisition of Stewart's Original Root Beer and its trademarks, we have never been more confident of our bright future and our ability to grow shareholder value," concluded Mr. Stephan.

Rockelle Signs Lease For Taco Time(R) Restaurant

May 18, 2007 12:35:00 (ET)

MILLER PLACE, N.Y., May 18, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Rockelle Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: RKLC.OB), a developer, owner, operator and franchiser of quick service restaurants, cafes and specialty food concepts, announces that they have signed a lease for a Taco Time franchise in Long Island, NY.

The February 2007 Quick Service Restaurant Magazine ( www.qsrmagazine.com ) featured Taco Time on its front cover and noted that Taco Time was one of the fastest growing franchises with under 300 locations in 2006. The article also reported that sales for Taco Time exceeded $135 million in 2006, with sales per unit averaging $562,000.

As previously announced, Rockelle purchased from Kahala Corp. ( www.Kahalacorp.com ) the exclusive area development rights for Taco Time for all five Burroughs of New York along with Nassau and Suffolk counties in Long Island, NY. The combined population of Nassau and Suffolk counties and the five Boroughs exceeds 11 million.

"Taco Time uses only fresh, wholesome ingredients and prides itself in offering healthy choices. From vegetarian items to their unique line of crisp burritos, they use skinless chicken and low-fat beef that is never frozen," said Mr. Gerard Stephan, Rockelle's President & CEO. "This Taco Time will be in Port Jefferson Station, LI, NY, in the heart of Suffolk County. The area population is approximately 1.5 million people and the location is near several local colleges and universities."

Mr. Stephan added, "This location will have both sit-down dining and drive-thru access. Additionally, through Rockelle's relationship with Chock full o'Nuts, we will be able to offer a full line of coffee and breakfast items. That gives us the ability to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will use this location as the model for future New York area Taco Time franchise sales."

Mr. Stephan continued, "I built the first Quizno's in Suffolk Co. just four years ago, and now there are over fifty locations. I feel we can have the same type of success with Taco Time. We are excited about our relationship with Kahala Corp. and look forward to what Taco Time will do for our revenue and company growth in the years ahead."
