The fact that Bernard Speigel is in Winsor this morning to discuss the audit is a great step in the right direction. He will be there at 8am sharp today.
By the way, the company is completely shut down today and maybe tomorrow as well while Speigel does his thing,. I doubt anyone will be able to reach the company today, so don't freak out if they are closed. This is expected and only proves that Speigel is doing what he is there to do.

It is confirmed, the Engagement Letter Is Signed!!! Speigel is right there right NOW getting the paperwork needed. It's now OFFICIAL!

Call them and ask about the accountant being there. The actual business is closed today because the accountant from Speigel went to discuss making audited financials for SLJB.

It's not that we don't believe you utvolsfan, it's just that I question the reason behind them being there and at this point, don't expect any so-called audited's to be anything NEAR the last BS projection.
It's been good for a flip though.

They may nont be anywhere near the previous projections, but becoming a fully reporting company will definitely help out a PPS that is hovering around half a penny. A completion of the investigation, fines to those who deserve them, audited financials, and a couple contracts can definitely help out the PPS.
