Really, I bought in here and am waiting to see the results. I know how hot that area of Arizona is - once they redo the Hoover Dam bridge Kingman will explode. Instant Vegas suburbs will pop up.

I've been laying in the weeds on this one. There has been nearly no volume for days. This needs some kind of pr before considering this play. I agree this could explode but needs a pr to give it a good kick in the ass.

Well, best time to load is obviously before the PR. PR will take this stock to 50day average opening price which 0.0030. That's 100% gain at the open.
I don't think there is much shares out there really.

10day volume average is now 2.3 million shares. Current Shares Outstanding is 12 million shares.
Stock is taken out from Naked short list.
Technicals are good. Normal share price is at least 0.015. Current price is 0.0015
I think with or without PR, we are ready to fly. All it takes is couple of million shares to execute.

Here is what company says in the latest report about their future finance.

4. On March 31, 2006, the Company has a $1,000,000 note receivable from the sale of 100 lots in Kingman, Arizona which should bring over $6,800 a month into operations.

-No sellers. -Buyers are waiting on the side for technicals and PR. -Very low float.. -Naked short selling is not possible.. -With low/no volume, they take 10 day average volume to lower values. It moved from 12 million to now 2 million in a week. This is a way to create new trends. -Shares outstanding is just above 10 million..and that will be gone with the next pop.
I won't be suprised if we see 0.03Posts: 2102 | From: Dayton, Ohio | Registered: Feb 2006

I'm thinking to buy about 3-4 million shares.. Do you expect news tomorrow? I agree that Chart looks really good.

If you look at their last filing it says that SEC requires to file on or before 15 of the month.
If you want to wait by then to buy your shares, it's up to you.. but when news pops there is no guarantee about the price. Best time to buy is when the volume is slow. Good Luck.

That means.. Nobody has shares to sell you.. Just get all you can at these prices.
There is only some 10 million shares out there.. Anything below 0.0025, I think still a good bargain..
I expect that with news we shall see near 0.0070 first then come down a bit near 0.0025 then move back up toward 0.02 or higher.

GLLC is in the development of 1000 unit retirement housing in Las Vegas.. They've got first 100 order already and with that their revenue went up 4000%... Imagine remaining unit sales.
Expect PR related possible financing or better structuring..
