The reason this is down is simply that there is no reason to buy it. The company hasn't communicated with shareholders or potential investors.

I've been watching this for a while. Now that's what I call a dip from .0015 last week to .0005 today. This one needs a pr or it can go all the way down because there is no momentum. IMO

This is from their last filing. I wonder what the new number is...TMAN...

tman, Are you implying that they have sold more shares into the market since the last share count was filed? Why would a company want to do that?

Aint what these companies do? lol It is way oversold and the cmf is red so maybe that aint it but when I get ahold of the TA I will let yall know if our money has been taken to their bank or not. TMAN...

I contacted the TA and the outstanding shares are (drum roll)...291 million and change. The positive thing is that they havent diluted since the end of November and the AS is 298 million.

100% agree... I have 4 pinks left... I will never buy anymore pinks... 2006 was my last year and I have been trading in pinks since 2002... I will hold what I have left (and yes, they are all Red)then sell everything by March of 2007.

291 million??? On page 7 of this thread, RCAnalyst states that the OS was 12 million. That's the best way to raise capital - screw your shareholders!

Just their one property in Az. has 1000 lots that are expected to sell for an average of $79,900. Thats a whopping total value of $79,900,000, or .27 per share (at 291 mil). Now granted, that is not all profit so lets say they only make 10% on the sale (seems low), thats still $7,990,000 or .027457 per share ACTUAL. This is not even considering x10 for current share valuation. .0005, give me a break.

I agree Jim, that this price is somewhat out of whack. Hopefully we will make a run after the first of the year. I may have to pick up some more. That will surely allow others to buy even cheaper. LOL. The one thing I like is the TA was very open and helpful and didnt hesitate with any info and they cant dilute much more, unless they go over their A/S like someone else we know. lol. TMAN...

You may be right, but ive seen a billion companies that should be valued much higher, but just arent.

How do you expect a run? this company never says anything... they don't release PR's, they don't inform shareholders... this "SCAM" caught up with the shareholders!!!
