IMO it means that they will not be reporting any longer any company activity through the SEC. That means that they can increase/decrease authorize shares, buy sell whatever the hell they want and we wont have a clue. They have just become like any other pinksheet pos. TMAN...

That news doesn't mean much.. It simply means that GLLC is now not REQUIRED to file under the new Rule 12g-4.. Rule says that if the company asset is less than 10 million then they would not be required to register. Simply SEC wants to help number of companies that are below certain asset threshold. Because filing is costly.

Nothing abnormal about the bid and ask... I've seen stocks after hours post Bid at $.01 and Ask at $100.00

I know we didn't get the greatest news couple weeks ago, but isn't the volume drop a bit drastic especially without that much of a price move? or once again, is this normal?
