That is my understanding as well. I took a look at the charts and indicators too - everything is setup to be TERRIFIC, particularly with news!

5:30 is correct, looks like were gonna have an end of day sell off as some just dont want to risk the 10q not being filed. The company has a history of filing at the last second.

Wow pretty minimal sell-off closed at .049, now cbay has an hour and a half to file this 10q. Based on the price movements I would suspect they would.

Some kinf of error the filling is the same one from last quarter. This is not the correct filling

Selling more stock? You mean this part -

The Company has no current plan in place to raise additional capital. The Company may sell additional stock, arrange debt financing or seek other avenues of raising capital.

That is in EVERY publicly traded companies paperwork. Nothing new.

So is the 10Q posted on the SEC website still a "Preliminary Draft" or are those the actual financial numbers? I'm staying in until this thing drops to .035.

P.S. This is my first penny stock purchase so it's been fun taking part, even though I'm down $400 at this point :-)

I don't think I would make any moves today, but that is just me...it shouldn't go much lower, if any, and alot of this activity/non-activity is strictly Christmas related.

Guys they are diluting by way of conversions. Last 10q, 21 mill O/S. This one 42 mill O/S...as of Sept. 30th. So, i'll bet it is higher now.

Just trying to help you guys out.
