Paul

IMO
you need to be more patient when you buy and when you sell, you will not make a killing in 1 day rarely with any penny stock, and the people that make good $$ in 1 day, A) are usually buying $5,000, $10,000, or $25,000+ transactions in 1 stock looking to make 5-20% and their out ,and
B) they buy stocks they have a very good grasp of DD, and confidence in the business and C) they buy at the right price>LOW....

and finally
D)for the rest of us not making the big boy buys, it usually takes at least a few weeks of holding to make that 25-50% gainer, and with luck and timing even higher gains in a shorter span

IMO you will have more luck by following the big boys/girls strategy B and C.....and the rest of us
D

Ohio take a look at Terx.
I missed that one for the second time.
I made a few $'s the first climb, but now I see when it went back to 16 cents that was another buy time.

I'm learning something new everday. I'm still very green, but 2007 should be a pretty good yr for me.
Its a fresh start. As you say I plan to buy bottom plays and hold.
i think I'm catching on.
deal is not to buy stocks on peaks, which I've been doing.

yeah i see that stocks can move up and down in one day, so little dips can fool ya
Like wensday i bought PYPR, Thur it tanked I sold for a $600 loss, now today its a healthy green and had I held 12 hours longer could have made 300 profit.
Live N learn I guess.
Once a bull now I bearish.

yes they do file... they are an OB company, www.edgaronline.com and search CBAY they are a reporting company who is late to their deadline hence the E placed at the end of the symbol..they just recently filed form NT 10Q and it states within 5 business days of their deadline they will file the 10Q

yes i understand they did file in the past. What i'm trying to say is that they might not file this time. I hope they do though for everyone who is in it.

Well how am I to invest CONFIDENTLY if no one is sure IF we will seea Q, ANS IF it will be good.

I know the stock is rock bottom.
But is it ready to move?
This is my only concern.
So will it move up?
When?

according to what they just filed, form NT 10Q which is what a company files notifying SEC that they will file late, they state that they will file within 5 business days of the original due date, which would be implying that they are still going to file
