I have seen many shady penny stocks, I have talked to them personally many times and you can check my post I have followed them for a while. This stock will be back up to 10-15 20 cents a share. They are doing everything to combat the shorting, NOBO list, buyback, what more would you want!

I think there's some more in this stock to be had . I'd just sit on your stock right now and wait . I wouldn't buy anymore unless you are comfortable with the PPS as it sits .

Read from another board that a $14M settlement in CBAY favor, along with talk of filing 10Q before extension up. Also a few more PR's on the way about acquisitions within month.
All this is unverified by me. Do your own DD. Don't rely on my posts.

looks very promising from these levels. If in fact they do have a settlement and more acquisitions on the way, this will fly from these levels. JMHO I'm in at .043 and .045. might even gap in the morning...

can someone fill me in on why this has dropped from .25 to these levels in only a few short months? According to the CEO the assets alone should have us trading around .25... I'm still digging and researching, just didn't know if anyone who has been in this awhile had any answers.

According to today's PR, the CEO is reporting their property portfolio is now in excess of $100 million with equity of $40 million, and will be reflected in the upcoming 10Q (which could be released anyday). According to the companies PR dated Nov 16, they had an O/S of 78 million shares, 103 million class B shares, and 9.5 million shares awaiting cancellation, bringing the approximate number of shares outstanding to 172 million. Now, if you divide the companies asset equity of $40 million by the O/S of 172 million you get a book value of $0.23 for each share of CBAY. Even if you only use a multiple of x2 you still get $0.46 which is a 1000% gain from today's closing price of $0.046. This is a no brainer IMO, I'll be buying first thing in the morning. Once they file the 10Q and release a PR with those numbers this will fly... GLTA

Our system posted a BUY CONFIRMED today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 11.17.2006 (12) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0620. Since then CBAYE has fallen -18.23% .
BUY-IF is confirmed by a white candlestick with a lower open and a higher close. The buying price is the previous close ( 0.0460 ) according to the Rules of Confirmation.
The recent bullish formation leading to the BUY-IF signal is confirmed today. The market is ready for a new bullish move. Though the market opened lower today, the day’s activity created a white candlestick that closed above the previous close. This is a valid confirmation criterion.

yup, that's what they do best. LOL. Yesterday was almost all buys with 2 million in volume and they still kept a lid on it. IMO they are trying to scoop up cheap shares from weak hands before these numbers come out...
