Can't build there. I just found out its in costa rica. Good for a tax write off. This was an excellent move by Mike!

I certainly f----ing hope so!! FOSTR & I need a lift on some stocks into the green!! We seemed to have bought in on the same ones, and we held a little too long. This sucks, all money tied up and have to wait for the stocks to go back up to sell.

Nice little green light for the tree this morning.
Too much interest in it for me to pass it of as a PD. I'm afraid this one will have to go long for better or worse. Figure mt odds are better than the casino and I get to play for longer.

Giving a tax break to the stock holders does not increase total assets. There is no reason for the price to go up.

well at least it is another piece of positive news, if the mm's would let this run a little, it would generate some more interest thus pushing he pps higher. cant hold this down much longer imo

I am still new to this so will someone tell me if I understand this right.this is right. Due to the div of land all the shorts will have to cover and with the div being land the shorts can not make money off of the div.

If your broker is short then they probably won't give you the div. You have to contact them about the div to make sure you own actual shares and not an IOU.

This is how the div is going to flush out naked shorts. I have pypr stock with a couple different brokers. If one of them can't give me the div then I know that certain broker is short. Sometimes they don't give you real shares for the actual stock you bought. They just give you IOU shares then they use your money to short the stock you just "bought."

Can’t you see all the millions of investors lining up to buy into PYPR to get there square meters of pristine jungle-front property, snakes and stinging things and all! Just so they can pay property tax and run around and whack at vines, trees, and other things with a big knife
