Doesn't the issuance of these PDRs open the company up to dilution in the longterm?

PayPro, Inc. Acquires The Corobici Wildlife Refuge in Costa Rica
Thursday November 30, 6:40 am ET

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PayPro, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: PYPR - News) is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Corobici Wildlife Refuge, Canas, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, Central America.

PayPro, Incorporated is committed and dedicated to the sustainable preservation of Earth's Flora, Fauna and Water resources in every part of the world we operate in. Every project, development, and venture we are involved in will have an environmental commitment.

Our MicroForest programs will play a vital role in combating global warming by regulating the world's temperature and weather by storing large quantities of carbon and water. The continued destruction of the world's forests is responsible for a large part of the globally elevated carbon dioxide (CO2) level which is the major driver of global warming. Conserving the remaining Tropical Forests and planting new Tropical Forests would reduce the rate of CO2 emission and buy more time while better alternatives to burning fossil fuels are developed.

The PayPro MicroForest Programs provide a tax deductible, simple, convenient but effective way for individuals, families, corporations or other groups to contribute to this effort by becoming "carbon-neutral."

I'm gonna have to buy myself a real live Christmas tree I guess, so I can see a little bit of green, also, FOSTR!!! Qbit made a small comback today, so that was a bit of green in the portfolio. Would like to see this go back up to .007 again!!!

Yes, FOSTR, I guess we are in the same stocks!! At least we can joke about it though, not like a lot of people in here. I have had so many internet orders to put together for Christmas that I have not been paying close attention to my portfolio, thus missing the sell times. Now I am like you, waiting for the next run!!

good for you it is the colors of the season, silver and green just leave out the red, now if I could get a couple of mine to turn green I could buy the silver...
LOL
maybe the first 2 weeks in dec will be a good for a lot of us, would like to be free and clear from most of these by the 15th so I can regroup for the start of the new year
we will see.

The charts are all way oversold. I am just looking for a bottom to add and ride it back up. It has to start soon unless they are diluting.

They are NOT diluting. There was a meeting a few days ago with some shareholders and the CEO. There is no diluting, there will be no R/S, and he cares about the shareholders. Read the Ihub thread for this last week. Many questions were compiled and asked, and all the answers were posted on that board.

I agree with you FOSTR. My thoughts that are many who got in, in the triple .000's are getting out now. After that spike, and the drop on news, I'm sure many of them started to get nervous, and they're dumping their shares. Hopefully most are done, and it DOES start heading up again!

Wise, very wise.

Silver is king..

Patience with PYPR will pay.

Look at the chart. After the first high to .0046 we went to .0018 and even lower before the jump to .007.

I still think we see .009-.01 by the EOY. IMO
