I see lots of people here that are probably just hanging around for a quick flip. This is a long term play, folks. Most of my position (which is fairly substantial) is being tucked away for a rainy day a year from now

I'm happy to see a nice base forming in the .002 range. So long as we stay here, this thing is going to be a rocket when they issue a great PR (which is, IMO, inevitable).

Yep pretty sad to say the least. This company is moving forward quickly and poised to be a huge play. The bonus here is they actually care about the stock and are doing everything in their power to acheive a higher pps. Looking forward to financials which in a previous PR are supposed to be before Nov.15, in addition they mentioned a potential buyback. Won't be suprised if we get that news soon. All in all a winner here that will soon be in the spotlight IMO. Last few days the MM's have done anything necessary to keep the PPS down with strong buying pressure. Short position here has to be enormous.

With each pull down I put order for some more...

ON friday saw it was down to 0.0034 and placed an order for 0.0033 and got few more..

I have been big on the company and its earnings would take this baby to heaven!

Pretty good actually.. cept that 2mill at .0002 was so much nicer! I'm not flipping either.. I keep hearing that it's going to hit the pennies.. so I'll wait it out! Looks to me like some big money found PYPR. I'm always leery about making predictions, but I think we found a new base in the .006's, and I don't think many investors are willing to cash anything out until they see financials.

I think we'll continue to see lots of accumulation going on from now till wednesday. I also think that once we see the financials, that's when we're going into exponential growth mode.

Huge companies, huge projects, major players, potential share buyback; man, I love this company.

Why not buy more PYPR? Don't you think the pps will break out? With all the big company's PYPR is working with and efforts to expand, it seems to me we'll have much higher highs through out the year. In my mind, it's a no brainer.

this is how I read the candles
Sept 2/low at .0005 >>>>>>oct 8/the run ends at .004

Next run starts Oct 15 at .002 ends yesterday
Now it needs to resettle for its next bull run, which I hope to be a part of.

My best guess is week after thanksgiving in the upper .003's , I'll start buying at low .004's.
Every stock has the run and the pull back.
I saw the charts and thought something doesn't look right here.
I felt it was too high, bought anyway.
And next day, pull back.
I'm not a bit worried as I know I;m going to make money, good money on this stock in the yrs to come.

I had two indicators going off for a bounce. This was similar to the last big dip. It bounced off the 20ma at .0045 and then it bounced off 50 rsi.

That's a bombshell, if I ever saw one.

I think one of the biggest fears potential investors in PYPR have is the large O/S. We're on our way toward relieving some of those concerns.

This PR really shows that management is concerned with shareholder value, IMO.

It's nice to see Mike Terrell holding true to his words. This buyback of O/S should really help the valuation to PYPR. Then add in the major ventures and acquisitions that will be reflected in the 4th quarter equates to a great year.

If you annualize it at $3.6m/qtr that's $14.4 million per year in profits. Leaving the O/S at 7.6 Billion and using the average PE ratio of 15 (avg since 1920's), the valuation is $0.028 (2.8c/sh). Using a PE of 50, which is still low compared to many that trade 100+ PE ratio, the valuation is $0.095 (9.5c/sh).

Share buy back and cancellation is in the works per PR. And not only has the company said they were doing that, they cancelled 2 BILLION right at the start. Now, if we take 1 Billion off the O/S, leaving 6.6 Billion, the above numbers become

PE of 15 = $0.033 (3.3c/sh)

PE of 50 = $0.109 (10.9c/sh)

THIS DOESN'T INCLUDE 4th QUARTER NUMBERS. They are expected to be significantly higher, as they include all the projects the company has recently announced, including the $80mil restricted stock placement.

If for the year, profits are just $80mil. Even using a 1:1 PE ratio, that values the stock at $0.012.

The avg PE since 1920 is 15 = $0.182 and if we look at a PE of 50 = $0.606 .

The pps seems to be lower than what the valuation calculations work out to. I'm surprised investors aren't seeing this and scooping up these cheep shares. By next quarter the numbers will put us much higher.

i don't think it is going to go any lower than .0039. That is the same 30ma support that held pypr up on its last big dip. It also hit the 50 rsi mark. So after hitting those two marks I am confident that this will head up from .0039. I have added a little to my positin on this dip. I still haven't sold anything because I do not want to contribute to the panic selling and hedge fund dumping.

We had 9 mm's at the ask and 6 at the bid. So I knew it was going to be a down day because of that disbalance. Didn't think it was going to go down this much. MM's are playing their games again imo. Causing a lot of panic selling again.

It might be another week or two of stagnation before recovery.

Here is what I am looking at not that I am all knowing just hopefull.

The Williams %R is comming out of oversold and at -65 headed to -50. The slow stock %K is crossing over and RSI has started up across the 50 line just like the last run. The chart link is below. I could not get your link to work.

But strange that The S-t-o-c-k-d-o-c-t-o-r wopuld email a member here, who posted that email around the 17th, the exact day the SD said he sold, and the very same day american bulls posted a SELL on PYPR.
I believe The SD read AB's SELL and he SOLD, which sent PYPR into the skids.
Now if you and others feel its in a recovery stage, thats your right.

ABs form my experience puts a lot of weight on candlesticks as the main chart for their recommendations. The current candle is not a buy but as they post indecision. The reason that I am optimistic is the stock is in an uptrend and is forming an up channel. The current drop was after a positive PR. IMO profit taking. But if I were all knowing I would already be retired. LOL Good luck next week I hear a pie calling my name.

They are NOT diluting. There was a meeting a few days ago with some shareholders and the CEO. There is no diluting, there will be no R/S, and he cares about the shareholders. Read the Ihub thread for this last week. Many questions were compiled and asked, and all the answers were posted on that board.

Look at the chart. After the first high to .0046 we went to .0018 and even lower before the jump to .007.

I still think we see .009-.01 by the EOY. IMO

wow I've learned somthing today. When the big money pulls out of a stock, nothing can save it. This stock has a 1 month run from the .002's to .007 now back to mid .002's. Now with HUGE NEWS, it does not make a move back up. I guess as they say never fall in love witha stock.
I hope to sell later today for a 6 hour ride to no where, just breakeven.
I recall someone saying about CBAY, ...SOS, its sinking..I think the same can be said for PYPR.
SOS Hype and fluff only take a stock so far. Once its done, its done.

I don't get this, we are under a pe ratio of 1. With the earnings we should be over a penny. All the people who left this stock and don't come back will feel stupid,jmo. 4th quarter earnings should prove a lot. They are supposed to be audited. Shorts are winning for now.

PYPR has gone down lower than I ever thought it would. I have really taken a big hit on this one breaking one of my rules on holding loosers. Well live and learn. Hopefully we will see a reversal the rest of the week.

If your broker is short then they probably won't give you the div. You have to contact them about the div to make sure you own actual shares and not an IOU.

This is how the div is going to flush out naked shorts. I have pypr stock with a couple different brokers. If one of them can't give me the div then I know that certain broker is short. Sometimes they don't give you real shares for the actual stock you bought. They just give you IOU shares then they use your money to short the stock you just "bought."

In order to transfer beneficial ownership of the 4th Quarter Dividend, "One square meter of the Corobici Wildlife Refuge, Canas, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, Central America, for every 10,000 shares of common stock", the board is requesting all shareholders contact their broker to make sure they are listed as a Non Objecting Beneficial Owner (NOBO) before December 20, 2006, the record date, which will assist the company in a more accurate accounting of the company's shareholders position. In addition the company will make available a web portal so each shareholder can register to be part of the Fundacion PayPro. PDRs, which represent beneficial ownership of their underlying assets, cannot be transferred through a third party (i.e. Stock Broker). All PDR's must be issued directly to the beneficiary. The Fundacion under Panamanian law cannot disclose any information about PDR holders, which includes names, amount of shares owned, number of square meters, etc, to any third party. PayPro Incorporated has authorized sufficient number of square meters of the Corobici Wildlife Refuge Canas, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, Central America to transfer, to all legally registered shareholders, their dividend on the 22nd day of January 2007. Army of bashers? Come on. A few people are pointing out some potential red flags of this being a long term investment. The bashing is actually being done by the proclaimed longs who are attacking anyone who disagrees with their assesment.

As I stated there, this will probably run nicely until the 20th but the prospects long term cannot be judged until audited financials and other independant verification of the company's health is done.

I'm always concerned when a company puts out PR's just to prop the PPS and issues a Divy that is only being issued to cause a "short cover".

Who here is excited about getting a piece of land in a tropical rain forest that will never be able to be built on?

I'm in. I've flipped this a few times since .0007 but not deluding myself with the $1 plus PPS numbers that are being thrown out over there.

This should be a good Momo play up until the Divy but be careful. Take your profits when you have them and hold a few shares out of the profits to see if it goes anywhere. You will never get hurt that way.

When about 20-30 new people show up on the board at about the same precise time, claiming this is a horrible investment... I would call them bashers. Most of those people have never posted on the PYPR before in their life and now they have suddenly become PYPR experts and are trying to save the rest of us from bad investments, come on! LOL

I have been reading and found out that A-Trade would not allow buy orders only sell. That could be part of the problem. I could see the price drop started with that then panic selling taking over. Hopefully we will see a recovery end of the week. I can't believe how much they are allowed to manipulate this market.
