Blackout Media Corp.'s (PINKSHEETS: BKMP) The Fight Network Inc. is pleased to announce that it has signed a multi-fight programming deal with Groupe Yvon Michel ("GYM"). The agreement will see The Fight Network air fourteen (14) current boxing events produced by GYM.
"GYM is the most active boxing promotion in the country and we are thrilled to have it on our schedule," said Brian Sobie, VP of Programming for The Fight Network. "It gets monster ratings in Quebec and we expect it to do the same when we bring it to the rest of the country."

well my shares are still worth little. BKMP always puts out good news and it goes down. everyone says a US PR will skyrocket the PPS but i dont think thats the case. need to get rid of 13 billion shares to something lower and show some strong income

I think you're definitely wrong about the US deal not bumping us up. Even with all those shares we would definitely move. Just because a lot of people are waiting for that news to buy in. It will move it. Demand will be high. I mean it moves now when millions of shares are bought, so it will definitely move when billions are bought.

I posted this last night, some liked it, some made fun of it, but here it is for the morning crowd.
Now the following is JUST MY OPINION but if it carries through then HRHR's comments in the past COULD be correct.
Step 1) Company buys back entire O/S which is 13 Billion. This means ALL shares that we have would be naked shorts.
Step 2) Company issues a dividend of 10,000:1 preferred shares to all shareholders.
Step 3) Company Lets the preferred shares get into out account.
Step 4) Company issues a cash dividend on the preferred shares of .005 per share.
What does this do? Well, the company is only obligated to pay the dividend on the preferred shares to 13 billion shares. IF the company owns 13 billion shares they don't owe ANYTHING. Who owes US a cash dividend on the preferreds. The broker (UBSS) that was naked short on BKMP. So what is the broker willing to pay to BUY our preferreds from us.....anything less than the cash dividend of .005.

I'm with Bell ExpressVu, so I don't have TFN yet. But, my brother-in-law is signing up with Videotron next month and he's taking TFN in his package.
The others majors, Star Choice and Rogers, also carry TFN, no doubt about that.

Just got my divi. They show as BLACKOUT MEDIA CORP PFD, no ticker. I got 1:1 and the value is 0.
The regular shares now show like this : BLACKOUT MEDIA CORP(WY) What does the WY stands for?

I also got my divi's in my Scottrade account but it is showing with a symbol of L994 and I have only 1 mil shares. What do you make of it bro. Is yours that same.
