12-24 months? Give me an f'ing break. If the U.S. satellite carriers wanted TFN so bad, this deal would have been inked by now.

Keep dreaming big, because this POS is not moving anywhere anytime soon.

Here's what is not making any sense... if Winick's explanation for zero revenues holds true, what makes anyone think they are going to turn revenues when TFN hits America?

TFN is all over every satellite and cable provider in Canada. And from that major coverage, BKMP is making zero dollars. So how is it going to be any different when TFN comes to America?

If they are making zero dollars with full Canadian coverage, how they are going to make dollars from full American coverage? The stake will remain the same (20%).

that is a good question nirvana. my only explanation is maybe that tfn and bkmp have a clause stating that bkmp doesnt recieve revs until a certain point of profitability. i am not sure really but we can only hope that bkmp will one day recieve a trickle down of profits if tfn becomes profitable. i think when we get to america and go international it will be hard not to make big $$$. sandy has a shady past we all know that and we would like to think that this time it will be different but only time will tell. a reverse split of the prefereds could be really sweet for shareholders that stuck this out. i am hoping that we open trading one day at .0001x.0002. folks dont forget we also have the wagering network that has not been talked about for some time. i wish you all the best of luck and i am in this for the long haul i am a true investor to the moon or down into the basement of no return.

sincerely your bkmpidiot 34 million and a few gazillion prefereds long and strong.

Nice try Noah, but I have never heard of any type of agreement like this. That would be a very odd clause to a contract.

Most of us are banking on a run when the contract PR comes out. If you don't think it will happen, then go find another stock to gamble on. You are spending WAY too much time caring about a stock that you think is a POS. Go worry about your own POS. How many of us do you see hanging out in your thread reminding you on a daily basis that you are never going to break even on your POS?

everyone try to get along. we are either going to bank on this or we aint so lets just see how this pans out. until then it is always best to try to keep the board focused on discussing the actual company and stock and keep the insults and sexual references to a minimum. there are other boards for those purposes.good luck today. i think we get a bit of volume today not sure why but just a guess.

Georges "Rush" St. Pierre Clothing Line Now Available Only at The Fight Network.Com, Announces Blackout Media Corp.
9:02a ET November 14, 2006 (Comtex)

Blackout Media Corp's (PINKSHEETS: BKMP) The Fight Network(TM), North America's first and only twenty-four (24) hour combatant sports and entertainment channel, announced today that its merchandising and licensing division has signed an exclusive deal to design and release a one-of-a-kind apparel line around UFC(R) number one welterweight contender and Canadian mixed martial arts champion Georges "Rush" St. Pierre.

"Georges was very hands-on working with our designers to come up with the creative," said Mitch Cone, VP of Merchandising & Licensing for The Fight Network. "I think when his fans get to see the apparel they will agree that we successfully captured the 'Rush' essence that Georges gives his fans when they see him compete each and every time out."

The Fight Network's Fight Branded Clothing designs and manufactures unique apparel lines inspired by The Fight Network brand and all the athletes who compete or have competed in the various sports of boxing, wrestling and mixed martial arts, which make up The Fight Network television, radio, mobile and web content offerings worldwide.

"The Fight Network has been great to me in coming up with a unique clothing line that truly represents how I feel as a professional athlete," said St.Pierre. "I hope my fans all over the world enjoy the design and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for all the support they have shown me as I get ready this week for the biggest match of my career," he added.

Rush Wear is now available exclusively through The Fight Network website at www.thefightnetwork.com

It is funny how the bagholders wield personal attacks and refuse to deal with the real issues and answer the real questions...

Why can't you explain how BKMP is going to generate revenues in America if they cannot even generate revenues in Canada after having Canada completely locked down?

What is going to make it any different?

Sandy said the real money comes when BKMP is sold. I think he means that the real money comes when BKMP sells its 20% of Blackout Communications. Part of the money from that sale will be given as a dividend to the preferreds and part will be kept by BKMP for future adventures.

Nirvana.......shhhh.....think
TFN creates the revenue and the revenue runs the company........It hires new people and enhances a buildout that has been nothing short of spectacular in 1 year. TFN has visibly, been pumping $$ into expansion. Just look at the hires, the internet presence, the store, the contracts etc. Was that all free??? We are 1 year old! AS the company grows and as revenues grow and subscriptions grow, and as retail grows, as radio grows etc, the BRAND (TFN) becomes very valuable and a likely takeover target at a price exponentially higher than todays. Keep up the good work......price will take care of itself and is currently driven by impatient flippers and weak hands...Someone is getting a lot of very cheap shares IMO

Dude, BKMP owns 20 percent of TFN/Blackout Communications and all of its offshoots. BKMP is WORTH 20 percent of TFN/Blackout Communications and all of its offshoots. As TFN/Blackout Communications grows and expands and becomes an international monster, BKMP will be worth 20 percent of whatever that monster becomes. It is not a hard concept to figure out.

What is ANYTHING worth? Things are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them. If you think TFN/BKMP is not worth anything... you need to take your business elsewhere. How is that for a pump?
