IMO, given the choice of spending my money on 1 billion shares of this, or one share of a NYSE dividend-paying stock...... I'll take the NYSE. Cause eventually you'll end up with just one share of this, at .0001.

The deeds of AUGC have been well documented and include massive and virtual annihalation of shareholders postions thru a number of actions that include
1. issuing hundreds of millions of S-8 shares to so called "Consultants" who AuGRID admists pubically no services were performed
2. 3 massive reverse splits
3. admisssion of incorrect financial statements
4. issuing hundres of p.r.'s promising some sale, some contract, yet sales per their own admission are zero
5. showing zero in cash
6. real stock price, reverse adjusted is .0000000004
7. lies about cpa firm
8. lies about gifting shares back to shareholders reversed out.
9. pawning off dan rubin as a consultant and netting $ 1.5 million dollars from dan rubin deal.. then dan rubin was arrested
10. having their stock being part of massive pumping and dumping.. (issuing dozens of p.r.'s surrounded by huge price and volume spikes, followed with an even deeper stock price crash)

Rivr, apparently you are being sucked in as the rest of us were. The company kept putting out glowing reports about fantastic gains. And then one day there was a surprise R/S. Those who are laughing will be crying if they buy this stock. I'd be willing to bet there will be another R/S as soon as they are done diluting it past all believability again. All this is just IMO, but be careful, they've done it before. I'm quiet, you've been warned.

After completing a preliminary due diligence visit to the target company, AuGRID has placed a deposit and set terms for the upcoming acquisition of a U.S.-based company with approximately $2,800,000 in annual revenues.
