Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year On or around September 8, 2006, as a direct result of the company's reorganization effort and in a constant effort to remain in compliance MJ Shaheed, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of the corporation completed the retention of services process with Securities Counsel Joseph I. Emas as well as the accounting firm of Frank Kapitza & Associates to satisfy the preliminary documentation prior to the review and signature of Malone and Bailey, PC. In addition, the management has determined that the name of company should be reflective of the new broad based capital structure and its designation as a holding company therefore; the name of the corporation AuGRID Global Holdings Corporation more accurately reflects the Company's operations and future intentions. The company's Articles of Incorporation have been amended to reflect the changes. Over the past several months, the corporation has reviewed and accepted the resignation of board member Essa Mashni and in accordance with the bylaws of the corporation named Sandra Salim to the Board of Directors to fill the vacancy.

LOI is signed. Full contract nearterm. This IMHO is the first step of many to a solid upside on pps. Existing revenue of $2.6M+ annually from this acquisition is significant IMO because with current share count puts pps value * .00066. If the 2 other acquisitions finalize with proposed similar revenue, the pps value could go to .0018+!
Question taking a bit longer, or at all? Denotes frustration which I understand. However, the 8K IMO does not automatically push pps. I think an updated 8K will be out within the week, and will outline the LOI, and 2 other pending acq., which have already been PR'd. The finalization of these acqs is what will Kaboom the pps. Real revenue drives even the pinks, bigtime.
What I do like is in the last two days +1B shares traded, which is 24% of the float, (in two days!)
Also, quite a large percentage of trades were buys * .0003. IMO, pps is basing, and looks awfully similar to USXP in Jan/Feb. before its large run.
Question is would you wait wk or 2 for a 2-400% return on your inv.

AuGRID Announces JHM and Partners Will Handle Advertising for Optipure HDTV

just got back trying to find out who is handling the advertising of the new optipure line!! JHM and Partners of new york, they are going to do print and online advertising???????????? Ha HA Ha.
Yeah right this is crap, anybody who is anybody knows that if you are in advertising you have a website, done and done, no discussion about that. No website. I have concluded i am in a shame!!! sorry to all you longs atleast i can get out tomorrow with some money as little as it was. Im just tired of being taken on rides!!!
