This is some recent DD I found on another board explains alot about the company and what the ceo has in place for the company. In my personal opinion this will be the next lfwk runner. Please see below ATWEC Technologies Brand new safety alert System named P.A.U.S.E Alert, which is sister to KiddieAlert. The wording, logo, and coloring is the very same on the ATWT Website for the KiddieAlert. Very smart move Mr. Wiley...
Same system but geared more towards any type of larger vehicle, or any vehicle for that matter. Think about it, we have the KiddieSystems that are applicable on school buses, daycare vans, etc. By changing the name, they now can market to not only the school market, but to any other vehicle market as well.
HERE is ONE of the Online Retail Stores! Its brand new because their slogan "Their Safety, Their joy, Your Commitment" is brand new from ATWT's website from a couple weeks ago!!!!!!
If youll take the links I gave, and add up/down a number such as 108 107 106, youll see other products we havent heard of, but use the same verbage as the Kiddie products. With Wiley being a electronic genius, he may have products we dont even know about...
Trucks, Buses, Safety, Schools, All online Product order Sites, all tied in with each other. No wonder ATWT is selling and sending out thousands or orders everywhere.
Some are dealers, and very well could be part of the Master Dealership Program!

that sold out this week for a quick profit are going to be kicking themselves from one room to the other soon. If August holds true to News Releases like we think they will, this is going to be one money making machine. Here's my take why...
ATWT IMO, is selling product, has great revenues, multi-faceted business, with connections in a niche market that needs its products, to the extent of state and local government mandates. Saying that...
ATWT in our minds, is ready to bust this market wide open. Unfortunately, the rest of the market is looking at ATWT as just another Pink to flip and make some quick money. Once the realization hits the streets that ATWT is for real, this will fly to the moon. Sooo, in what way does the market know how well a stock is doing, where its been, and where its going?
Through detailed News Releases. And what is coming up for the month of August? Yep. Catching my drift here? IMHO, with the right P.R.'s and numbers to co-incide with those P.R.'s, it wouldnt surprise me one bit to see us at .10 in the next two months.
100,000 units sold from now till the rest of the year? Not to mention how much has been sold from January to July, when we have already been told via News that more units sold first 2 quarters of this year than all of last year. Well, let me go one step further... Mr. Wiley said not only now have they surpassed all of last year, but have surpassed all of the last 4 years.
TO THE BOARD...
In an effort to keep the BOARD updated on what is happening with ATWT, from a long conversation with Mr. Wiley yesterday, I felt this was very important to share, and that we keep everything said on this BOARD as honest and forthright as possible, letting ATWT move forward in business and PPS by and on its own merit.
While asking questions, One...I did confirm Picks DID make a visit to the Company office, and everything Picks shared with us, was exactly what transpired with Mr. Wiley. Not that I had any doubt in Picks, but the subject came up, and a confirmation never hurts, so that the poster, (Picks) can be commended for his efforts in taking his time for all us. Thank you Picks.
Previously, as was mentioned by myself and others in the past, as well as from a past P.R. about revenues being much better than all of last year, this still remains true, but has increased even much higher than previously expected. ATWT will have sold, and out the door 100,000 units by the end of this year. ATWT is looking at $3M to $5M in Revenues for 2006, and looking at tripling that for 2007.
Mr. Wiley is currently working with several Senators on a 5 state project, with ATWT leading the way with their KiddieSystem products.
ATWT has agreements with several Online sites. Mr. Wiley is adamant about these sites, as well as future agreements being of the highest quality and professionalism, and that they are established, well known Online retailers.
Mr. Wiley is telling this to us now, because he wants all investors to know the full details. Starting next month in August, he will be taking the time through numerous P.R.'s and filings, to educate and inform investors to know excatly what is going on within the Company, along with numbers, names and details. Mr. Wiley is very aware of how we have felt about not knowing facts and information about the Company, and he is very passionate about keeping his investors informed in the future.
Our next News is due out very soon, and pertaining to alotted companies ATWT is working with, that we knew little about. Also, where they stand at this point, in getting on the higher Pink exchange. The Audit and moving to the higher Pink status is moving much faster than expected, and he is very pleased in moving towards this very important milestone. He wants everyone to know this Company is for real, thus he will be releasing this as well as other pertinent information thru official filings. And as you already know, the INS P.R. is ready to be released, but will be P.R.'d within 7 to 9 days due to co-operative timelines.
Selling of shares IS in fact OVER, and will be considered again, only if and when they need more money to ramp up another manufacturing plant, but not until the PPS reaches .03 to .05 or higher. He will also release all Revenue numbers within the next 2 months, which what I have already stated, should be very positive to say the least.
Thank you Mr. Wiley for sharing this information with us, and caring enough about your shareholders to start communicating in more detail, and making us all successful as ATWT builds this ever so needed product line for our children, and our children's children.

Nice find...Barcharts 5 day from last week looked very good for this one (%change and volume).
BYW...it might be time to contact our local politicians about these products...just a thought?

I am a dispatcher with one of the largest school districts in NY. We have over 250 buses in our fleet. If these guys can get signed contracts with bus manufacturers this could be huge. Right now the only systems we have on (maybe half the fleet) is that the driver has to get up and walk to the back of the bus and push a button so the horn won't sound to make sure no children are left on board. None of our smaller buses have any type of system like this and last year one of our drivers did not check the bus and a small kdg student was left sleeping. That childs college education is now paid for. The manufacturers that we purchase buses from only started incorporating these safety devices into their buses about 5 years ago. I can tell you from personal experience that NYS has the toughest standards for bus drivers in the country. Now what we need to do is get the manufacturers to follow suit. This could be a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something really big, especially with school due to open in a month.

I agree, just on a technical standpoint. I'm hoping for this to come down to the .002 range so I can take a good long position. It's bottomed that's for sure. What sources informed you that there is PR coming in August if you don't mind me asking?

NEWS UPDATE FROM MR. WILEY...
News out Tomorrow, followed by another P.R. Wednesday.
The following week Mr. Wiley will issue 2 more P.R.'s. These total 4 P.R.'s will consist of Revenue Data, INS News, and the other 2 he could not divulge due to the nature of its content and enormousity. These will not be released in any particular order.
Pause Alert is in fact ATWT's product, and will be installed on Firetrucks, Ambulances, and Industrial vehicles. They already have several major deals completed, and the amount of business already in house are staggering. He changed the name to Pause Alert for these nature of vehicles.
Due to the versatility of their product line, they are experiencing business they never realized could come from different sectors. This leaves it wide open for not only the Kiddie-line, but for every transportation safety line applicable.
Management will be attending a very Prestigous and Large Convention next week in Louisiana.
Although Mr. Wiley hates to speculate, August will pass any and all expectations in Volume.
He wants to fulfill all his missions he has in the works for shareholder value.
Website still remains going through major changes to accomodate the New lines of business created over the past 3 months.
Several New products are in development, and will be announced after testing is completed.
