There is good info coming out from this company and their share structure looks like it is capable of make us some real money. However, it has been trading in the .004 to .005 range for all of October, with a couple of blips to .006 and .003. What makes you guys think this one is going to take off? I seriously asking because I'm interested, but it seems like it needs a lot more volume to make any serious runs. What will cause the big pay-off?

Press Release from October 18....I suppose this would help it some, because I can find no financial records on file.

"4. The company is proceeding with its audit of financial statements from 2002-2006 in two phases. ATWEC's local accountants will complete the audit by the end of October, which will then be reviewed by Rotenberg and Company of Rochester, N.Y. After review, ATWEC will file its application with the OTC QX and will not release audited financials until that time. However, release of unaudited financial statements for 2006 and projections for fiscal 2007, based on sales in this first quarter and contracts recently signed, will be released next week."

I hope these audited financials aren't like SLJB's audited financials.

once they show some revs from filing they should start moving forward. Strong PR department. Still pretty small company but with lots of ambition and getting some decent contracts. It will take a lot to get it to go anywhere but the fins should give it a good boost.

I passed this company up a while back because the potential was hard to see. Gonna take some time but they are getting noticed.

Anyone have the current O/S? I beleive it was 155,547,021 when I was in several months ago? If so, then this has A LOT of upside IMHO.

did you get through drum? I left a message that was not returned but i was just asking for share structure. And I did not call the TA so may be why it wasn't returned. Plus it was right at the end of the day. Been way too busy with other things so haven't had the chance.

Called the transfer agent yesterday, but they would give, but did give me the number to Craig at ATWT who told me off the top of his head he beleived the O/S was around 700M. His number is 305-244-8427 if anyone has any investor questions.

that's not a good sign IMO. The TA should have been able to tell you what the share structure was. from what I'm learning that means they are gagged. I will try and call Craig as soon as I can also. They will need to clean this up and show a little transparency before they can move forward. 700M.... pinks shows only 100M from '01. a good sign of dilution IMO but then look at the progress they are making. I'd give it a chance but start lighting a fire under their arse to clean up the investor side of the house instead of just advertising. Would be easy to just pick another pink but IMO this has some potential.

hope will have some reaction

ATWEC Technologies (PINKSHEETS: ATWT) announced today that the company has finalized closure of the Regulation D, Rule 504, offering. The appropriate forms were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 13, 2006.

No further dilution of the float is anticipated at this time.

The company has also instructed its Designated Advisor for Disclosure to investigate the short position in outstanding shares.

Recent decline in price per share suggests a larger naked short position than previously believed. Once the short position is ascertained the company will take appropriate steps to decrease the manipulation of its share price.

The company will report later in the week on contractual developments from the annual conference of the National Association of Pupil Transportation, attended last week by CEO Alex Wiley.

ATWEC Technologies Updates Shareholders on Audit, Earnings and Sponsorship of World Cup Golfer
Thursday December 7, 9:55 am ET

MEMPHIS, TN--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 7, 2006 -- ATWEC Technologies (Other OTC:ATWT.PK - News) today informed shareholders that the audit of the company's financials for the years 2001 to 2003 has been completed by a Memphis accounting firm and is now under review by Rotenberg and Company of Rochester, New York. The local audit of 2004 and 2006 financials will begin this week with a target completion date of February 2007.

Once finalized by Rotenberg, financials for the six years will be filed with the SEC. ATWEC will then apply for listing on the OTC Bulletin Board and initiate the audit of revenues and expenses for the first quarter of fiscal 2007.

Preliminary estimates of first quarter and second quarter revenues are expected to be somewhat mixed as the company began the process of rolling out its sales/marketing campaign. With the finalization of our quality control process complete ATWEC has begun to ship the product to those dealers and school systems with immediate needs. Exponential growth is expected in the third and fourth quarters, when school systems and Head Start Associations are scheduled to acquire new and retrofit the present fleet of vehicles for the 2007-2008 school years.

With the marketing to our insurance partners and pending deals with major players having been completed, the company predicts by the fiscal third and fourth quarters of 2007 it will have reached or exceeded its projection of 1.5-2 million revenues.

Also this week, ATWEC Technologies attained global exposure with its co-sponsorship of World Cup golfer Peter Horrobin, who represents the team from Jamaica. Horrobin's golf bag features the logos of ATWEC and co-sponsor Netspace, and he will speak about the company's mission in child safety when interviewed. The World Cup of Golf in Barbados began December 5th and will conclude on Sunday, Dec. 10th.

The Barbados World Cup will be broadcast to more than 140 nations via ESPN, on ABC in the United States and on Sky Sport in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The World Cup of Golf became part of the World Golf Championship in 2000 and has a purse of $4 million U.S. dollars.

Upcoming ATWEC events include the December 15th launch of the national call center and an installation training session with mechanics of a national outlet. More information on these events will follow next week. The company has updated its website to include the November 13, 2006, 504 filing and the first issue of its Kiddie Kid comic book. Both may be found under downloads.

ATWEC Technologies Announces Installation of Kiddie Systems Products by the Richlonn's Automotive Care Group
Wednesday January 17, 2:02 pm ET

MEMPHIS, TN--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 17, 2007 -- ATWEC Technologies (Other OTC:ATWT.PK - News) announced today the successful completion of Kiddie Systems installation training for Richlonn's Tire & Service Centers.

Richlonn's technicians in southeast Wisconsin installed Kiddie Systems products on the vehicles of West Bend Insurance customers, who are offered discounted policies for the installation. The Dec. 15, 2006 training session was a necessary prerequisite to the sale and installation of ATWEC products by Richlonn's franchises. Five Milwaukee franchise locations, owned by Dick & Brett Matschke, are the first to offer ATWEC's child-protective products.

West Bend customers throughout the seven Midwest states will be encouraged to have Kiddie Systems products installed at similar franchise locations by properly trained technicians. Customer traffic for additional car service needs is expected to increase as well. The ATWEC-West Bend partnership therefore provides an incentive to additional franchises to create an alliance with ATWEC.

ATWEC Technologies Kiddie Systems Presents Life-Saving Solutions at Recent Conferences
Wednesday February 21, 12:13 pm ET

MEMPHIS, TN--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 21, 2007 -- ATWEC Technologies (Other OTC:ATWT.PK - News) On Feb 12th - 13th, ATWEC attended the Wisconsin Head Start Association. Then on Feb 15th ATWEC met with the West Bend Group at the Wisconsin Child Care Administrators Association.

Alex Wiley states the timing of these conferences is significant because of some serious issues taking place in that great state. These events are not exclusive to Wisconsin but demonstrate the need for this technology to be taken seriously. One topic of discussion was the 7-year-old boy who was critically injured when he was run over by a daycare van outside his school in Milwaukee at the beginning of the month. This was significant for the corporation because we were able to demonstrate Kiddie Alert (voice-enhanced backing system) to many as a solution. With the public's awareness continuing to grow on current issues concerning child safety in the transportation industry and the staggering statistics to follow up these remarks, the pressure and demand for a practical plus affordable solution to prevent these problems such as Kiddie Systems is beginning to take hold.

In other developments, ATWEC's local accountants have completed the first half of the financials to be reviewed by the Rochester accountants. "I am very anxious for the company to move itself beyond the Pink Sheets, but my primary concern right now is for the company to become totally transparent whether we're on the Pinks or BB. This process has taken longer than expected but we are determined to get it done. The best thing for the company is that we will find ourselves reporting on the Pinks and can easily transition to the next level provided the overall financial strength warrants it," said President/CEO Alex Wiley.
