ATWT in our minds, is ready to bust this market wide open. Unfortunately, the rest of the market is looking at ATWT as just another Pink to flip and make some quick money. Once the realization hits the streets that ATWT is for real, this will fly to the moon. Sooo, in what way does the market know how well a stock is doing, where its been, and where its going?

I am a dispatcher with one of the largest school districts in NY. We have over 250 buses in our fleet. If these guys can get signed contracts with bus manufacturers this could be huge. Right now the only systems we have on (maybe half the fleet) is that the driver has to get up and walk to the back of the bus and push a button so the horn won't sound to make sure no children are left on board. None of our smaller buses have any type of system like this and last year one of our drivers did not check the bus and a small kdg student was left sleeping. That childs college education is now paid for. The manufacturers that we purchase buses from only started incorporating these safety devices into their buses about 5 years ago. I can tell you from personal experience that NYS has the toughest standards for bus drivers in the country. Now what we need to do is get the manufacturers to follow suit. This could be a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something really big, especially with school due to open in a month.

News out Tomorrow, followed by another P.R. Wednesday.

I guessed resistance right around .006 and it stopped just shy of .058 so do you agree that it'll consolidate around .005-.0058 for the next couple of days before breaking through .006?
I don't think it's gonna go back below .0045, does anyone agree here?

Financial, that is a very good question. The PR you listed is important in that it tells us this company is serious about how they want to run their business. From the outside looking in it seems as though their making the right moves.
JMO...this could be one of those rare finds that we always hope to find. We'll find out soon enough.

I hate to predict any price stocktrader, you never know with pennies, but what you say seems very reasonable. If sales keep increasing like they have I can definitely see between .02 and .03. Of course, if the results of the audited financials are positive, we could see even higher.

Hey, i'm not worried, I knew I should have gotten in at .003. It's my fault. The chart still looks like it will go up further but I'm not worried either way. I didn't put a whole lot in.
Besides, i've made my money back on some other plays. You guys get so defensive. I don't think Absolut is trash talking. It's not as if pennies have never been pumped and dumped.

So, it's post split right now, floating under the 200 day MA which is under the 50 day MA.
Same chart as ATWT and FNIX.
I like those charts and MGEN especially since it's post split. Is there another r/s coming up for MGEN?? Or is that the one you're talking about that I see for September '05.
And, honestly, this thing (ATWT) could pull an FHAL and go back up tomorrow after news of the rate hike today, who knows. It may go higher or it may go back down to the 200 MA and bounce. I don't know.

Shakerzzz runs a pump and dump group. He's (they're) every sensible investor's nightmare. An extra wildcard that can screw up even the best stocks.
Basically, he buys in bulk, pumps the stock on message boards to make the PPS rise, then dumps it, tanking the stock and screwing all the other investors. That's fine if he picks a nowhere POS, but if you're in a stock you think can move on the technicals or its own merits, he destroys your calculations and probably your profits.
Lately he seems to be showing up in a lot of my plays and I'm starting to think of him as a locust.

Right now it looks to have some good support at 0.004 so I'm going to keep an eye on it. You never know it might be right back up. The sell off was caused by no pr that was supposed to be out today, so I'll be watching it real close tomorrow.

this is not in any kind of downtrend whatsoever. i've been in this for a little while now and this is just the beginning of the 3 day up trend. The big thing this is working on is the shareholders meeting this weekend. giant news it anticipated at the meeting. there was no sell off today due to scheduled news that didn't happen. this is just on a steady uptick into the weekend untill the shareholder meeting on saturday. IMO this is still a good time to buy, as long as you do it soon

I see a lot of PR's and I see what they are claiming. They have to get the contracts. I see the potential, not saying anyone is wrong. I am still researching this. Looks a little small is all I was suggesting. I'm in for the run anyway, had to bump up from 33 though, goes back I might get some more. (at least this is the good 'ole south!)

Today, right now as a matter of fact, the 4th annual shareholders meeting is going on. Lots of new and contracts are to be released and made public today. Meeting ends at 1.

Wiley is saying that during fiscal 2007 rev guidance is as follows:
1st quarter will double 2006 annual volume. 2nd will triple. 3rd will quadriple. 4th will be at 5x annual 2006. dmonial will extraplate on this further as he had his computer doing the calc's.
Company has virtually zero debt. Under 50 grand.
Obviously selling of shares is done.

1.Financials will be the end of the first qtr.
2.audit is almost done 2wks away,on the otcqx by dec 15th.Alex says that is worth right there .05-.10 a share.
3.600k in bank as of right now
4.Starting Oct 15th 1180 tv stations infomercials for the kiddiekid nation roll out.

I got into this stock last monday and yes It does look pretty good. What we need today is a new high of .0056 and a new low .005 with a close of .0054. The chart does look sweet and the volume has bee very healty with no huge swings which means of course no dilution. Can we hit 5 cents nobody knows. Can we hit a penny... mst likely.

I gave him our figures we did on the Revenues, and he said we are wayyy low. Yes, he wants to be conservative, but he is looking at, at least a 1500% over the few quarters, NOT counting the other security revenues.
The Head Start Washington State deal is done and finalized today.
He mentioned the new device the FireFighters ask him to invent for the hydraulic ladder system, that were falling for lack of pressure. He already has built it, and Mr. Deagan is ready to start marketing it. Guess this happened a month or two ago when he met with the Firefighters. Alex said another unexpected market to which to sell.
The new Security Company is projecting $500K-$700K over the next 12 months. It is just now getting where they are producing revenues.
Very possible News out later today or tomorrow. Alex took seriously from what the guys that went to the Meeting, and promised we would see more involved and more informative News Releases.
Audit done in two weeks. AND will start reporting to the shareholders whether he is actually on the OTCQX or not. He wants everyone to see the numbers.

IF each store sells 2 units per week, we're looking at $5,086,224/yr PROFIT
Not to mention - $39 is the cheapest of all the units!

In addition, as a company we have always worked very hard to ensure that we provide relevant, accurate information to the public. To that end, we have released this shareholder letter in order to present you, the co-owners of this company, with the facts as they currently stand.
ATWEC has continued to make substantial progress as we move forward with our efforts to realize our goals and fulfill our business plan. Some of our recent accomplishments and milestones are as follows:
1. I am pleased to announce that ATWEC is in negotiations with a national insurance provider. The provider's clients will receive discounted coverage on vehicles fitted with a Kiddie Systems product. At the current phase of negotiations, I am not at liberty to reveal the company until details of the agreement and discount are disseminated to its agents. When all of the provider's offices have been fully informed, a more complete announcement will be made.
2. ATWEC remains in negotiations with a national tire company to sell and install the Kiddie Systems products through its 1,900 outlets. We are still pursuing this opportunity, and remain confident in the viability and potential of the potential tandem. Any reports to the contrary are erroneous.
3. ATWEC has acquired three new master distributors. Two are located in Arkansas and one in Minnesota. Specific information regarding our new distributors has been added to the company website at: www.atwec.com.
4. The company is proceeding with its audit of financial statements from 2002-2006 in two phases. ATWEC's local accountants will complete the audit by the end of October, which will then be reviewed by Rotenberg and Company of Rochester, N.Y. There is good info coming out from this company and their share structure looks like it is capable of make us some real money. However, it has been trading in the .004 to .005 range for all of October, with a couple of blips to .006 and .003. What makes you guys think this one is going to take off? I seriously asking because I'm interested, but it seems like it needs a lot more volume to make any serious runs. What will cause the big pay-off?

once they show some revs from filing they should start moving forward. Strong PR department. Still pretty small company but with lots of ambition and getting some decent contracts. It will take a lot to get it to go anywhere but the fins should give it a good boost. http://www.atwec.com/ I passed this company up a while back because the potential was hard to see. Called the transfer agent yesterday, but they would give, but did give me the number to Craig at ATWT who told me off the top of his head he beleived the O/S was around 700M. His number is 305-244-8427 if anyone has any investor questions.

that's not a good sign IMO. The TA should have been able to tell you what the share structure was. from what I'm learning that means they are gagged. I will try and call Craig as soon as I can also. They will need to clean this up and show a little transparency before they can move forward. 700M.... pinks shows only 100M from '01. a good sign of dilution IMO but then look at the progress they are making. I'd give it a chance but start lighting a fire under their arse to clean up the investor side of the house instead of just advertising. Would be easy to just pick another pink but IMO this has some potential.

Richlonn's technicians in southeast Wisconsin installed Kiddie Systems products on the vehicles of West Bend Insurance customers, who are offered discounted policies for the installation. Alex Wiley states that these conferences have given ATWEC the opportunity to showcase their Kiddie Systems products in front of key officials in the childcare industry. These key officials included a major school bus contractor, which has expressed great interest in ATWEC's safety systems. With the public's awareness continuing to grow on current issues concerning children being left on buses and the staggering statistics to follow up these remarks, the pressure and demand for a practical plus affordable solution to prevent these problems such as Kiddie Systems.
In other developments, ATWEC marketing has begun its efforts to reach every child daycare, school district, and transporting agency within the state. With mass mailing taking place throughout licensed childcare and school facilities within the state of Wisconsin to promote the Kiddie Systems products. Not only will this mailing coincide with ATWEC's newly establish call center to support the marketing of its products. A concurrent mailing will be distributed to customers of West Bend Insurance Company to inform them of the discount provided by their carrier for installation of the Kiddie Voice system, designed to prevent accidental abandonment of a child on a bus.

In other developments, ATWEC's local accountants have completed the first half of the financials to be reviewed by the Rochester accountants.
