ATWT:
GREAT NEWS FROM THE SHAREHOLDERS MEETING!!!!!!!!!

1. Financials will be the end of the first qtr.

2. Audit is almost done 2wks away,on the OTCQX by dec 15th. Alex says that is worth right there .05-.10 a share.

3. 600k in bank as of right now

4. Starting Oct 15th 1180 TV stations infomercials for the kiddiekid nation roll out.

5. 504 is done, they will not sell any shares no matter what until next June, and alex was quoted as saying that would be highly unlikely at all then.

6. They have no out of pocket expenses to manufacture products.

7. Louisiana is almost the done deal that was mentioned. Yhere will be a luncheon there on Oct 2nd. to finalize.

8. Also in negotiations with Washington State for their Head Start programs too.

9. Morgan Insurance and Progressive INS. is almost complete.

10. AutoZone is as close to being completed as it could be. But Alex came back with, can't really say AutoZone, all I can say is amajor auto parts player.

11. QVC is not out of the question..But not right now..to many things on his plate going on.

12. Their Marketing Director has gone to 3 conferences for 3 Firefighter and Ambulance Conventions.

13. Within 90 days we will be in Australia, Great Britain and Canada, and by next summer or sooner ASia and Europe. And China is all set up and ready to go.

14. There are many more distributors that are not on website yet. Actually there is 50 with many more to come.

15. He has a deal with 3 major banks with a million dollar credit line but says will have no reason to use them with the shape they are in..

16. 1st qtr 200% increase over last
2nd qtr 300% over the 1st
3rd gtr 400% over the 2nd
4th qtr 500-700% over the 3rd

17. They have a new machine ($100K) that will put out mass mailings now with West Bend approval with the other insurance companies to follow to mass mail to all policy holders and mass mailings to whoever they desire too.

18. There profit margin is 67% on every unit sold.

19. The Security end of their company they are looking for a new great president to take over that end of their business.

20. This is a big kicker here. There was a member from the Firefighters assoc. that wants Alex to invent a voice activated product for hydraulic pressure for hoses to their ladder systems. Too many firefighters are getting hurt by not knowing when the pressure is to high... and the laddder is falling.

21. They are in negotiations with a major tire supply company with 1900 stores nationwide that will carry our product...

22. NO DEBT, I REPEAT, NO DEBT!!!!!!!!!

UNAUDITED REVENUES FY2005 = $151,447

UNAUDITED REVENUES FY2006 = $156,210 (only 9 months)

FY07 Q1 Projected revenues = 200% INCREASE OVER FY2006 total
my math says Q1 = 156,210+(2x156,210)= $468,630

FY07 Q2 Projected revenues = 300% INCREASE OVER FY2006 total
my math says Q2 = 156,210+(3x156,210)= $624,840

FY07 Q3 Projected revenues = 400% INCREASE OVER FY2006 total
my math says Q3 = 156,210+(4x156,210)= $781,050

FY07 Q4 Projected revenues = 500% INCREASE OVER FY2006 total
my math says Q1 = 156,210+(5x156,210)= $937,260

For a grand total of $2,811,780 in FY2007

Infomercial data is huge.

Yes, the informercial IS HUGE - Even 1 purchase per showing per station over 13 weeks would generate: 1180 stations * 2 showings/wk(est) * 13 weeks * 1 purchases/showing per station * $39/unit * 66%margin/unit = $789,703 PROFIT...

Just think what 5 purchases would do: $3,948,516 PROFIT

Potential Tire Store Business is HUGE. Check it...

...There are 1900 stores nationwide. Let's assume that each store sells JUST 1 unit every 2 weeks (a very conservative estimate):

1900 stores * 1unit/2weeks * 52 weeks/yr * $39/unit * 66% margin/unit = $1,271,556/yr PROFIT

IF each store sells 2 units per week, we're looking at $5,086,224/yr PROFIT

Not to mention - $39 is the cheapest of all the units!

Think about it -- As more and more insurance companies start signing up with ATWEC, their customers will be given the list of tire stores or distributors to have their vehicles retrofitted with these units. I see a potential of 3 or 4 units per week per store being sold.

Now, here the kicker -- Let's assume for a second that the Kiddie System product line takes off overseas... WHOA.

ATWEC Technologies CEO Alex Wiley in a Letter to Shareholders
Wednesday October 18, 1:29 pm ET

MEMPHIS, TN--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 18, 2006 -- ATWEC Technologies, Inc. (Other OTC:ATWT.PK - News) CEO Alex Wiley recently issued a letter to the company's shareholders as part of the company's ongoing efforts to maintain open lines of communication with its investors. The letter discussed some of the recent and ongoing achievements of the company, as well as some of the company's future directions. The contents of the letter were as follows:

Dear Shareholders:

As a result of conversations and correspondence with a number of you, it has come to my attention that there is a great deal of erroneous information about ATWEC's marketing intentions circulating through the rumor mill. I have always made it one of my utmost priorities to maintain open lines of communication with shareholders and potential shareholders. In addition, as a company we have always worked very hard to ensure that we provide relevant, accurate information to the public. To that end, we have released this shareholder letter in order to present you, the co-owners of this company, with the facts as they currently stand.

ATWEC has continued to make substantial progress as we move forward with our efforts to realize our goals and fulfill our business plan. Some of our recent accomplishments and milestones are as follows:

1. I am pleased to announce that ATWEC is in negotiations with a national insurance provider. The provider's clients will receive discounted coverage on vehicles fitted with a Kiddie Systems product. At the current phase of negotiations, I am not at liberty to reveal the company until details of the agreement and discount are disseminated to its agents. When all of the provider's offices have been fully informed, a more complete announcement will be made.

2. ATWEC remains in negotiations with a national tire company to sell and install the Kiddie Systems products through its 1,900 outlets. We are still pursuing this opportunity, and remain confident in the viability and potential of the potential tandem. Any reports to the contrary are erroneous.

3. ATWEC has acquired three new master distributors. Two are located in Arkansas and one in Minnesota. Specific information regarding our new distributors has been added to the company website at: www.atwec.com.

4. The company is proceeding with its audit of financial statements from 2002-2006 in two phases. ATWEC's local accountants will complete the audit by the end of October, which will then be reviewed by Rotenberg and Company of Rochester, N.Y. After review, ATWEC will file its application with the OTC QX and will not release audited financials until that time. However, release of unaudited financial statements for 2006 and projections for fiscal 2007, based on sales in this first quarter and contracts recently signed, will be released next week.

We are embarking upon our best year since inception. With continued, large-scale growth in an industry that promises to continue to be of the utmost importance, it is safe to say that fiscal 2007 will be just the beginning of a long and fruitful path to success. Your confidence, support and patience have always been greatly appreciated as I put every effort into making our company the number one provider of child safety solutions.

Sincerely,

Alex T. Wiley

ATWEC Technologies, Inc. Retains ************ Communications to Provide Media/Investor Relations Services
Thursday October 19, 1:12 pm ET

MEMPHIS, TN--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 19, 2006 -- ATWEC Technologies, Inc. (Other OTC:ATWT.PK - News) announced today that it has retained the services of ************ Communications, Inc. to provide Media Relations/Investor Relations services to the company. ATWEC had utilized the services of ************ Communications (ISC) earlier this year, and has decided to renew the relationship as part of the company's ongoing efforts to bring its message to a larger audience. According to ISC President and CEO Roy Sahachaisere, "We are pleased and gratified to be working with ATWEC again. It is our belief that ATWEC is working in a niche market that has long been overlooked, but that has great appeal in both the short and long terms."

Alex T. Wiley, CEO of ATWEC Technologies, stated, "We have been extremely gratified with the success we have had this year in realizing so many of our stated goals. Among other things, we have acquired three new master distributors, we are still in negotiations with a national tire company to install our KiddieSystem products through its 1,900 outlets, and most recently we announced that we have completed an arrangement with NSI, a division of West Bend Mutual Insurance Company, to offer its KiddieSystem(TM) product line to West Bend Mutual policyholders at a discounted price. West Bend Mutual will further encourage its policyholders to install KiddieVoice® by offering a premium discount to those who do. The next step for us is to reach out to the broader investment public and to communicate our message effectively. In order to accomplish that goal without becoming distracted from the efficient administration of our company, we have retained ************ Communications because of their experience and expertise in this arena."

About ************ Communications, Inc.:

After reading some stuff about the OTCQX, it seems it like a OTCBB for pink sheet stocks. Sounds interesting. But will this mean additional L2's?

ATWEC Technologies Projects 1000 Percent Revenue Increase in Fiscal 2007
Tuesday October 24, 9:20 am ET

MEMPHIS, TN--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 24, 2006 -- ATWEC Technologies, Inc. (Other OTC:ATWT.PK - News) is pleased to announce that at the current rate of sales and with new institutional clients, projected gross revenues for fiscal 2007 are forecast at $1.5 million or better, a near 1,000 percent increase over 2006.

ATWEC's gross revenues for fiscal 2006 were $156,210. The company became fully capitalized in April, enabling a significant increase in production. Sales this quarter were delayed by retooling of the production line, which was completed last week. A rollout of 200 units is scheduled for November 5, 2006.

Exponential growth is expected in the remaining quarters of fiscal 2007, based on the West Bend Insurance discount to its clients and new contracts with the Mississippi Head Start Association, the Louisiana Head Start Association and the Wisconsin Head Start Association. ATWEC will be outfitting all of the Associations' current and future school buses and vans with its Kiddie Voice product. Projected revenues from these contracts are expected to be approximately $250,000 in the second quarter, $500,000 in the third quarter and $750,000 for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007. The company's current unaudited total debt is less than $30,000. Cash on hand is $500,000.

ATWEC signed two new master distributors last week in Minnesota and Georgia, moving closer to the goal of 200 master distributors nationwide by 2008. The complete list of master distributors can be found at the company's website: www.atwec.com.

ATWEC Technologies Introduces Kiddie Systems Package and New Product
Thursday October 26, 4:17 pm ET

MEMPHIS, TN--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 26, 2006 -- ATWEC Technologies (Other OTC:ATWT.PK - News) is pleased to announce the Kiddie Systems product line is now available as a package. The Kiddie Systems Package enables school districts to protect children who ride its buses more economically than buying each device separately. The package includes the Kiddie Voice® system (prevent accidental abandonment on a bus), the Kiddie Alert(TM) system, (prevent back over accidents from a bus in reverse), and the new Kiddie Cross Guard(TM) system, created to keep children who are disembarking from a bus within plain view of the driver.

This new product works with control arms that are mounted to the front of the vehicles and swing out when the door is opened, preventing children from crossing too close to the front of the bus. It is also voice-enhanced, like the back-up alert, and audibly reminds children to remain in plain view of the driver.

A member of the Mississippi Head Start Association will be the first to outfit its buses with all three Kiddie Systems products, generating more than $24,000 in revenue for the company. ATWEC Technologies CEO Alex Wiley will attend the Mississippi Head Start Association Conference in early November and announce the availability of the package to the remaining membership.

"ATWEC is poised and committed to capturing its fair market share through this marketing program. The partnerships we are forming in the direct distribution of the products to the end users will help to catapult the Kiddie Systems Line," said President/CEO Alex T. Wiley.

MEMPHIS, TN, Oct 31, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

ATWEC Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ATWT) announced today its Security and Alarms Division has contracted to provide an electronic surveillance monitoring system for Parking Company of America Airport, LLC, the largest owner/operator of airport parking services in the United States. ATWEC will service Airport Fast Park in Memphis, Tennessee, one of fourteen nationwide PCA locations.

The monitoring system installed for PCA marks the beginning of the corporation's expansion of its security and surveillance division. The contracts acquired by this division this quarter will generate upwards of $40,000 in revenue for the company.

Recurring revenue accounts for the division have climbed since ATWEC's acquisition of a local alarm company in March 2006. Residential security was central to the division when acquired, but commercial accounts have become the primary source of increased earnings. Projected revenues from the Security and Alarms Division for fiscal 2007 are approximately $500,000.

"The concurrent growth of the Child-Safety Products and the Security and Alarms Divisions are ensuring a bright future for the company as we continue to expand and grow our infrastructure," said President/CEO Alex T. Wiley.
