Owner also stated NASDAQ baby. I say $1 ,minimum but I believe based on other runs this will blast through $1 and probably hit $2 before a major shake occurs.

Bingo!!! I may have figured out SLJB's angle on a massive PPS increase to move to NASDAQ. Just got off the phone with A-Trade and asked when shares would be able to trade and was told Thursday. The Rep. went on to say that I could sell now, but if SLJB did not honor the shares by replacing them with new shares I currently own, it would create a short position. Well guess what folks, according to SLJB, every dang one of them currently trading is already short, so why would they honor any of them, they’re all illegal? Maybe they’ve already worked out the details with their attorneys & the SEC and now the MM's are going to be caught with their naked shorts down around their ankles. It's either buy them back at the open market ransom price over the next few days to cover or buy them from the company holdings at the ransom price of let's say $4.00 a share?, or face criminal charges and a full blown investigation from the SEC. Just a thought, but how else are all those phantom shares currently in everyone’s accounts going to be exchanged for new SLJB shares? This is my opinion and maybe pure speculation. I'm interested to read what you more experienced traders think about this possibilty. Again, how else can these shares be legally converted? What do you think? well folks this is finally happening....the mm's are getting cornered now.....at .30 this will begin to soar to dollar lands, the mm's can not cover all of their shorts,more PR's coming tthis week

ohio..in ur honest opinion. do u see this at $4.00 + soon? i knw we all have the puzzle in front out us...but not too many ppl thnk it will happen soon..when i put all the pieces to the puzzle it appers imo it will happen soon..and boy i hope so.!

hey gang, I'm holding 93K as of this morning at .10, just wondering why everyone thinks this will hit dollar land soon? I think given time it has the potential to reach those levels, but we're at .12 right now, it's gonna take one heck of a push to thrust us up that high in the time period everyone is suggesting. I read the financials and they seem excellent, but are we waiting on more news that I am not aware of?? Just trying to capture the whole picture here, thanks for any insight:)

my DD on why it will hit $4.00 pps...again dont take my advice on to buy or sell..do ur own DD...
a basic overview...for details, due your own DD
1.) Loftworks merger w. Sulja bros. makes they a bigger company..which if that was all there was would still be a huge team..BUT there are others at play,HUGE $$$$ CCM/Red Sea Group/Wessel etc..with UNLIMITED POTENTIAL
2.) The Financials are Great, and remeber the Fins that came out today we ONLY for Sulja bros not both Sulja and Loftworks...(and they seem pretty adamit abt repeating that they feel they have ALOT of room for GREATER Revenue in the Future.
3.) the shares..THERE SHORT...insiders from my understandind ALMOST own the ENTIRE Float...so that means the shares we are gobbling up now, are shares that have been shorted..which means. ...... A HUGE SHORT SQUEEZ..
4.)24 million volume, and some ppl still were not able or aware they were able to buy/sell SLJB today..which means we only seena small % of the new investors abt to come on board..once the SLJB becomes more famalir..it should hit 50mil + for the volume..and when that happens good luck holding on to your seats.!
5.) the move to the NASDAQ..i dont see a company that is "real" putting out PRs that have been on point each and everytime , and then just throwing out a part abt getting to the NASDAQ all to gas us up...they know something we dont...none of us should of expected as soon as the fins hit the newswire to see it hit $4.00+ but once the all the factors come into play it will..
so there are many pices to the puzzle , and now they are FIANLLY starting to fit togather..but the key Question is WHEN...not IF (IMHO)...GLTA...I hope this is the one that all of us can enjoy the rewards for years to come.!!!!

Ohio Trader on another thread you said SLJB will cross .20 tomorrow...why do you feel this. IF anything Id think many would be taking profit, and we will end up at around .12

people will take profit all the way up, but most won't get their shares back they sell, this is not a great flipper IMO ( doesn't mean some won't succeed), but not worth the risk, unless you are holding the mother load and only try with a a small portion, most will never buy again at a lower price.......
we all have our limits, but keep some for dollar land , we will get there

the RSI shoould stay above 70 all week ( kinda an oxymoron to be overbought when this is shorted as much as it is( IMO 150-225 million shares)
the shares have to equal out once they finalize the symbol change and the brokers rollover the shares in everyones accounts', this should happen by Thursday or Friday, but could go into next week also) the longer it takes the more apparent the short problem is the hold up...IMO Sulja could give two craps about the prior MM's that shorted their stock, they are putting the pedal to the metal to finalize this transaction and meet their goal of going to NASDAQ
if i shorted this i would rather pay the piper now, then wait to get close-out dollar amount from the SEC....to balance their shares at a $4.00 price>>>>thus the reason I believe we push to .20+ tommorrow......time is about over to cover their short positions and IT IS BECOMING QUITE OBVIOUS !!!

for a 200mil o/s and 15mil net earnigs the eps would stay at 0.075, combined with a 12 pe ratio would take the pps to about 0.90.

I would like to know more about the short position issue. I have read on other boards that the symbol change was just that, a change. There was no R/S or change in share structure, so shorts did not have to be covered, because they did not have to account for all shares; so, essentially the short share symbols were changed as well. 1 for 1, anything that said LFWK, now says SLJB, shorts included. Also, there was no restriction on the shares (IE, PAIM, PAIV) so, anyone that was able to sell today, could do so freely. I called my broker (choicetrade) this morning, they told me that the change would be effective for all shareholders (with choicetrade) at 10am EST. The guy I talked to switched mine over manually so I could trade online this morning. He simply just switched the symbol.
I am going to call them in the morning to make sure. I did sell this morning, but at this time, I don't see why I would have to cover, due to the symbol change with no change in share structure, and no restriction. I think this is why the PPS didn't go bananas when they announced the symbol change Friday. If the MM's had to cover, they had to do it by EOD Friday before the change, and that would have been nuts.
I could be wrong, just trying to sort it out in my own head. Please feel free to discuss any points I brought up.
All that said, I think this will continue to go up whether it is shorted or not.
