NEW YORK, July 25, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- W2 Energy Inc., a developer of green energy, is pleased to announce it has concluded its first run of test materials in its plasma assisted biomass to liquid fuel test facility. Among those materials tested were peat, lignite (brown coal) and sewage sludge.
Mr. Michael McLaren states, "We have completed first run tests of various feed stock in our plasma assisted biomass to liquid fuel plant with resounding results." He also stated, "The tests showed that we are able to produce a quality liquid fuel product for as low as $0.14 per gallon or $5.88 per barrel base manufacturing cost."
W2 Energy continues to push forward on the scale-up construction of our 100 BBD plant and feel confident the plant will be able to produce sample runs of product by Q1 2007. W2 Energy currently has approximately US$1.7B in production requests for their diesel product. With approximately 97 Million shares outstanding this translates to a per share book value of $17.50 per share.
About W2 Energy Inc.
W2 Energy Inc. is a growing, publicly traded company that develops renewable energy technologies and applies it to new generation power systems. Specifically, W2 Energy Inc.'s plasma assisted biomass to energy plants utilize state of the art technologies to produce green energy, both fuel (sulfur free diesel) and electricity, at the most efficient cost in capital investment and production per/barrel, per/Megawatt.
The W2 Energy GAT reactor breaks down biomass or coal using the chemical energy stored in the biomass itself; the plasma acts as a high temperature catalyst. Unlike typical plasma reactors that utilize convection of the intense heat produced by the plasma, our GAT reactor can amazingly produce enough Syngas (H2, CO) to feed a 10,000 barrel per day synthetic diesel plant and 100 Megawatt steam turbine with a mere 4 MW input. Since our unique process works in this manner most if not all the CO2 produced by the process is converted into Carbon suboxides in the form of humic acid and is mixed within the ash to produce high grade organic fertilizer. Therefore the process is completely C02 neutral even using coal or peat as base fuel.

Based on $17.50 a share, I think we are a little undervalued. If you can tell, that was sarcasm. Also, PR Thursday, and more to come. This is huge for this company. FHAL had around $7 or so a share. WWEN is $17.50. This truly is the best play out there. Did you see the yield from there barrel. No expenditure, massive yields. Also Bio-diesel is in unbelievable demand. They can't make it fast enough. A potential buyout target. You are insane to not be in this. $17.50!!!!!

Hope everyone that wanted in, got in prior to this announcement.
Once WWEN starts getting samples out the door in early '07, they are sure to create additional interest. $1.7B in production requests may only be the tip of the iceberg.
GL today everyone. Thanks again invester!

That’s just requests that equate to $17.50 a share. What an amazing company. You can't find a company this undervalued anywhere. There also in the best industry, Bio-diesel.

Best of all, this is all being financed with debt. They are NOT pumping shares into the open market. Combine that with the low float, and well, you get the idea...

Let me get this right. They can produce a liquid for $0.14 per gallon or $5.88 per barrel and sample runs in the 1st quarter in 2007. That's huge IMO!

invester,do you think there are more prs to come out in the next days/weeks.... I am also speculating on the fact they could be the target for a buyout because they have a very interesting product

That's right!!!! Its truly unbelievable. And the 1.7b is in the bag. There will obviously be much more money on the way. $17.50 is conservative with 97 million outstanding. Truly amazing!!!

Invester I got in FHAL at .23 and it is flying! I'm in WWEN at an average price of around .07. You see why I'm excited! Let's put it this way if WWEN goes to $17.50 or higher I will retire. Plain and simple.

I was in FHAL at .11. Sold 75% at 1.04. I feel that company is a little speculative, although the huge PPS move. This is a brick and mortar Bio-diesel stock with MASSIVE margins on there fuel. There fuel is in MAJOR demand, and can't make this stuff fast enough. They have 1.7billion in guaranteed earnings, which translates to $17.50. They have more requests coming in all the time. Couple this with the Amex move, and no dilution., This stock is far better than FHAL.
