Even before the 10 million financing it was higher than .04. We should be close to the bottom.

recieved this emial from the chief project scientist
Dear Kevin,
I reviewed the document you attached, and all I would be allowed to say at this point is that they are doing something basically similar, but with a different apparatus.
Our process is the most efficient known at this time, due to the type of plasma device being used. The machine makes the difference.
Oh, and yes, it is indeed .14 a gallon, if a barrel is 50 gallons. Test results already have demonstrated that we can produce diesel fuel for only $7 USD a barrel. (I hadn't checked before to see if a barrel was 50 or 100 gallons, but I knew it was one or the other, so I gave you my best estimate based on the per-barrel rates for our production versus the world market as compared to local pump prices for gasoline. We can do it cheap in either context.)
Published reports show that W2 energy has a book value in excess of $17.50 per share now, and it is trading between .10 and .20 last time I looked. The book value has risen, but I don't know the exact figure at this moment, however, it might be around $20 a share by now.
As you may know, the book value is determined by the ratio of order requests (now over $2 Billion USD) to the number of outstanding shares presently on the market. At $1.8 Billion USD in O.R., the book value was $17.50, and we're over $2.0 Billion USD.
Order requests become bankable orders (i.e., collateral to a bank) when production begins. The $10 Million being raised at present will construct a 1,000 bbd (barrel-per-day) plant in Guelph, Ontario. We also are looking at converting some shut-down plants in various areas of the us that were hit by Katrina ("GO Zone" opportunities). This can get us up to a relatively high level of production very quickly if we can negotiate some of these existing plants. (All we would have to do is install our "front end" on the plants, and the rest is the same. Savings on construction would be considerable. Some of the candidate plants are available below $500,000 and are in operable condition. One even has been reconditioned, and is like new.)
My main technology page is "Beyond The Cutting Edge," a page which I have operated since 1998 (although the address had to change once):
On that last one, when you read my essay about what I think is happening, you will note that I fairly rigorously apply known science to what is observed, and come up with workable answers. The first duty of science is observation. This is where so many others fail, by rejecting things out of hand. (And they claim to be "scientific?" Who are these guys? MIT grads??? [Read the late Dr. Eugene Mallove on that subject.])
Anyway, I hope this addresses your questions.
Let me know if you are interested in further information.
Thanks for writing.
Regards,
Mark A. Solis

Agreed but downtrend doesn't seem to be over.
Looking for re-entry.
