I am not a web expert, so cannot answer your question. I do know that they are focused on the fundamentals, and not a mere website. I KNOW business. I have a finance degree, and have been an Investment Banker for years. I am in constant communication with the CEO. Don't buy in if you are skeptical. I have never been so sure about a company. I guess that’s what makes a market though.

The approval takes time, but we will have news on it soon. I am anticipating developments with the Ethanol contracts soon. The fact that they are adding a Liquid to gas terminal shows how huge they are becoming. They have all the financing available as well. This is big time.

I think this is a completely different story. The those other stocks are good for the trade, this is a good company. These are hard to come by. WWEN, and XSNX are the only 2 companies that I like for investment purposes. The others are only good for trading. There are only 97 million shares outstanding. The CEO told me he cares about the shareholder, and his companies stock, so will not issue more. These other companies have Billions of shares out. W2 Energy already has Investment Banks throwing money at them. Again, IMPOSSIBLE to find this in a stock at this level. The stock was at .51 only 2 months ago. If it wasn’t for naked shorting from the MM, this would have soared on the 1.7 billion in contracts, purchase of coal plant etc... Its all there with this one. Have patience. I have 500k shares at a dollar cost average of .042. If I make 500k tomorrow, or next year, its still 500k in the very short term. Plants around the world, Liquid to gas facility, move to the Amex, actual earnings, 1.7 billion in contracts, Investment banks more than willing to lend money, on and on and on. It amazes me that people can't draw these conclusions as I have. I suppose it comes from experience, and many years in the business. They are gearing up to become a big bio-diesel ethanol player here. Its OBVIOUS. Piece it together guys.

The new July 4th short reporting rule should take care of the shorting. It was only due from the enormous run up it had. I believe it was .01-.51 in a few days. That’s 5100%. MM would have to report that short, and it wont happen now. It should run smoothly on news. No shorting.

.I look for the same type of run. Based on 97 million shares out, 1.7 billion in contracts, 7 bio-diesel plants, and a liquid to gas facility, a 1 year price target should be around $10. That’s only 970 million in market capitalization. That’s chicken feed. You guys are used to these companies with billions of shares. Those stocks will be lucky to crack .10 and then plummet to the earth. We have a real winner on our hands here.

This company is SO undervalued., I hope that people can see that. Go read the past PR's, and piece it together. They are gearing up to be a big Ethanol player. The great thing is they have the financing through debit, and not through share issuance.

I just sold FHAL. Like I said, I look for WWEN to have the same move, only stronger. WWEN is already throwing numbers around, 1.7 billion. This is very tough to find in a stock at these levels.

I just don't get it. This is easy for me. Maybe years of doing it, but I think you guys should call or email the company as I do. The CEO said this would be 3-4 just on the OTC. They have the 50 million in revenues to make the move to the AMEX. Your looking at a several dollar stock in disguise. You have to piece it all together. I guess that’s the difference between a good investor and a bad one.

Don't be short sighted here. There are only 97 million shares. The market cap is only 9.2m. There contracts are 1.7 billion. At $10 the market cap is only 970m. You see where I'm going with this.

Good day. Looking for a gap in the AM. With an outstanding share count of 97 million, and a float of 4m, this truly will be the next FHAL. Whether it be tomorrow or next month. Its strange, FHAL has 1.5 billion in future revs., and WWEN has 1.7 billion. The similarities are astonishing. WWEN has a lower float though. Its also in Ethanol, which is in obvious demand. Not to mention the move to the American Stock Exchange. Thumbs up.

Any of you guys still in FHAL? I bought at .12 and sold at 1.04. It looks to be a little spec. for me. It could continue to rise, but I never liked that one a whole lot. Only for the trade. WWEN has the 1.7 billion dollars in contracts already in place. Its easy for me to be so confident from all of the DD I have done. I talk with the CEO frequently. I wish all of you guys would do the same. This has been one of the fundamental moves for me, and why my picks always pan out. Always contact management. They are the guys that make or break the ship. So important indeed. Its Wednesday, therefore Corona time. Until tomorrow.

Chart looks pretty darn good. MA's almost blown through. CMF going positive for first time in months. Take note of what happened the last time this happened.

%R, Slow/Fast stochs bottomed and obviously turning up after today.

MACD and histogram positive and ready to blow north.

Closed at or very near HOD. Watch for profit taking but this could be nice if it starts to rebound off the MA's when it declines just like what FHAL did.

Yeah, They killed my stance in XKEM. Unfortunately did not see the high and barely made any money when it was all said and done with. I sold my .076 position in FHAL to finance that one. So when I saw that .11 wall I wanted to jump, but didnt. With the amount of shares available so low this thing could fly faster than I have seen one go. I would hate to miss out trying to flip.

If I would have had 3 weeks worth of patience in FHAL, I would have reaped the benefits. I will try my best to do that here.

As i said earlier,,,,, the stock was being pumped... there was no news to make it go up so fast...... Everyone got angry when i made my statements..... but it is a fact almost 99% of the time ... no news or rumor of news.. no uptick so the stock was headed for an uptrend but was not destined to hold there..... As I stated previously..... Gr8 for a few flips...... And it still is ....... I will buy lots more friday when WWEN dropes lower..... Gr8 stock to flip.... it wil not stay high unless some really stable news comes out..... I am not bashing the stock.... I love it.... work it for all u can....

The PR will be out Monday, count on it. Hitman, you might make a little change by flipping this, but normally the spread is so wide it makes it difficult. That little change you may make is nothing compared to what’s coming. I have 500k shares at a dollar cost of .042. My network is in for millions. I am obviously confident enough to put my money, and my rep. up. I would caution you to be patient here.

I talked to the company about a month and a half ago. Invester is not pumping, when I talked to the company he said the finacials would be complete sometime around July 15th. I've wanted about 300k of this, but it went up to fast. I am sooooo confident in this. I'll be satisfied with my 130k. This is going to be a great ride. -Cassity

According to the press release, the organic fertilizer which is a co-product produced in the W2 ``GAT'' reactor will be pelletized and sold in bulk for $US200 per ton. The 10,000 barrel per day plant produces approximately 255,000 tons of organic fertilizer per year, bringing a potential additional $51M in sales, combined with the diesel fuel at $204M and $55M in electricity generation, producing a yearly sales number of $310.5M per 10,000 bpd plant. The company’s press release also states that, combined with the need to construct seven plants to satisfy production requests for the diesel product, W2 now has requests for product totalling $2.17B US.

WWEN is striving hard to get listed into AMEX.
Below is the minimum listing requirements from AMEX Section 102.

(b) Stock Price/Market Value of Shares Publicly Held—The Exchange requires a minimum market price of $3 per share for applicants seeking to qualify for listing pursuant to Section 101 (a), (b) or (d), a minimum market price of $2 per share for applicants seeking to qualify for listing pursuant to Section 101(c), and $3,000,000 aggregate market value of publicly held shares for applicants seeking to qualify for listing pursuant to Section 101(a).

As already mentioned in this forum, the last time they tried to list to AMEX this stock went up to .51 cents. Thats just when they announced they are planning to get listed on AMEX. Right now they are actually going to announce any soon (probably Monday as Investor confirmed by calling them)

My guess is IF it hits .13 it should move to .30 minimum and a Max of .51 (its old 3 month high)...and the day they announce they are moving to AMEX...(if officially announced) it should hit 3-4 $ definetly.

I don't know what the news is exactly, but .10 would be a very low expectation of mine. I personally feel with good news we see .2 or higher, with great(AMEX) news we see over $1. This is just my opinion.

Yes they want to go to the AMEX(refer to PR in MAY). They have already filed and were awaiting approval when I called the company in June. Investor, knows even more than me, he has been in constant contact with the company. I believe Investor because I have spoken with the company and I suggest you all do the same. This is a NO-BRAINER.

No, go read the other WWEN thread. A lot of good info over there. Quick answer to your question, 3 ways to go to AMEX, only thing W2energy needs is 50mil in gross profits(correct me if I'm wrong Investor). They meet every other requirement. The only thing this stock needs is buying pressure, and that will be tomorrow. GLTA

Just for those that don't know, this is a recap on some of the news that came out already that they might be going expanding on in the next pr.

During the company update they mentioned:
"The company has prepared the 2 years and stub financials for Y/E 2004, 2005 and YTD. They are now being forwarded to our auditor and will be reviewed shortly. The company has engaged The Lebrecht Group as our corporate securities lawyer; they will file the form 10-sb on our behalf. The company in the interim will file an updated 15c211 that can be viewed on www.pinksheets.com. Once the above is approved the company will instruct our attorneys to continue our application to the AMEX and copies of the audited financials will be mailed to shareholders"

also...

"The company continues to market our diesel product with resounding success and is expected to begin to deliver samples of our product in the coming months. Once samples are accepted, the letters of interest will be converted to purchase orders for the product. The company has currently accepted additional letters of request for production quantities of 500,000 MT per year representing a dollar value of $251.2M in sales in addition to the $1.5B in diesel product already requested."

The news could also be about:

The New Zealand Power Plant.
"The project which will be at least a 10,000 bbp plant will be exceptional in that it will show our technologies capabilities to produce clean energy from coal in the cleanest place on earth. The 10,000 bbp plants produce approximately $US310M per year in product."

Or it might be something totally different!

Based on $17.50 a share, I think we are a little undervalued. If you can tell, that was sarcasm. Also, PR Thursday, and more to come. This is huge for this company. FHAL had around $7 or so a share. WWEN is $17.50. This truly is the best play out there. Did you see the yield from there barrel. No expenditure, massive yields. Also Bio-diesel is in unbelievable demand. They can't make it fast enough. A potential buyout target. You are insane to not be in this. $17.50!!!!!

Ontario has restricted this stock to trade!!!!!!

Anyone knows why????????

I was in FHAL at .11. Sold 75% at 1.04. I feel that company is a little speculative, although the huge PPS move. This is a brick and mortar Bio-diesel stock with MASSIVE margins on there fuel. There fuel is in MAJOR demand, and can't make this stuff fast enough. They have 1.7billion in guaranteed earnings, which translates to $17.50. They have more requests coming in all the time. Couple this with the Amex move, and no dilution., This stock is far better than FHAL.

Most PPS values reflect prospective share price (in the future), this means that 17.50 is actually being conservative IMO.

Invester, I dumped some FHAL shares this AM and am playing freebies. I am going throw more at WWEN. I'm less wooried about the pps at this time because the demand for biofuels is going to be huge in the near future. Oil price are going through the roof and biofuels provide another option for consumers. This is an investment for the longer term.

Stocks go up in stages. From .045-.08, then .084-.15. They sell, bring it down to collect, then run. Its a game, and if you don't know how its played you loose. Remember $17.50. ALWAYS keep that in mind. Don't be short sighted here. Human nature is to want instant gratification. You need to be patient in the stock game. $17.50!!!

Come on investor, settle down. I posted on this thread weeks ago that I thought this was a great pick. But, I can name a couple of stocks that have put out pr's similar to the one by WWEN. ie. PGPM, AURC, and many more, who have crashed after not living up to their word. We are dealing with pinks my friend and I don't trust many of these companies. I make my gains and move on. Some I hold longer than others, some one week, some 2 years. I am just trying to put as many facts as I can in front of me to make an educated stratagy. No need to get all fired up, I'm just asking simple questions.

Thank you very much investor. Sold with over 200% gain. I had to sell cause it was a "do or die move" for me. I had manouvered myself in a situation with my back against the wall. Luckily for me I always make my best picks when I am in this position and I am back in business again :-))

exactly they gave me a hard time about it, i dont see why you cant be in more than one stock at a time, i look at it this way, fhal-15 and wwen-17.50 i just doubled my odds at one of these stocks making it big instead of just playing one, and if they both make it bam, i am one happy man

This is clearly a better company than FHAL though. It has a lot more going for it. I feel FHAL is a little speculative at those levels. WWEN is ripe and ready for lift off.

This is being SQUEEZED hard.. but the nice thing is that this company has tons of potential and tons of orders... book price at $17.50!! This stock is also going to the AMEX soon.. they announced this back in May!

I have 500k at .042. I will sell 100k around .75 or so, and another 100k around 1.10. 1.50 prob. another. And so on. This stock has $5 written all over it. Look at GHLT, I bought that around $1, and sold at $9. I usually know which ones will go.

I put 12K into this just this morning. I put 45K into NDOL and doubled my money two days later. Investor has been doing this for a while and makes a lot more than me. The gains from pennies are to awsome not to take the risk IMO...

I learned my lesson from NDOL. I bought at .20, sold at .30 thinking I was hot spit leabving with 50% profit. Well next day it was at .60, then on up from there. You tried to tell me then so this time I'm staying in!!!

guys im away on business and just now i was able to log in. had quotes being sent to my cell and called ameritrade to see if my orders filled and they did!! i had one at .18 for a few and one at .25. still got 45k in the bank for the long run!!! invester thankss for all your work, i knew this was a winner i am in love with the green in my account WOW!! just glad ive been accumulating from .04 to .08 lol. good luck tomorrow everyone!!

He also stated, "The tests showed that we are able to produce a quality liquid fuel product for as low as $0.14 per gallon or $5.88 per barrel base manufacturing cost."

FYI... I like WWEN and I'm in FHAL aswell but noticed something about that stinking talk show. CHDT went on it and tanked, so did FHAL and now if this stock does that also then I'll have to wonder WHO really is behind that show...

The selloff on FHAL shouldn't have been everything is right on track with the merger deal (that anyone can tell), same thing with CHDT it's still doing fine yet price dipping hard, and WWEN is next to be on that show, even with bright days ahead I have to tell you I cringed when I saw that WWEN was next to be on...

Just an observation ~
We'll see what happens.

Hope she hits a buck today! lol ~

Is that your quote for the day? Im holding WWEN and FHAL but my bigger money is in FHAL. I'll take your "advice" but I think ill keep my position as it stands. I know you are trying to get people to jump on your bandwagon but since you have spent so much time DDing WWEN and have had no time for other stocks (by your own admittance) please try not to sway people that had done their own DD in FHAL. haha, no problem. As you can imagine we have been dealing with a lot of "bad press" over on our board so every little thing is starting to get to me LOL. Dont get me wrong, im in WWEN and kinda wish i could be in heavier, but my gut is telling me to keep the positions i have. I did get in WWEN early yesterday around .084 though so that pre bell slump from FHAL didnt sting as bad as it coule have.

i like this pattern a lot...went up to 38 and got a serious pullback which was healthy after the run up yesterday and now we go slowly higher and higher and tomorrow a pr and an interview...i say this is looking good

I will say.. that last shake down to .23 made my sweat.. but then I took a step back and looked at the BIG PICTURE.. the financials, the product, the sector, the AMEX listing...

and I got a HUGE SMILE!!!
