I just talked to Glen at investor relations. He said that this will affect restricted and not restricted shares. I said, "So if I buy 201 shares today of PAIV, tomorrow I will have 100 shares at the dramatically increased price for 13.00 dollar investment? He said yes, if that is all you own."
Again restricted shares are affected by this.

In response to your question. I asked Glen (investor relations), "What would this do to the shares that Ameritrade hasn't covered? I said, "this would create a short squeeze if they haven't covered themselves." Glen said, "The transfer agent is currently working on this and will know in 2 to 3 weeks. We are trying to put as much pressure as possible on them."

Wait wait, any shares we buy today are not restricted, therefore we wont be going through any split, therefore keeping them all at hopefully $12? Or am I understanding it wrong?

I'm out.....not buying the restricted vs. unrestricted thing. Owned regular PAIV shares (non-JPHC shares) and tomorrow my 25,000 shares will be 125 and just don't see it holding $12 a share. Never seen a reverse work in my favor and ain't banking on Christmas early this time...GLTA that stick it out, I'll be rooting for you.

loyola told me if u buy free trade shares u will have free trade shares , the restriction comes into play with old jphc shares ,

come we need some real technical analysis on this split -- can some of the big guys like PCOLA JUICE and DB tell us what this means for holderss of paiv and holders of the restricted jphc shares, i mean does this mean dollars or not.
it shows yesterday was nothing more than another ploy by the MM's to drive the price down and get shares! HUGE sales gone through looks like covering to me lol!
this IMO is far from over
MM's showing their hand now,it's so obvious whats going on. they are playing this stock hard. only reason their doing that is because of being interested in it!
forget charts, forget normal stock trends,etc. this is something completly different
I really believe this will go to .20 before it would drop to .005 I just got a feeling (could be gas lol)

he did say if u bought less that 100 you would end up with 100 even if u only bought 20 , but for the extra $10 i decidedto err on the side of caution nad buy 201

tex, if you buy 201 shares now you'll have post split 1.05 shares, but they'll supposedly round it up to 100 shares... we'll see if that's true

well 2morrow i should have 100 at $12 pps = $1200 ,, would have bought in more but a little risky , so i'll play with my 12 dollors jist to see what happens

Everyone is skeptical of FHAL's $15 for $1 deal....well I may be wrong, but there is no way that you will own the same number of shares of PAIV tomorrow at $12. You will have 1/200th of your shares and it will open at about $10.00 x $12.00. Where it goes from there is anyone's guess, but if FHAL's 15x gain is skeptical, just imagine the people that think they are going to get 200x on PAIV (PAVC). Now the less 100 shares post split might be a breadwinner and there were a number of small buys looking for that loophole late, hope that works out for everyone.

, yeah i know that that is why i bought 201 shares , which will leave me 1 share , round that upto 100 X $12 pps = $1200 , even if i sell at 9 or 10 dollars , i'll have some weekend money,

yup...that's the play...one version of what I call a "geek play." Sometimes takes awhile to get your shartes, but worth the gamble, often enough...
prolly the spead will be pretty dicey, too...

So my 7,790 shares are converted to 38.95 which means I would have 39 share of PAVC , which means I would have 100 shares based on whats mention above??

in any case this can be a study case if it works next time there will be 10000 trades at xx1

If they round up any small holders to 100 post-split shares (20,000 pre-split shares), there's going to be a lot of profit taking in the morning and the stock will tank.
Hopefully that's not really what they meant.

Actually, coined that phrase during the GVRP play..."geek" more in the old-fashioned sense of circus geek...pins through the arm, etc...not like wimp et al... so...if you *could* come through the screen? ya, pretty geeky, lol
