i thought I read someone said 10 more months? however, if I remember from abck in the day, I thought it said we could sell only so much after a year and then any amount after 2 yrs?? I'll have to go back to posts and findout.
PS, I called Scottrade Compliance Dept. They said they have sent all info needed to PAIV TA.
I called PAIV TA, and she told me that they havent received all shareholders info from all scottrade accounts yet, but have got some. She said she would have someone call me to explain or talk about more.
Apparently PAIV TA will be sending our Certs to our addresses as soon as they get everyones info?
Let ya'll know if I get call and what more they say. I used #'s SAME, left in earlier post.

One of the advantages of the previous down cycle was that we now have FIRM support at .091. Prior to that, it was a free-fall to .051.
Textbook "falling threes" candle pattern, we're well within the bollingers now and the fast stoch line is crossing the signal line as we speak.
Williams has come around also - accumulation holding steady. There is still a buyer for every seller.
In fact, there is nothing about this chart that makes me nervous. I LOVE the new support level.
I very much get the feeling that the bulls had their say, then the bears - now we're staring at each other across the divide, waiting to see who moves first. Based on the huge run up so far, the bulls appear stronger - but the bears are mean with sharp fangs. It's not gonna be a one-day victory. There will be injuries and tales of extreme courage on both sides, and songs will be written and sung about the epic battle for generations to come...

Okay, maybe it makes sense to have people post how many shares of PAIV they hold, to try to get a reasonable estimate of the materiality of the Allstocks members holdings. Someone who has an account there could do the same at IHUB, and/or raging bulls. Obviously we'd just have to hope people post their real holdings and not some BS number to try to look like big shots.
Between myself and friends that don't post anywhere we have 217,000. What do you have?

Sorry, I should have clarified. I am talking only about unrestricted shares to test the "Short Squeeze" theory. Yours are restricted, correct?

Nevermind. Apparently it's a terrible idea and I was berated at IHub for even suggesting it. Now I remember why that place sucks so bad compared to here.

I'm pretty sure he's pennyaddict71 here. Always seemed like kind of an a-hole here too. Maybe he didn't read my post here and know that I've been here as long as I have, but I think it's just his personality shining through.

Ok, I apologize. I was just annoyed that I was trying to do something to help people out and got freakin' pounced on.
I assumed you were the same person because you both posted the smae things. One of you copied posts directly from the other, not sure which is which.

yes I copied and pasted a few things, it's always a good idea IMO to post up info as to why this stock is running for the new people browsing this thread. On a side note are you guys worried about the billion or so shares bought well under a penny? Why haven't these people dumped on us if they are holding? IMO TD Ameritrade probably pulled these shares from the accounts soon after they were purchased, otherwise IMO we would have seen a dump sending this under a penny after dropping from the .20's. It would only take a fraction of those sold to tank this stock IMO.

This guy on IHUB answered my question... those shares bought cheap have probably traded several times by now, otherwise we would have probably seen a dump on the last run.
adamgamz,
You think someone bought shares and that was cancelled???? Between RB and ihub, have you seen any posts that would indicate to you that something like that has happened? I don't recall reading any.
I know that plenty of people sold shares between .005 and .01 since May 19th and have since regretted it. If you're concerned about your paiv shares, it's at 10 cents, sell them.

Or at least threaten Scottrade Compliance that you will file a SEC Complaint if they Scottrade do not cooperate with the T/A in supplying the information requested. As of now they have not sent all the Info required. Also e-mail Scottrade and start a paper trail.

SAME, I never got a return call from the PAIV TA. Also, Im not exactly sure how to go about filing an SEC complaint. Info on that would help if u know.
I'll try again with PAIV TA tomorrow after work. As for Scottrade. I emailed and got that reply back I posted and I called and got same info. So not sure where to go with them from there.
I'll keep trying. At least I know the date I can sell them starts from time merger exacuted and not from when I finally get my Cert. lol

Ok, so I'm curious and need some one to check me on this. If the naked short is so much greater then the float. How are the brokers/MM suppose to buy shares to cover if there aren't even enough shares in circulation? Does anyone think they will make a deal with PAIV? if they do, this would be great (cash wise) for PAIV but, what will it do for the shareholders (free trade and restricted)? Would PAIV do a F/S to create more shares for them to purchase? Just some questions that popped in to my head.
