i'm thinking this might be round 2 of their reported dilution process. i don't give a F with this play anymore. i'm still in and have my gtc sell order at .015. it'll happen, just possibly not until december or the MMs quit f'n with the pps. dunno. this is just a long-termer with no excitement. but at the same time, most great plays gotta start somewhere :-)

I don't know what to think honestly. Most of our indicators are pointing bearish but at the same time the ULT is continuing to climb out of an undersold position.

The ULT is not an indicator that can be relied on by itself but it could suggest that this dip is momentary and not a long term trend. I will watch for a couple more days and see if other indicators begin to revert but I am thinking that if I can find a good price to get out without taking too much of a loos I will have to grab it. Dissapointing.

As to dilution....it is possible but it doesn't really follow normal channels. Volume isn't that much higher than normal. Not a lot of 9's being seen on the T&S. That sort of thing.

I just don't know.

Well, foot, it has been expereince that when they get aggressive and take a price down, (today's .0028), and recovery it realtively quickly, that is a sign that it will improve. Is it 100% reliable, no, they can go through the process tomorrow or several times, but it does seem to the biginnings of a reversal.
You are right about one thing, this pos is messed up like Hogan's Goat. It isn't following any patterns.

Well, if this was all about an aggressive take down that should have cleared out all the stops. Be interesting to see where it goes from here.

I've decided that I don't like the term "weak hands". I mean, it has gone down over 40% in the last 2 weeks and most sane people would agree that this stock is tanking.

People don't like to see their investments go down so low, so fast. It doesn't make them weak, it makes them want to hold on to whatever remains before it's ALL wiped out. It's simply not fair to watch their investments get cut, raped, pillaged, etc, without wanting to take some of that back before it's all gone.

Take a burning money example: People will put their hands in the fire to preent it all from being burned up - might as well save some before it all turns to ashes.

That doesn't make them weak to want to save something...anything.

Of course, pennies and subs are not for the sane!

Don't mean to insult Troy.

I use the term to describe those who push the button on emotion without thinking it through.

Take today as an example. The shake started when pps hit .0029 and quickly dropped to .0025. As soon as it was made clear that all the stop loss limits and panic sells at that level were gone the ask price jumped right back up to .003 and trading ground to a halt.

This tanked today for a while but it tanked for no reason. If there is super bad news I would understand the need to get out but with no news it is much more likely that abrupt dips are shakes which will reverse in a short period of time.

I'm not saying this is jumping right back up to .004 but it should return to the .0032-.0036 level in short order. Anyone who sold below that was a victim of the MM's games.

Emotion is a very hard mental block to get over but it is necessary to do so as MM's will use those emotions against you.

I should add:

With no news "and no clear trend line" it is much more likely that abrupt dips are shakes which will reverse in a short period of time.

Well right, this is one ugly duckling. I am not sure what is going on. We have seen aggressive take downs, most recently IGAI, CBCL, which resulted in some pertty decent runs. This one is perplexing. There has been approximately 800M shares traded in the last 30 trading days, seeing this go from .006 to .0025 LOD today. As of March 31 the date of their last From 10 there were 187M O/S, they filed an 8K telling us they converted some Series A Preferred to common bringing the O/S to almost 232M. I only mention that because, with an avg of approximately 27M per day trading in the last 30 days that is almost 4 times the O/S. Seems curious to me with that type of volume we would not see supply dry up and this thing have some substantial gains, instead we see substantial losses, (58%) since 6/27/06. Now, it is either more Series A being converted, or out and out MM manipulation. I bought more today, betting on the latter, but I have been fooled by diluting CEO's and cunning MM's many times before. It closed at .0025, Bid was at .0026, Ask at .003, means little for an overnight, they can fix that quick either way in the morning. I believe it has a bounce in it, yes, how much, don't know, I would suspect nothing dramatic. I be thirlled to see it kiss the 50MA, .006, but I think that is wishful foolery on my part. Might see .004 in the short term. I think foot spoke his thoughts on a rebound a couple of posts up.

Yeah, I think this will rebound short term to the mid 3's without a problem. Beyond that though something is going to have to change.

Thought I'd let you know that it wasn't really an insult (nor am I insulted), it was more of a "isn't there a better term for those who didn't make an emotional decision, but rather, wants to save what remains of their meager holdings?".

In poker, why do you fold a good hand? ANSWER: You plainly see that you are beat by a better hand and it's time to get out before throwing away more money. That's not emotional at all, it's simply smart poker.

IMO, it's not an emotional decision to sell when a stock tanks. It's the dicipline to know that you must retain something, or lose it all. That's why stop losses are set. Those stop losses especially aren't weak or emotional, rather they are disciplined investors who put in a "failsafe", for when/if it goes below a certain limit, in order to retain at least a small part of their original investment.

It's nice that you see it as a shake to get down to stop loss territory, but how would the MMs know at what price the stop losses are set? I mean, it's not like they have your stop loss order sitting in front of them at the time of the shake. You're telling me they guessed and they happen to have hit it right on for huge stop losses and positions? Maybe that's true simply because the MMs have been playing this poker game a lot longer than most of us!

So I guess the bottom line is that I don't see selling as a weakness, but rather as a disciplined approach to investing.

There's the predicted return to .0036. Think it can it go higher or is it a flip for you?

No, didn't flip. I still am in at .004 and didn't pick up extra at the bottom. Looking at the charts and trying to read the tea leaves is all. I've made a couple good guesses recently but don't think that doesn't mean the next guess I make couldn't turn out to be bulls**t.

One quick note on stop losses. If your stop loss is with your brokerage rather than a mental stop loss...yeah...MM's can see em. (At least...that's what I've been told) That's why I always use mental stops.

Looks like the big push is resting...good deal this morning.

Hmmmmm....Maybe that makes sense and explains why some MMs are higher or lower on the bid (first stop loss)?

That means they are using insider information to their advantage. Insider information can be construed as more than just company information, right? They have personal sales and quantity information lined up in front of them for any given stock so they can take it down to that mark at will???

WOW! Now I feel like I slept at a Holiday Inn Express last night!
