hey all, just a heads up on this one for all to keep a keen eye on.
they have a new products to be launched in october/november of this year and are ramping up production for the release of a new product called S-XGen.

https://secure.slwf.net/main-site/products_S-XGen.html

it's a sort of mini-computer, all wi-fi, built in bluetooth... you can read more about it on the link. the product looks legit as does the company. the S-XGen is much smaller than a laptop, and only a little bigger than a blackberry/palm unit.

it's been hovering around it's 52 week low for a couple months. (plenty of time for MM accumulations). decent daily volume.

i just wrote the company a detailed email with many questions about the launch and tech aspects of the S-Xgen, including current O/S count and plans for financing and distribution, etc.

will let you all know what they have to say when they email me back.

i realize that a launch of the new product in fall of this year is a long ways off in pennyland, but from what i can tell thus far from a fair amount of DD, this is definitely a play to keep an eye on.

note second paragraph stating:

"Seamless DRM will be integrated into the Windows family of content-protected files at the Operating System (OS) level in order to allow content providers to identify which PCs and mobile devices are authorized to play particular files and more effectively control content distribution, file-trading and moving software from one machine to another. "

i'm getting more pumped about this play the more i read up on it as obviously any integration into a Windows OS platform would be HUGE.

just listened to the update conduct teleconference call on date 6/7/03

you can listen to it yourself at this number:
replay is still available: (641) 985-5000, access code 1076491#

it's an interesting conference call and fairly short. definitely worth a listen for a few minutes of your time for any considerations on getting into this play.

here are some excerpts:

the S-XGen has the following things going on with it:

--mp3 player when closed, when open full computer
the company's earlier model (of which the s-xgen is modeled after was voted best new device in 2001)
updated device now
transtar provided first order of units for testing in back of airplane seats. for biz travelers w/o laptops with them.

--law recently passed saying that inflight communications will soon be allowed. portable on sight wi/fi
cingular won big, they provide device for communications

--when avail for sale? october of 2006, right before holiday season.

--who's selling? retailers, wholesalers and end users and online distro.

--play dvd or cd via connection only (can't put disc inside machine) would have to be downloaded from primary device.

--seamless internet hosting...
june 30th ... PR release on how many clients available through hosting presently will be out on 6/30

--sale price for unit is $595 msrp
comes with tech support 24/7

-- coming "phenom" software entirely combatible with ALL microsoft products including coming vista OS in end of '06

-- product device is in the process of porting to microsoft mobile in all systems from '95 to present XP systems.

--manufacturing "mini-system" in china.

--sales projections: first order of 80,000 units before christmas, strong belief that all will sell. (80k units x $595 = $47,600,000 in retail sales)

-- their market is in laptop computer industry and interest in smaller more portable computing device that is cheaper. similar product is samsung "Key 1" (might not be exact name as conference call did not have a super clear signal all the time). (the samsung Key 1 completely sold out in Best Buys upon entire first run of that product.)

--marketing plan:
strategic partnership in all of north america and asia, africa, middle east... distributors with interest in exclusivity. said to be 'coming to them' with interest.

--will this unit become a phone? been approached by 3 of the 5 major phone service carrier providers and meetings are scheduled with all before the end of june "still not public info currently" so could not divulge who the interested carriers were.

--competitors: samsung is first competitor, OQO, and others all putting out ultra-mobile computing devices.

link above gives idea of what is to be coming.

--first prototype unit available by july 15th for presentation to partners and investment groups.

State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date: As of March 31, 2006, the Issuer had 187,027,154 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.

On May 23, 2006 the registrants Preferred A shares issued and outstanding were reduced by 4,510 shares to 956,841 these shares were converted to common stock. The registrant's common stock increased to 231,937,154

Getting beat to death. New 52 week low today, (.0059). Very high volume with this take down. It has every right to recover nicely from here. That dilution should not have caused this big of decline.

It's a gamble for sure. They have been ruthless of late, taking decent stocks down hard, and keeping them there, with a lot lower O/S then SLWF has. Look at CBCL, 24M O/S closed at .0023.
Might have been prudent to wait for a confirmation, at least a little white candlestick, but then you leave $ on the table. Let's see what they do the rest of this week with SLWF.

Product - Schmoduct !

More than half of these pos penny companies don't do or make anything. They are 99.99% garbage, manipulated by greedy MM's, and diluted and scalped by lying, misleading, cheating CEO's, who dilute and R/S you out of hard earned money.

They are all a gamble, and when the numbers stack up like SLWF did today, it is worth gambling on. Has nothing to do with what or if they produce a anything or not.

I purchased SLWF today. However I tend to look at these penny stocks realisticly.

I did note this in an earlier post:

On May 23, 2006 the registrants Preferred A shares issued and outstanding were reduced by 4,510 shares to 956,841 these shares were converted to common stock. The registrant's common stock increased to 231,937,154

There is nothing to say that the volume you witnessed today was real selling interest and/or pressure, or more shares being converted and dumped on the market diluting share structure and increasing the supply available.

There's your "if", not hindsight, but foresight.

Posted by superman7 on :

a few hits at .0065 and VFIN is still there i dont think he can hold us here for much longer after .0065 we have .007 on the ask

we have only 7 mms till .01 i think we have a good chance of breaking .01 today if we continue to get the buying we are getting

Posted by Schwabie on :

super.. im in at 65 i think i might get more... what do you think.. its kinda thin...

Posted by superman7 on :

shwabie it does look great, i am loving that chart, that buy itself attracted me and the volume...i am also thinking of doubling up here real soon

this is looking good for a break out.
as mentioned in the excerpts i took from the shareholder update/conference call...
they said PR release on june 30th and meetings with 3 of 5 major phone carriers the end of june (which is basically right now).
could be a killer run in the next couple weeks.

Posted by Schwabie on :

.007 !

Looks like yesterday was capitulation and back to .02 maybe. GO! A big windows app PR at EOW would be awesome for a hge run next week.

yeah i am going to buy more once/if .007 breaks this one looks good

but we do have our first bidwhacker here

alot of whacking i may double up here instead of on the 7 break

Posted by welk on :

ten percenters got out is all and now back to 0065. LOL! Here we go!

Posted by superman7 on :

looks like the selling is done may start moving up here real soon

Posted by welk on :

I think today we end up with a lil move to close at 007 and then go nuts the rest fo the week into pennyville. Like phat said, a big PR could come out as this is the last week of June.............

If that happens maybe we go to 2 cents.

Posted by superman7 on :

1 mm left at 63 after that we have 67

Posted by The Phat Man on :

at this point, L2s almost no resistance to .007
a non-fluff PR thurs. or fri. with volume and this runs.

Posted by welk on :

64 x 65 and creeping up nice and steady. Agree, phat. A PR, even a fluff one, and this cracks pennyland imho.

Posted by Schwabie on :

30 million volume wow ! that like 6 + times moving average

Posted by welk on :

Schwabie, she's getting lots of interest today. GARRRAAAAAAAAARRR tomorrow? LOL!

Posted by Miss mu on :

It should start to move very soon and get back to a penny.

Posted by will on :

SLWF has issued 7 PR's the month of June, while the price retreated by approximately 50% this month.
This volume and a PR with substance, could get it back to that .011 - .015, levels easily.

All that is required now is volume and patients.

Posted by welk on :

I agree. The price will rebound soon. Next PR and this goes up big. I think .015 is a fair target, will. A TON of shares bought at the ask today. All day long..........

Maybe the company is doing a buyback and this will go to .02 on such news. Got to wait and see. I like it a lot though.

who could be selling? it's reached it's yearly low today... it's not like there's a profit to be taken from any recent buys.
only thing i can gather is MM bullsh!t or panic sells from people who bought in at .01+
anyone explain?

Changed your tune pretty quick, went from liking it alot to POS. I looked into this today and felt that this was probably a decent entry point so I climbed on board the ship.

Posted by will on :

Here is a possible explanation. They diluted in May, wouldn't be shocked if this volume is being driven by dilution.

On May 23, 2006 the registrants Preferred A shares issued and outstanding were reduced by 4,510 shares to 956,841 these shares were converted to common stock. The registrant's common stock increased to 231,937,154

That was reported in an 8K for period ending 5/24/06, and received and published 5/26/06, so it can be the company converting and dumping into the market without us knowing until AFTER the fact. Just another way these CEO's have of "getting" us.

Very suspicious and unusual for a stock that has average volumes, form 3 to 5 million a day over the last few months to trade 66M+ in two days and not run. (unless you consider the 16% hicup a run, I don't).

I think at this point one would have to seriously consider company dilution.

Agreed, all the same I think I may hold my position for a week or so just out of curiosity, maybe sell on the rebound.

Is this worth a gamble? Can't figure it out. Teach me! Should I buy?

Posted by cottonjim on :

If you have a few extra bucks, throw some at it at the bid, wait at the bid, once your filled then try to sell some at the ask. If your sell order goes through quickly at the ask price I believe that the mm's are snatching them up because they are going to let it run. This formula has actually seemed to work out for me most of the time.

0052 x 0054 now. Where's the bottom? Too scared to re-enter. Thoughts?

Posted by cottonjim on :

hard to guess, supposed to be a positive PR out soon I think.

Posted by will on :

It appears this volume spike is dilution, The company looks like they are using VERT as their MM of choice to sell shares.

Posted by cottonjim on :

perhaps, definatly use caution. THere is plenty of upside potential with the product however. I listened to the recorded confereance call updating consumers on the company and product and they were confident that they could sell out their first prduction run by Christmas. I think they said that the first run was going too be for 80000 units, at 595$ a piece thats a pretty healthy looking bottom line. I think that this has potential, even with the hundreds of millions of shares O/S. All my opinion

cotton, volume slowed today quite a bit. Do you think dilution is over?

Posted by The Phat Man on :

hey all... just got off the phone with both the product supervisor of the S-Xgen john domerego (also president of seamless internet) as well as the CEO of the entire company, Al Reda.

first, the company does exist and is legit. :-)

al was nice but was definitely holding his cards close to his chest on my questions. he did say "there are no plans for a reverse split". he also said that they had acquired a loan for the financing and launch of the forthcoming S-Xgen and were "most likely" not going to have to rely on pps/dilution. he said current O/S was included in march SEC filing and that they were a 'fully reporting company' (i have yet to see/find the SEC filing... if someone could post a link to it that would be appreciated.)
other than that, seemed like a pretty low-key and all-business guy.

as for john, nice, more outspoken and definitely extremely pumped about the S-Xgen. said in his opinion it's the best device of it's type made to date. he said the SX was basically going to act as a mobile office as a laptop would but with the physical size and convenience just slightly bigger than a palm unit. at first they were going to put a flash drive but have since upgraded the original design. it will now include a 20meg hard drive (drive speed undetermined at this point as they're discussing different models). 256K of Ram. will come with Windows CE 5.0 OS and eventually move to Windows XP OS format. will be receiving first pre-market orders in 2 weeks. standard/full size 12" fold-out keyboard (so that the user doesn't have to type with his/her thumbs like a blackberry). smaller size will avoid the travel hassles of the full lap-top security screen at airports.
said he has 'all his eggs in one basket with the SXgen and couldn't be more excited".

also, regarding the june 30th PR as noted in the latest shareholder conference call and update... Al couldn't comment on whether or not they would release tomorrow, but he did clarify to me that their hosting/user numbers would be RECEIVED on June 30th. as to whether they release a PR to that end, he could not comment.

that's about it from the notes i took.
take it for what you will. do your own DD.
have a good day and GLTA,

Awesome DD. Thanks for posting! Should I buy, phats?

Posted by The Phat Man on :

WELK... lol... even if you paid me, i wouldn't tell you to buy or sell. that's all you bud. anyone who tells you to buy or sell... watch out! :-)

as for me... i'm liking its potential, even if that means a 'hold medium-long' for at least a 1 bagger. i've got 400k shares averaging .oo59.
thus right now a little down, but willing to take the risk with all the dough i made on xkem. if it goes to .003, i'll take my punches and move on.

hard for me to say. I do think that, going back to my earlier numbers of $595 per unit, 80000 units sold by Christmas= Sales of 47.6 million $. If you assume that they are only taking a 15% profit that equals 7.14 million pure profit. Out standing shares are 231,937,154 divided out equals.3078 per share PROFIT, not including value. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

even if it's only 1/6th of those numbers, could still make for a 10 bagger with the current pps :-)

"he said current O/S was included in march SEC filing and that they were a 'fully reporting company' (i have yet to see/find the SEC filing... if someone could post a link to it that would be appreciated.)"

I think he refering to the 10Q where the O/S is stated as :

State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date: As of March 31, 2006, the Issuer had 187,027,154 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.

That maybe where he is getting his March date from, it is form 10 filing received by the SEC on 5/22/06 covering the reporting period up to and including March 31, 2006.

Link to Form 10 : http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2Fredirect.asp%3Ffilename %3D0001176721%252D06%252D000059%252Etxt%26filepath%3D%255C2006%255C05%255C22%255 C&symbol=SLWF

Now the only problem I see with that is the next filing which is an 8K received by the SEC 5/26/06, for period ending 5/24/06:

From the 8K :

On May 23, 2006 the registrants Preferred A shares issued and outstanding were reduced by 4,510 shares to 956,841 these shares were converted to common stock. The registrant's common stock increased to 231,937,154

Link to 8K : http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2Fredirect.asp%3Ffilename %3D0001176721%252D06%252D000065%252Etxt%26filepath%3D%255C2006%255C05%255C26%255 C&symbol=SLWF

So, what he said might be true and accurate, but the real question is, " has the company engaged in dilution by increasing the issued and outstanding of common class shares via conversion of preferred to common." The answer he gave you was, "he said current O/S was included in march SEC filing and that they were a 'fully reporting company', could be accurate even if they are converting the preferred to common. Well, kinda / sorta, because the issued and outstanding for both classes of stock is published along with the conversion ratio. So, the question I would ask, is he being fully forthcoming with his statement, or is he intentionally or unintentionally engaging in a bit of a deceptive misleading statement. It could very well be true that the total potentially available common shares has been published and reported via filings, but has the preferred shares decreased at the expense of dilution to the common shares?

I had posted both these filings early along with my suspicians that the company might be diluting the common shares via conversion of the Series A preferred issued and oustanding shares.

I couldn't find any filings with the SEC either, if someone else can find a link please post.

first, the company does exist and is legit. :-)

al was nice but was definitely holding his cards close to his chest on my questions. he did say "there are no plans for a reverse split". he also said that they had acquired a loan for the financing and launch of the forthcoming S-Xgen and were "most likely" not going to have to rely on pps/dilution. he said current O/S was included in march SEC filing and that they were a 'fully reporting company' (i have yet to see/find the SEC filing... if someone could post a link to it that would be appreciated.)
other than that, seemed like a pretty low-key and all-business guy.

as for john, nice, more outspoken and definitely extremely pumped about the S-Xgen. said in his opinion it's the best device of it's type made to date. he said the SX was basically going to act as a mobile office as a laptop would but with the physical size and convenience just slightly bigger than a palm unit. at first they were going to put a flash drive but have since upgraded the original design. it will now include a 20meg hard drive (drive speed undetermined at this point as they're discussing different models).

Al couldn't comment on whether or not they would release tomorrow, but he did clarify to me that their hosting/user numbers would be RECEIVED on June 30th. as to whether they release a PR to that end, he could not comment.

that's about it from the notes i took.
take it for what you will. do your own DD.

will... thanks for the update and info.
it's getting hammered right now, and i'll take my punches if it goes much lower (it won't be the first time i've had to do that). that said, i do believe in the product and if i have to hold until christmas sales numbers are out then so be it. might average down and play the pr flip game along the way as well.

absolutely with ya on the reality of all these plays. do you have current L2 with buy/sells?
actually looks like right now might be a good time to get in (MAYBE) for a quick flip at .004. seems to be stabilizing at this point.

starting to head back up big buys coming

.0042 by .0043

looks like .004 may have been a bottom atealst for now we are getting a nice bounce so far

this one is really running from the low now

.0045 by .0046 looks like a big bounce is coming i think we turn green and go up a decent amount today as the chart looks great and it looks like we have found a bottom just watch the mms they want shares bad they al jump on the bid real quick...this could be a great play today

Posted by The Phat Man on :

yeah, up 10% -ish from the low... good flip today or if no drop, they did receive their user numbers today and could have a good PR on monday or wednesday stating usership. we'll see.

Posted by jam_cracker on :

Ok everyone, now what's going to happen here? Can this still go lower???

Posted by will on :

If the dilution continues, yes it can go lower. With almost 207M shares traded in three days the dilution might be nearing an end. Last time they converted preferred to common, the stopped at about 50M shares. If this stock traded close to the entire O/S in three days it should have went from .006 to .01, ( at the very least), not to .004. That is why I suspect dilution as opposed to real interest volume.

Posted by welk on :

Almost no volume today. Is alleged dilution over? Good time to buy, experts?

Think it's a buy here at 0046, guys?

Holy sh*t...this thing is getting destroyed, go to stockhouse .com and you'll see the historical prices on this. It's hard to tell if this is the bottom, look at the CMF and its at like -.6 meaning massive selling pressure on this. I mean it's basically at it's low...but who knows how much farther down it will go or if a reverse split is coming. Keep an eye, and when it reverses then jump in. Fundamentals are horrible here too though...must be daytraded

i was told by the CEO that there were no plans what-so-ever for a reverse split. also said that after most recent filing/dilution, that there were no plans for more dilution either.
as to how low this play will go... that's anyone's guess. dilution isn't ALWAYS a bad thing either with respect to long-term profitability on behalf of the company and shareholders. of course, too much is too much, but they need the cash now for the lauch of a host of forthcoming products and at these prices are probably expecting large volume trading as a result of product launches. but, yes, if you want to minimize your risk, wait for a trend reversal. but, no guts no glory, heh?

Posted by stocktrader22 on :

Well let's put it this, by the time you find a trend reversal you may miss out on a 20% gain, but at least you know its going up, and if the product is legit and coming along, the price should be back at .01 which gives you plenty of profit.

Posted by welk on :

phat, appreciate your dd. Do you think dilution is done, if there was any to begin with, given the low volume on Monday? Think it goes up now?

agree,,, could miss more than 20%, but at least the downsides are drastically reduced. again, more risk: more reward.

welk, would like to help you more, but i'm not a pumper and don't have anything more on this play than what i've already posted (fairly extensive posts/DD if you read back on it all). thus, as advice is a double-edged sword, you'll just have to trust your gut and make a move when you feel the time is right.

anything further i find out, i will surely post.

Phat, thanks for your honesty. It just upticked in premarket to 41 x 42 now. Does that mean a bullish sign or gap and trap. Any news out. Can't find any.

Posted by The Phat Man on :

no news out as of right now. which MAY mean no news out today at all as if you look at their history of PRs, they have almost always come out at 8:45 EST. thus, might not see anything today unless they break the mold.

Posted by The Phat Man on :

though welk, good to be keeping an eye on this all the same as it COULD be a solid play as they do have proven services and products and are affiliated with microsoft licensing, etc. this might be one of those otc's that takes a few months to really get the momo going via new product launches and verified revenues from their creations.

it could go to the thousandths.... it could go to the upper pennies. as for me, i'm in now as i've seen the product, talked to the people at the company first hand and believe that what they're releasing will actually make some waves.

I don't know why a co would release news at the same time all the time like that. It gives the market makers an advanatge I think. I would release news sporadically and preferablyt at about 10:30 to catch everyone off guard and cause a run. Just my 2 cents.

welk, still in this play... however, not sure what to make of the volume as it's been pretty steady on the high side as of late yet hasn't created any significant movements north. will be waiting for a least a couple consecutive green days and/or PR to make another move on it.

Nice newsletter today! This site has 7000 members!

Website launches that have mirrored and/or improved existing business models have been extremely popular in the penny stock investor community. Launches are often preceded and followed by and almost UNSTOPABLE SHARE BUYING FRENZY! That's a fact!

Many of us made SIX FIGURE GAINS while Gameznflix Inc. (GZFX.OB) prepped the launch of gameznflix.com. We entered positions sub-penny and watched the stock rise to as high as .18 cents! More recently, in June we watched MedGen Inc. (MGEN.OB) announce and launch their web portal introducing a radically different approach and delivery system for the UNDIET(TM) weight loss system. The stock surged from sub-penny to as high as .05 cents in only a few days! Again, many investors made GAINS IN EXCESS OF 1000%!

Think mypace.com with added benefits!

Seamless Wi-Fi Inc (SLWF.OB) recently announced the successful testing of the backend secure foundation of a new social networking site called Freek2Freek.com by it's Seamless Peer 2 Peer subsidiary.

Freek2freek.com is set to carve out a market niche by introducing the first peer-to-peer social network built from the ground-up to be safe and secure for users of any age. The company feels it will have a significant competitive advantage over other non-secure social networks that risk users identities and personal information.Seamless expects to launch Freek2Freek.com to coincide with the beginning of the 2006 school year in order to offer younger social network users and their parents the opportunity to join a protected social network environment. That means the LAUNCH WILL OCCUR VERY SOON!

There are approximately 200 million shares outstanding and the current share price is .004. As we can see by the share price explosions of GZFX and MGEN preceding and after their respective website launches, a 1000% gain or more from current trading levels is not out of the question! Shareholders of SLWF.OB may soon realize incredible gains!

It's good news and has sustaintial potential but I wouldn't promise 1000% gain just yet.

the way this play has been moving lately, it's hard to say. at least it's SOMETHING that puts slwf in the news and the news doesn't suck at all. they now have what seems to be a proven sales/marketing company in their corner which speaks to a variety of positives.
speculatively speaking, it might give reason as to slwf's recent dilution (which seems to be coming to an end now), in which the investment that was placed into 1st Global in exchange for their marketing/sales services was most likely via stock shares and not hard cash. one could reason too, that possibly the shares exchanged for services (if such is the case) may have been claused to the effect that they couldn't be sold on the open market until certain goals were accomplished and results proven in the marketplace. thus, the motivation should be there to make this as much a success as is possible for the potential gains that both parties stand to create.
jmho and glty,

SELL RECOMENDATION CONFIRMED

Posted by booya on :

SLWF

SEAMLESS WI-FI INC
Daily Commentary

Our system posted a SELL CONFIRMED today. The previous BUY recommendation was issued on 07.11.2006 (8) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0034. Since then SLWF has gained 8.82% .

SELL-IF is confirmed by a black candlestick with a higher open and a lower close. The selling price is the previous close ( 0.0040 ) according to the Rules of Confirmation.

Bears are getting stronger. The market hesitated a bit, but finally confirmed the bearish pattern with a one day delay. Though the market opened higher today, the day’s activity created a black candlestick that closed below the previous close. This is a valid bearish confirmation.

We hope that you sold this stock . Your important benchmark was the previous close. You were supposed to watch the session carefully, feel its bearish tendency despite the higher opening and sell your shares after making sure that the prices stay below the previous close.

If you sold, keep away from this stock until the confirmation of a new BUY-IF signal. What to do if you did not already sell? Maybe, you did not have time to follow the session or you simply delegated the delicate job of confirmation to us. Well, it is a bit late, but not too late. You may still find suitable prices for selling your shares in the following sessions.

The market is an inviting one for short-sellers. Risk lovers may now go for short sale.

From pure candlestick analysis this would be correct. I don't know.

Technical indicators still say this is in good shape to run up to .01. Add speculation about upcoming news and I don't think it's time to bail on this one yet. I'm holdin for a bit to see if we can't get some increased action here next week.

Something may be happening behind the scene here.

Today for the first hour and a half of trading only 500,000 shares traded. Everything at .0037. MM's may be done flipping this stock and could be preping for action.

Lots of maybes in this post. Don't take it as investment advice. Just trying to make sense of some odd action so far today.

Our system posted a BUY CONFIRMED today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 07.19.2006 (7) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0040. Since then SLWF has gained 0.00% .

BUY-IF is confirmed by a white candlestick which has an open equal to the previous close but closing higher. The buying price is the previous close ( 0.0037 ) according to the Rules of Confirmation.

The recent bullish formation leading to the BUY-IF signal is confirmed today. The market is ready for a new bullish move. Though the market opened lower today, the day’s activity created a white candlestick that closed above the previous close. This is a valid confirmation criterion.

We hope that you acted quickly and already bought this stock . Your important benchmark was the previous close. You were supposed to watch the session carefully, feel its bullish tendency despite the lower opening, and go long after making sure that the prices stay over the previous close.

If you bought, continue to hold this stock until the confirmation of the next SELL-IF signal. You are on safe grounds as long as the future prices continue to trade above the benchmark price. What to do if you did not buy? Maybe, you did not have time to follow the session or you simply delegated the delicate job of confirmation to us. Well, it is a bit late, but not too late. You may still find suitable prices for buying in the following sessions.

From the latest SEC Filing 8K :

On May 23, 2006 the registrants Preferred A shares issued and outstanding were reduced by 4,510 shares to 956,841 these shares were converted to common stock. The registrant's common stock increased to 231,937,154

Note the volume between 6/27 to 7/10, almost 471M in 9 sessions, over twice the "reported" O/S, and the price retreats. Add to that a couple more session of almost 50M since then, and something is rotten. It is either more dilution through Series A conversion, or manipulation by MM's.

looks like its time...

Posted by The Bigfoot on :

I agree with Will. There is something funky going on with the numbers. I still think this has a run in it though. (Commentary below based on a daily chart with a 6 month timeframe.)

Our MacD continues to climb out of the negative as it has been doing all month now. Another week or two at current levels and we should be out. A good couple days and we will see a sharp bullish turn.

Our RSI has finally peeked its head out of the 30 and stayed there. If this pokes back down we are not ready. It is important for the RSI to stay up and continue to grow if we are to expect any gains. (OK stating the obvious there. Sorry)

CMF still has a long way to go but it is heading in the right direction.

ADX and Aroon are all screwed up right now coming off the long bear that preceeded for three months. ADX is begining to reflect growth but Aroon hasn't had enough positive indicators yet. Started to but the spinning top on Thursday and the gravestone Friday killed it.

We have the beginings of a small uptrend showing in the chart but we ended Friday with a gravestone which could mean we are looking at another dip prior to any growth.

The good thing is that if we really are starting an uptrend our lower resistance level should be right around .0037 so we don't have that far to dip unless there are enough sellers to break resistance. (That would be bad)

Barring great news I think we are still a week or two out from breaking and sustaining over .005.

Personally I don't ususally hold that long so I will be watching Monday's trading closely to tell us what is in store for this stock and to see if I should bend my rules.

GLTA,
The Bigfoot

thank you,

hello to all at seamless,
i'm an investor in your company and have been following your progress best i can for awhile now. having read up on the reporting, PRs and having gone through every page of your website in detail including listening to your conference calls, i can say that i'm excited about things to come.
however, as an investor, i (we the public) have heard nothing from you in quite some time now and i would like to know of ANYTHING that's going on with the company.
you released approximately 5 PRs in april, 13+ PRs in the month of may. and approximately 7 in june (according to what is readily available on yahoo finance). and since then, you have not released one update for the month of july which has me concerned as to company progress. a small part of the reason i invested in your company was because i thought you to have good investor/company relations and communications in keeping your investors versed as to the progress and activities of the company. now having heard nothing publicly from you for a month, i'm becoming concerned, wondering if you're still functioning in a growing capacity and whether good things are still in the works.
last i spoke with albert reda and john domerego on the phone i was told among other things that user numbers would be received by 6/31 and the conference call on 6/7 stated there would be a PR to that effect. i was also told that proto-types of the x-sgen would be in your hands by mid july. having not heard anything from you as to the initial success (or not) of the products and services you provide, i ask you to kindly submit something to the public letting your investors know of your current status (good or bad), and/or a reply to this email (or return phone call) in any capacity would be duly appreciated.

thank you for your time and consideration,

The past month has been a period of significant development and foundation building for Seamless Wi-Fi and our subsidiaries. We will continue to issue periodic news updates regarding the Company and different initiatives via email subscription and archived on the HYPERLINK "http://www.slwf.net" www.slwf.net website.

Seamless Internet, Inc.

Our business and consumer research has lead to tasking our development engineers to add additional functionality and features to the S-XGen™ Production prototype prior to final manufacturing lock-in. They have increased internal memory as well as integrating a 20 Gigabyte hard drive in the base production units, which will provide for extensive additional capability. In addition, the price point for the S-XGen has increased to $799.50 but any potential purchaser who registers to reserve their S-XGen at the HYPERLINK "http://www.slwf.com" www.slwf.com website before August 15, 2006 will be entitled to purchase their S-XGen at the discounted pre-release price including a ten percent discount on the original suggested retail price of $595.00. In addition to receiving a $59.50 discount per unit, only individuals or businesses that pre-reserve their S-XGEN devices will be guaranteed order fulfillment when the first S-XGEN’s hit the street in November of 2006. No deposit is required upon reservation.

Even though the S-XGen has been fitted with a 20GB hard drive, its dimensions have been maintained to the planned 6.5” X 3.8” X 1.125” form factor. It includes a 4.25” TFT Transflective Touch Screen viewable in sunlight, 802.11b/g and Bluetooth connectivity, SD MMC and Compact Flash sockets, 2-USB 2.0 ports, and a near full sized Qwerty folding keyboard, stereo speakers and inputs/outputs, docking socket and tri-band cell phone communications.

Based upon Alpha testing results and input, our development partners for Phenom(TM) Version 3.0 have informed us that the final Beta iteration of Phenom will be available the third week of August and that we are on target to launch Phenom after Labor day. We plan to market Phenom 3.0 through retail, wholesale and direct to end user channels. The price point will range from $49.95 to $149.95 depending on license and capabilities mix. Please visit HYPERLINK "http://www.seamlessp2p.net" www.seamlessp2p.net for more detail.

Seamless Skyy-Fi, Inc.

Seamless Skyy-Fi reports that initial reception for the company published white paper entitled ‘Courting the Business Traveler: Secure Wi-Fi Hotspot Provision Provides Hoteliers with Competitive Differentiation’ has been encouraging as hoteliers look for value-added services for client retention or additional guest revenue capture.

Seamless Skyy-Fi provides location-based Wi-Fi services provision for hotel and retail organizations from initial installation, integration, billing management and ongoing service, maintenance and technology upgrades. A copy of the white paper is available upon registration at the HYPERLINK "http://www.slwf.net" www.slwf.net website.

The problem here is that "hype" and PRs often move pennies faster than real growth. Most folks here are interested in short term gains (3 months or less), and are rarely willing to hold a stock that continues to lose money because they have not updated shareholders.

i'm speculating that the newsletter gives indication to PRs beginning again around the mid-august to 1st week in sept. point. we closed barely green today, but still green and the movements didn't seem to be complete BS. since the pps has been sitting at these levels for SO long, i feel comforatable accumlating more in expectation of sept. PR goodies. should/could be at least a 1 bagger from here.

Let me clarify that "continues to lose money" part: I mean the pps continues to drop, or has little to no real movement in any direction. It's all about the momentum here.

I usually miss the momo and hold bags. Lots of em.

I like this stock, but decided the other day not to stay in because it has no momentum. Maybe I'll regret it if this does close above .004 tomorrow....and maybe I'll try to get in under .005 if this shows signs of waking up.

bowl... jmho completely, but i feel the newsletter gives about as strong an indication of forthcoming momo/PRs come september as one could ask for. the pps has remained at least consistent now for about a month. yeah, sure, it's boring as hell :-) and there's other plays out there that one could make money (or lose money) on. as has been my experience though... same as 'buy on rumor, sell on news'... also equally true (though boring from the onset), 'buy the silence, sell the noise'.
i love the momo plays, but in the back of every portfolio cycle i play are always a couple 'silencers' in which i might sit on and forget about for months until one day i wake up and say, 'wow, i just made a 300%!!!" (SELL!!! :-)

here's a response from one of my computer guru friends regarding me asking him what i thought of the forthcoming X-Sgen (this friend of mine called apple for me when it was $10 and i rode it 'til $79):

"ok very cool. I see a picture of it (the x-sgen) and the specs. they are using windows ce and an intel xscale processor. same one that palm uses in it -- lifedrive. this is also the same processor that I believe apple will begin to use in their ipods which will become a pda soon. The big apple product announcements are during steve job's keynote next monday at noon. wait for that. it will give you a good idea where they are headed. I dig the fold out keyboard. should make some waves."

above is strictly 'for what it's worth" and opinion of my friend only. (but i value his insights in the tech world, big-time)

Yeah, maybe....Problem is that I generally buy the rumor/hype, and then that rumor/hype just disappears completely - leaving me with a bag.

So, my patience is more to the cautious side these days.

Example: PAIV when it reached .02, I bought because I saw the L2s jumping around liek crazy that morning, then sold at a slow point (same day) to take 15%. Within a week or 2 it went to .20. I lost on big profit, but made small profit. My losses were heavy playing the "wait and see" game, so caution is my game these days and I must stick with it until the stock shows me something.

I've also been having this lurid feeling that MMs watch us (newsgroups, individual investors) closely to help them determine which way to move stocks. I think overall investor sentiment is something that MMs play into to make their own monies beyond normal supply and demand. Move it up on small hype, wait for people to get excited ad buy in, then drop it until they are so pissed that they've lost 3/4 of their cash on it and tired of wating that they give it back to the MM. Lather, rinse, repeat.

As a professed newbie (if I were not a newbie, I would be rolling in the cash), I'm ususally the one who get's shaken out at the low prices. I've tired of holding bags, and am leary of the way that MMs control just about everything in this market. My chart reading is decent (I went through stock chart school on stock charts . com) and I see everything that points to upwards movement with momentum, but get burned again and again anyhow because that momo seems to stop right near where I bought in.

I need to learn to read L2s better, since that's where it appears to be at.....

Oh, hey, amd I rambling...?

LOL tompom!!!

hey... at least this MIGHT (eod) be our third green day in a row. having watched and been in this stock for a LONG time now, i've noticed green upticks on low volume as indications of real buying (ie, not dilution, not P&D). as of late, most of the time whenever the PPS has gone up it's been from some huge group play (or otherwise) taking it from .0035 to .0055 in about 3 minutes and then dumping big stinky poohs on all who bought late into the hype. it now seems like we've established a formidable base around .004 (give or take 20%!!! :-) however, if the latest newsletter is ANY indication of things to come, we should see the momo and PRs and a paydate come september. imho.

I'm liking the rise here.

Would like more volume though. But it is Friday after all. Not a big buying day.

Stay at .042 and we have a good set up for next week.

Ok ok!

The 6 month daily chart is really starting to show signs of life here for SLWF.

The RSI has been climbing and now sits at 37.87 which is the highest point it has been at since early June.

The MacD continues its month long climb out of the gutter and is now at its highest point since early MAY and the histogram continues to show growth.

What I really like is that both the Aroon and the ADX have gone positive. Aroon up is 40 over 24 and the ADX up is 27 over 25 with a weak trend line at 26.7. This is the first time the ADX and the Aroon have agreed on positive indicators for the last 6 months. Aroon has been stubbornly negative to this point.

The only bad thing I can find is that our CMF is down again some recently.

Oh, that and volume. We NEEED volume. Or this trend will be kaput the moment the first sellers enter the market.

GLTU next week!

Good question. I dunno what's up either. I'm still waiting to see higher pps hold, and more volume.

With L2s all over the place, it's usually a good sign. However, I don't see NITE or UBSS supporting the bid very heavlily, either.

Something's definitely up, though! <---Helpful, I know [Wink]

LOL...Bigfoot, you sound like you're taking this stock out to dinner and a movie!

3 minutes left. Will we get a 39 paint at close?

Posted by The Bigfoot on :

Nope.

That 36/39 spread is manufactured. MM's have something in mind for this stock.

(my opinion, nothing to back it up but the gut)

The way that ARCA was sitting below the bid all afternoon, bugs me a bit.

Volume was really nice to see, though not quite double the 60 day average, it was close. It was just over the 90 day average volume.

As per normal, I could be wrong (and hope I am), and am still waiting for it to "prove" it's strength by holding higher pps on stronger/higher volume.

I'm thinking their gonna shake tomorrow, maybe Wednesday too, and then let it run later this week or early next.

Guess I should have said that there's nothing I have to back up my guesses, either! Just looking at the 2 month chart and noticing a similar pattern history amongst indicators.

Hoping for better than that, though!

I don't know what to think honestly. Most of our indicators are pointing bearish but at the same time the ULT is continuing to climb out of an undersold position.

The ULT is not an indicator that can be relied on by itself but it could suggest that this dip is momentary and not a long term trend. I will watch for a couple more days and see if other indicators begin to revert but I am thinking that if I can find a good price to get out without taking too much of a loos I will have to grab it. Dissapointing.

As to dilution....it is possible but it doesn't really follow normal channels. Volume isn't that much higher than normal. Not a lot of 9's being seen on the T&S. That sort of thing.

I just don't know.

Well, foot, it has been expereince that when they get aggressive and take a price down, (today's .0028), and recovery it realtively quickly, that is a sign that it will improve. Is it 100% reliable, no, they can go through the process tomorrow or several times, but it does seem to the biginnings of a reversal.
You are right about one thing, this pos is messed up like Hogan's Goat. It isn't following any patterns.

traders begining to sweat. This will go lower before it bounces as weak hands bail.

Posted by The Bigfoot on :

Well, if this was all about an aggressive take down that should have cleared out all the stops. Be interesting to see where it goes from here.

Ask holding at .003

Bid uptick to .0026

Posted by bowlegtroy on :

I've decided that I don't like the term "weak hands". I mean, it has gone down over 40% in the last 2 weeks and most sane people would agree that this stock is tanking.

People don't like to see their investments go down so low, so fast. It doesn't make them weak, it makes them want to hold on to whatever remains before it's ALL wiped out. It's simply not fair to watch their investments get cut, raped, pillaged, etc, without wanting to take some of that back before it's all gone.

Take a burning money example: People will put their hands in the fire to preent it all from being burned up - might as well save some before it all turns to ashes.

That doesn't make them weak to want to save something...anything.

Of course, pennies and subs are not for the sane!

Well, troy, calll me stupid, but I bought more at .0025.

Posted by The Bigfoot on :

Don't mean to insult Troy.

I use the term to describe those who push the button on emotion without thinking it through.

Take today as an example. The shake started when pps hit .0029 and quickly dropped to .0025. As soon as it was made clear that all the stop loss limits and panic sells at that level were gone the ask price jumped right back up to .003 and trading ground to a halt.

This tanked today for a while but it tanked for no reason. If there is super bad news I would understand the need to get out but with no news it is much more likely that abrupt dips are shakes which will reverse in a short period of time.

I'm not saying this is jumping right back up to .004 but it should return to the .0032-.0036 level in short order. Anyone who sold below that was a victim of the MM's games.

Emotion is a very hard mental block to get over but it is necessary to do so as MM's will use those emotions against you.

With no news "and no clear trend line" it is much more likely that abrupt dips are shakes which will reverse in a short period of time.

Will or Bigfoot do ya think this might bounce tomorrow

Posted by will on :

Well right, this is one ugly duckling. I am not sure what is going on. We have seen aggressive take downs, most recently IGAI, CBCL, which resulted in some pertty decent runs. This one is perplexing. There has been approximately 800M shares traded in the last 30 trading days, seeing this go from .006 to .0025 LOD today. As of March 31 the date of their last From 10 there were 187M O/S, they filed an 8K telling us they converted some Series A Preferred to common bringing the O/S to almost 232M. I only mention that because, with an avg of approximately 27M per day trading in the last 30 days that is almost 4 times the O/S. Seems curious to me with that type of volume we would not see supply dry up and this thing have some substantial gains, instead we see substantial losses, (58%) since 6/27/06. Now, it is either more Series A being converted, or out and out MM manipulation. I bought more today, betting on the latter, but I have been fooled by diluting CEO's and cunning MM's many times before. It closed at .0025, Bid was at .0026, Ask at .003, means little for an overnight, they can fix that quick either way in the morning. I believe it has a bounce in it, yes, how much, don't know, I would suspect nothing dramatic. I be thirlled to see it kiss the 50MA, .006, but I think that is wishful foolery on my part. Might see .004 in the short term. I think foot spoke his thoughts on a rebound a couple of posts up.

Thought I'd let you know that it wasn't really an insult (nor am I insulted), it was more of a "isn't there a better term for those who didn't make an emotional decision, but rather, wants to save what remains of their meager holdings?".

In poker, why do you fold a good hand? ANSWER: You plainly see that you are beat by a better hand and it's time to get out before throwing away more money. That's not emotional at all, it's simply smart poker.

IMO, it's not an emotional decision to sell when a stock tanks. It's the dicipline to know that you must retain something, or lose it all. That's why stop losses are set. Those stop losses especially aren't weak or emotional, rather they are disciplined investors who put in a "failsafe", for when/if it goes below a certain limit, in order to retain at least a small part of their original investment.

It's nice that you see it as a shake to get down to stop loss territory, but how would the MMs know at what price the stop losses are set? I mean, it's not like they have your stop loss order sitting in front of them at the time of the shake. You're telling me they guessed and they happen to have hit it right on for huge stop losses and positions? Maybe that's true simply because the MMs have been playing this poker game a lot longer than most of us!

So I guess the bottom line is that I don't see selling as a weakness, but rather as a disciplined approach to investing.

No, didn't flip. I still am in at .004 and didn't pick up extra at the bottom. Looking at the charts and trying to read the tea leaves is all. I've made a couple good guesses recently but don't think that doesn't mean the next guess I make couldn't turn out to be bulls**t.

One quick note on stop losses. If your stop loss is with your brokerage rather than a mental stop loss...yeah...MM's can see em. (At least...that's what I've been told) That's why I always use mental stops.

Looks like the big push is resting...good deal this morning.

Hmmmmm....Maybe that makes sense and explains why some MMs are higher or lower on the bid (first stop loss)?

That means they are using insider information to their advantage. Insider information can be construed as more than just company information, right? They have personal sales and quantity information lined up in front of them for any given stock so they can take it down to that mark at will???

Schwab, I think you mean to say support, but I follow you. Yes I have noticed. If you follow my post I think I have been saying that since the beginning of May. I noted quite a few times that the take downs have been harder and more aggressive. Probably a pattern that Summer time trading spawns. It will get better.

Just stick with your rules and plan. This morning I decided that CBCL was a buy at .0033, but because of the aggressive take downs I entered my offer at .003, and it bounced off of .0031 recovering to .0049. Now some might say I was shut out because I was cheap, I say nonsense to that. The only shortcoming with that stradegy is that I was being too aggressive. How often do we make a decision and rescind it, only to be punished for giving in. Stay the course !

Seamless Wi-Fi Corporate Update
Wednesday August 23, 8:45 am ET

LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 23, 2006 -- Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. (OTC BB:SLWF.OB - News) today issued the following update on various corporate initiatives in process.

Seamless Wi-Fi and subsidiaries continue to make progress toward bringing new products and services to the market. The following are the most recent updates from Seamless Wi-Fi operating subsidiaries: Seamless Internet, Peer2Peer, and Skyy-Fi.

The Seamless Internet, Inc. subsidiary has completed final enclosure design molds for the S-XGen and manufacturing of the first run of enclosures will soon begin and be delivered for the initial twenty demo units over the next three weeks.

With the addition of increased functionality and new features to the S-XGen, Seamless development engineers are in the process of redesigning the circuit board for enhanced reliability and faster data exchange. The new S-XGen has increased internal memory, an onboard camera as well as more gaming buttons and a shock proof 20 Gigabyte hard drive. As a result of these upgrades, the price point for the S-XGen has increased to $799.00. We anticipate the first 1,000 ready for market units by December 1, 2006.

Seamless Peer2Peer, Inc.'s soon-to-be-launched Freek2Freek secure social web network will soon open the name reservations process to afford eager potential users the opportunity to reserve their screen and user names in advance of launch. Freek2Freek has been built from the ground-up to be safe and secure for users of any age and the company is actively reaching out to affinity groups that are looking to provide a robust and secure environment for their enthusiast communities. The secure backbone for Freek2Freek has also been locked down. Development of Phenom(TM) Version 3.0 continues and we anticipate the next internal beta iteration of Phenom will be available the over the next three weeks.

Seamless Skyy-Fi is eager for the release of its proprietary "SPN" technology. "SPN" secures Wi-Fi Internet surfing by encrypting the wireless data packets as they are transmitted from your Wi-Fi device (laptops, smart phones, etc.). We look to add the "SPN" technology to our product and service offering by mid-December of 2007. Seamless Skyy-Fi provides location-based Wi-Fi services provision for hotel and retail organizations from initial installation, integration, billing management and ongoing service, maintenance and technology upgrades. A copy of the recent white paper 'Courting the Business Traveler: Secure Wi-Fi Hotspot Provision Provides Hoteliers with Competitive Differentiation' is available upon registration at the www.slwf.net website.

X 1.0 Orders 500 S-XGen(TM) Ultra Mobile Personal Computers
Thursday September 7, 8:45 am ET

LAS VEGAS, NV and BROOKLYN, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 7, 2006 -- Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. (OTC BB:SLWF.OB - News) subsidiary Seamless Internet Inc. today announced that X 1.0, a leading PC systems integrator in the New York metro area, has ordered five hundred S-XGen(TM) Mobile Computing and Communications Devices. The S-XGen is the newest contender in the rapidly expanding Ultra Mobile Personal Computer (UMPC) class of minicomputers.

"The S-XGen will allow us to offer our client base a real computing and communications tool in a much smaller form than common laptops, but without the drawback of PDA-type devices -- namely, a keyboard you can really write on," said X 1.0 president Nathan Archer. X 1.0 was founded in 2004 and is recognized as a leading Value Added Reseller within the Tri-State area. "We are eager to get the first production units into the hands of our best clients so they can not only experience the benefit of the almost full-sized keyboard, but also the enhanced communications capabilities that the S-XGen's integrated cell service, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity affords the hard-core mobile business user."

"This is our second large order for the S-XGen, which in addition to the hundreds of validated online business and consumer reservations represents a very good indication of the market's desire and the true potential for this unit," said John Domerego, President of Seamless Internet.

The S-XGen reservation site is at www.slwf.net, where in addition to reserving an S-XGen, interested parties can view the device and specifications and register to receive Seamless News.

Seamless Wi-Fi also announced that due to the shortened work week and management wishing to maximize accessibility to the call, the Seamless Skyy-Fi investor update teleconference has been rescheduled for Wednesday, September 13th at 1:00 PM Eastern and 10:00 AM Pacific Time.

...and you may very well be correct, SA. I bought early and high the first time, and averaged down at .0025 with more than I would have liked to. Once I miss bottom, and they move I lose all sense and sight of them. I have no idea how they will behave. I would reconsider buying at .002 or less.

Less... if dilution is the culprit here as seemed to be the case then you can't expect this to hold a bottom like a normal stock. Make it prove itself at .002 before you try to get in.

P.S. When was news about the Freak to Freak website supposed to come out again? That sounded interesting.

WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AFTER SUMMER...

Then that could be something very big to look forward to. Marketed the right way that would be huge with the teeny boppers with self confidence issues (which means all of them.) I'd double check that timeline though before I "counted" on anything.

Seamless Peer 2 Peer Successfully Tests 'Freek2Freek' Secure Social Network
Thursday June 22, 8:45 am ET

LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 22, 2006 -- Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. (OTC BB:SLWF.OB - News) subsidiary Seamless Peer 2 Peer today announced that it successfully tested the backend secure foundation for the company's soon to be launched Freek2Freek (www.freek2freek.com) secure social web network.

"This testing has proven out the secure backbone for Freek2Freek that will allow us to offer the first truly secure peer 2 peer social network," said Lucanas Rippy, President of Seamless Peer 2 Peer. "With Freek2Freek built from the ground-up to be safe and secure for users of any age, we feel that we will have a significant competitive advantage over other non-secure social networks that potentially risk users identities and personal information."

Seamless expects to launch Freek2Freek to coincide with the beginning of the 2006 school year in order to offer younger social network users and their parents the opportunity to join a protected social network environment.

Upon launch, Freek2Freek will offer the highest levels of security and user verification because its patented backbone is based upon Seamless Peer 2 Peer's Phenom Secure Private Network layer technology, which allows transmission of data to peers in a transparent manner over conventional IP networks in such a way that information can be shared among peers even if one or more are behind proxies, Firewalls, or NATs. Freek2Freek will be a truly 'safe' online community where everyone who interacts on it will be authenticated and all communications will be encrypted.

Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. (OTCBB: SLWF) subsidiary Seamless Internet Inc. today announced that Money Movers of America (MMOA) has ordered one thousand S-XGen(TM) Mobile Computing and Communications Devices. The S-XGen is the newest contender in the rapidly expanding Ultra Mobile Personal Computer (UMPC) class of minicomputers. MMOA establishes solid relationships with independent sales organizations (ISOs) throughout the United States. These merchant account ISOs effectively provide MMOA with a mature national sales force.

Anthony W. Holder, Chairman and C.E.O. of MMOA, stated that, "The S-XGen offers an incredible marketing opportunity for our organization, specializing in electronic payment processing, this device opens the doors to several markets where large mobile devices have been cumbersome and expensive. Combining a small footprint with mobile technology and an operating system that competes with most laptops, this product will not only appeal but also revolutionize all mobile service industries and the entire student population of our country. I envision students sitting in a coffee shop or library doing research or typing a report, and then an electrician or plumber using a web-based application to collect payments. The potential is endless"

"This is our third and largest order for the S-XGen, which makes our pre-order base for the UMPC to just fewer than 2,000 units and further validates the potential demand for the S-XGen unit," said John Domerego, President of Seamless Internet.

The S-XGen reservation site is at www.slwf.net, where in addition to reserving an S-XGen, interested parties can view the device and specifications and register to receive Seamless News.

gordon, hey... thanks for revitalizing my original post. but a lot of people (for reasons unknown) moved to another slwf thread started by prdponce. it's all the same either way. but to answer your question... as for me, NO, i'm out at .0055.
a retrace was inevitable after rising from .0016 to .0055+
i'm still in on this play big vibe though personally. i think it's definitely gonna go places. just didn't want to ride the obvious retrace back down. don't need to worry about settled funds here so why ride a retrace when i can pick it back up at .0035-ish and ride it to pennyland + imo.
good luck!
