Guys, understanding that I am very new to this, could someone please answer why for the past two days after lunch this stock has basicly not moved? It's almost like it has a predetermined close amount.

Our major goal is to create revenue growth and profits at this level through the sales of advertising and continued distribution growth and online sales. This is the core of our current and long-term efforts.
We seek to increase our shareholder base with a combination of retail customers and institutional investors. Currently, our shareholder base is predominately retail, made up largely of individual investors versus institutional investors such as pension funds, mutual funds and insurance companies. Institutional investors typically buy and hold larger numbers of shares for longer periods of time than retail investors, which have a higher ratio of traders. It is important that over the long term we appeal to these institutional investors.
Our long-term plans include a move toward a national exchange listing when the company has reached the critical mass. As we move forward, we are planning for revenue and asset value growth, to update the company's regulatory filings, accounting footnotes and corporate governance procedures to assure they meet or exceed the increased administrative requirements of a national exchange. Our planned goal is to obtain a national exchange listing late in the 2006 calendar year.

can one of you veterans give me a prognosis on this thing considering the dilution. I know it is not an exact science but what do people think... Thanks

Spoke to Cathy.Pr has been written and has been ready to go. They are waiting to get approval from the partners/affiliates that are involved with it. Last week someone here said the CEO told him that he was trying to get a PR out but he was busy closing a couple of deals. Then Cathy tells me that the PR is now written and waiting the approval of the parties involved. Sounds to me like some new deals have closed. She said the PR will probably go out next Tuesday. FWIW I don't post often but I monitor the boards everyday. A lot of good info here and a lot of unsupported opinions. Other discussion was: ADNL is in 28,000,000 homes. They are receiving revenue but she did not know how much. They are also receiving advetising revenue. She had no info on how much. I related Cathy's info just as she told it to me. It is my speculation that the content of the pr will be about having closed one or more new deals based on the explanation above. Hopefully we will not go much lower between now and next Tuesday.
