chart don't lie in september AAGM closed at .0009 only 5 times the rest where at .0008 and .0007
what i see is that everytime that there is a group in IHub that is pushing this stock it goes up for 30min and then is back where it started
i'm still in and hope will finally break .001 and start an uptrend but until they don't put some real news (and revenues) i suspect will continue to move in this range

If you get your limit px, then most likely you'll end up losing your commissions and making no profit at all

with Friday's 'out of the ordinary volume' I contacted the t/a - shares o/s still the same
i always have a sinking suspicion that trading desks make stocks rally so people buy into the momentum only to kill us with dilution. But that was not the case on Friday - whew

Yup, one of the distributors AAGM/ALRX is in talks with is having a big meeting today.
The COO told me that they would be announcing new products at today's meeting along with other things:
"we will be announcing information and updating all shareholders on current products, new products, marketing strategies, and quarterly financials. We anticipate having all the information available and will be sending it out in mid November date. We are confident that the future looks bright and will be profitable."

I tried to pry on a previous announcement that they were working with an anti-aging company with a pateneted delivery system (AAGM/ALRX), but I did not get a response back.
This company is out of Vegas, so the announcement may not come till tomorrow (but I think it will come today IMO)

I made a few bucks over several trades with small gains of a point or two on this one. I bought *.0008 and sold *.001. I bought again *.0007 and sold * .0009. Small jumps like that made me a few bucks. I haven't lost money in this yet. I get in and get out as soon I can trade for a respectable profit. This is one of the MM's favorite "bait & switch" plays so you don't wanna hang around to long. To those who did, well, you have my sympathy...

So it seems my calls and emails have been heard
They finally had someone call me back today - I saw the Toronto area code and picked the phone up right away
If you look at the initial SEC filing, it's inactive now on pinksheets.com, you will see the name John - he has been a consultant for AAGM ever since the reverse merger
He let me know that AAGM was basically taken advantage of - this was not a clean r/m in the sense that the AAGM did not understand what they were signing. Since DAY 1, the people who sold AAGM the shell were given 120,000,000 shares - those shares were supposed to be restricted. Well, guess what. They were not. There were some other items that I was not able to get a clear answer on, but basically he said the last few months were hell, and the last 2 months were the brunt of cleaning the skeletons out of the closet.
And I of course touched base on the share structure following the above situation. So I said out of the 3 billion shares a/s, and the 1 billion o/s, that leaves a whopping 2 billion to be issued - as an investor, what are we looking at in terms of dilution going forward. It should be next to nothing. He said AAGM incurred many lawyer costs ridding themselves of the previous shell owner, changing transfer agents, etc... I then asked about a r/s to clean up the structure - he said no and felt pretty confident that the share price will stabalize soon towards the 1/2 penny mark based on some upcoming announcements.
I asked about the 2 deals that were mentioned in September 2006. He said one of them collapsed for whatever reasons (GWDB). He did say there were an additional 2 deals in the works. One out of CA, and I forget where the 2nd deal is from. CA is a big step forward since there are a lot of reputable MLM companies out there.
The new website should be up in about 2 weeks. What had happened was what I expected. The previous webhosting company was trying to rape AAGM - so AAGM downloads the old site, gets a new domain/hosting company, hires a tech geek to design the new site, puts the old site online until the new site is ready to be uploaded on the web, and abandons the old domain. So there is a new site and the time frame is 2 weeks.
I may have forgotten something and will post it later. They did mention there are new products that will be announced soon as well. I asked if they were old ALRX products - he said some may be, but there are definitely new products about to be unveiled.
So the selling pressure should subside based upon my conversation. He said the 120 million shares are now gone and have been absorbed. I mentioned the substantial share holder holdings here. He himself has been a buyer on the open market suffering with the rest of us, along with his restricted stock. He again said management's stock is restricted, so they are suffering just as much as us. Oh, and management does not speak English as the first language, so there are definite communication problems.
Since he mentioned the r/m was not clean, I had asked if there were prior lawsuits that were not disclosed. He said no lawsuits, just a some people taking advantage of newbies.

Just a matter of getting good announcements vs. Blah!! at this point
If they truly have all the skeletons out of the closet, then maybe we can move forward.
I have many more comments on the ihub board regarding the call yesterday - the above comment was the main gist
I had asked about convertible deals - he said there are no CD's and AAGM has not used CD's. The 120 million that was sold off by the original shell owner was supposed to be restricted stock - one way or the other, they were able to sell it from Day 1 and are now finished selling. AAGM has won some type of legal battle against them, so this should be the bottom from a fundamental point. Hopefully the technicals will start looking better.

Anti Aging Medical Group Corp. Establishes Collaboration With AlphaRx and Leading Neurologists for Alzheimer's Disease
Market Wire "US Press Releases "
TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/09/06 -- Anti Aging Medical Group Corp. (PINKSHEETS: AAGM) is very pleased to announce that the company, inline with its new corporate strategy to become a leading specialty pharmaceutical company in the multi billion anti aging pharmaceutical market, has entered into the neuro-protection prescription drug market through a collaboration with AlphaRx Inc. (OTCBB: ALRX) and a group of leading neurologists.
Without getting into specifics at this point, the collaboration will focus on the development of selective neuroprotective compounds for the prevention and treatment of age-related Dementia indications such as Alzheimer's.
The collaboration has selected a well-known compound which in various pre-clinical studies have demonstrated low toxicity and proven to be highly effective in reducing brain inflammation, protecting neuronal cells, restoring cognitive function and preventing the development of Alzheimer's. This has not been a priority by the major pharmaceutical companies due to various formulation issues.
In addition, the collaboration believes its approach of using nanotechnology to deliver such compound through the blood brain barrier is viable and will attempt to screen 2 to 3 formulations in Alzheimer's animal models to determine the right dosage for human trials.
