Joyce will answer the phone and put you through to Edward who handles IR. 99% of the time will go to voicemail, but he does return calls
The CEO was in Vegas on 8/21 to start meeting with distributors
GWDB may be one distributor AAGM is meeting with. Check out the GWDB PR from 8/23 - they would only be our distributor - with recent acquisitions, they have roughly $5 million in revenues per year

Not sure - there are tons of companies out there. That was one reason why ALRX stopped spending money on OTC drugs when they could go after prescription drugs like Indaflex. Hopefully Rita knows her stuff and has some ins still with some of the major chains like Safeway. Would love to see the WWE promo start again with Trish

This guy must be in another timezone, or at least on the West Coast - each time is around 9 at night, and I am out to dinner and don't pick up 'blocked caller id' calls
Now he is introducing himself as AAGM rep and not Edward. It's the same voice. He must be calling other people, and I am just getting thrown into the mix.
Said the company has been travelling a lot to get a few deals done. Apologized for the poor IR again, but he said in the coming months a new IR will be in place to answer questions. He mentioned that he will try and get someone else from the company to call me later this week to try and answer some questions I have. But he re-emphasized that the people are very busy and working diligently to get a few deals done.
He mentioned that AAGM is a startup and that cash is an issue. That is why an IR is not in place. To me, this is a double edged sword. I am thrilled they are not chosing to issue millions shares and dilute the investors at this time. I will ask if they are waiting to have revenues to come in so they won't have to succumb to thievery of the notorious IR firms that request free trading stock as well as restricted stock as part of their compensation. Hopefully they will not use the same IR company as ALRX since they suck and don't answer questions. They respond by saying your question has been forwarded to the company, but you never receive an answer

This looks very solid to run in the next few days. Reviewing the chart, every time it hits bottom for 2 days in a row, it has a nice little run for a double. Hopefully we can hit 16 and make a double next week.
I'm gonna see what happens at open, and hit the ask.

Chart looks good. Should be able to hit 0.0013/0.0014. Depending on volume, might be able to hit 0.0022-0.0029.
Resistance points are: 0.0014 0.0022 0.0025 0.0029 0.0040ish and then 0.0070

are you kidding!? lolololol ! it MIGHT go to .002. if/when it does, i'm out.
My posts say Resistance Points. I never implied it would go to 0.007, of course people didn't think IGAI would be a 10 bagger either.

Typical Pink Sheet Stock - once you think you have found the pattern, the stock will act randomly. At that point, it is up to Good surprise PR's or Bad surprise PR's.

I think will run for a double shortly, based on previous history (chart and volume).

From the few correspondences that I have had with actual people at AAGM, the next news release will be that of a deal. How long it will take is anyone's guess/gamble
Stock will probably keep repeating this similar pattern until then - don't know if it will double without news or rumors, but it will be back above the .001 level

I should have clarified, a double from 0.0007, just based on it pattern as of late. Depending on when the news comes out, it should clear 0.0020.
Now if they would only let us know what happened in Vegas.

If the share structure is still the same, and a deal does get announced (that is significant), I think the recent high of .007 is achieveable
I know you are referring to .0007, but if all else remains the same in the share structure, and a deal is consumated, then AAGM should have a nice 2 - 3 day run with EOD spurts and gaps in the a.m.

I just don't see how AAGM"s market cap could be so low - there will be a massive swing in the PPS if the share structure is the same and some (or at least 1) significant deal happens

Anti Aging Medical Group Corp. (PINKSHEETS: AAGM), a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing, acquiring and commercializing innovative and scientifically proven products that offer both health maintenance and appearance enhancing benefits, announces that the company has identified three potential partners to distribute their products during the last few months
Over the last few months, AAGM has been approached by several MLM companies to distribute their growing line of products. "During the latest evaluation period, we have narrowed our decision down to three candidates. Of the three chosen, we are in negotiations with two of the three companies of which the names of the companies cannot be disclosed due to the sensitive nature of the issue of all parties involved," said Rita Sung, CEO, AAGM.
Our shareholders will be up-dated as soon as a deal is signed and we thank everyone for their support and patience during this period.

I politely asked for Rita to open up lines of communications with the Transfer Agent - my reasoning was that nasty emails from frustrated investors would probably drop almost 100% and they could continue focusing on business instead of ready blunt emails from US investors

We should be getting more clarity by the end of September
My reasoning - it' obvious by this point that AAGM will be hooking up with GWDB. Now at first look, people look at GWDB and see the POS dilution machine that it is. But what people are not doing is looking at the management. Peter Hammer, President, was just hired. He used to run http://www.mannatech.com/default.asp
When he took the reins over there, he turned it from a $5 million per year biz into a $125 million per year biz in less than 2 years. He has contacted Rita specifically for the products that AAGM has the EXCLUSIVE NORTH AMERICAN RIGHTS to. We are in the drivers seat.
Now, look at the 8/23 PR by GWDB - there is an annual meeting in October where they expect to unveil the new products to all their reps. Expect clarity between AAGM and GWDB at this point by the end of September
Not sure of the other companies that Rita mentioned in yesterdays PR, but she is trying.
