Just odd that I've seen for a couple years now how PLNI was about to run.. sky high... and I'll be darned it's still very much sub penny.. But I guess being quoted on pinksheets.com will really bring in the big money investors...

I'm not tryin' to give anyone a hard time on here, I'm just very optimistic. Plasticon has great products IMO and the puzzle is now starting to come together.

well he77 I guess I will add my 2 cents!!! Relent, I see u signed up this month, maybe you do or maybe u dont know the history of this stock. IMO you dont or first of all you wouldnt be trying to chart this one because the chart is only as good as the news at hand. They have learned a great deal over the past 48 mos about MM's and how the game is played and manipulated and I strongly believe that they know what they are doing and at this point have a game plan in mind!! I am basing that as opinion only, based on conversations with both Turek and Bill Howe early last year. So u are either on board or your not.Period!!!

I wish the old threads from a couple of years ago were still up here when there was a team of strong PLNI (Bagholders) I mean shareholders, they would preach every day about holding this stock and that it would be big one day and we are going to being trading on the OTCBB and blah blah...Jim Turek is on his yacht with everyone's money...one thing I have noticed with all of Mr. Lee's company's is they throw out a big PR campaign for a year or so talking about day to day things like different Plastic molds they are making and patents they are working on, when was the last PR telling you about what PLNI is doing...working on any new business ventures anything...6-8 months of good news then nothing for a year but PR's on finacials...If I recall correctly isn't a connection with PLNI and Robert E. Lee(CEO of EPYH??)seem like his pockets get low so he put's out some BS pr's to payoff that new mansion by the ocean...just a little soemthing I have noticed in researching this comapany...and yes I to was a true believer in PLNI and held quite a few shares!

Point of view from RB! post 63136....... Nothing was missed, but you should understand that we have most of this incorporated in our decision to invest in this pinky. The projections we have since February this year plan for 4-5 TOYO's by year end and 100% growth next year. Also on point is that most of the income for the first quarter is from existing Pro Mold business, a little from SEMCO (very little) and some from rebar supports. The 2nd Quarter will have more contribution from rebar and the 3rd quarter should reflect 75% coming from rebar. That is our estimation and nothing has changed. We do not feel that PLASTICMAN is a crook, we wish him and the collective us great success.

What the hell sort of research is that? Quiz time. Anyone with a brain, when did Plasticon stop releasing non-financial PRs? What is the most likely reason they stopped releasing these PRs? Hint: "Pink Sheets believes adequate current information must be publicly available during any period that the issuer or affiliates of the issuer are directly or indirectly engaged in promotional activities having the effect of encouraging trading of the issuer's securities in the OTC market. Pink Sheets has observed that such promotional activities are occurring for this security, but that adequate current information may not be available."
You got it. They were releasing positive PRs up until about January 31, 2006, when pinksheets.com removed the quote over their website and replaced it with the above text. PLNI is taking the prudent action of not releasing further positive PRs until they finish providing "adequate current [financial] information" which is the prudent thing to do in this circumstance. PLNI may exchange punches with the MMs and TDAmeritrade, but they are not about to get into a fight with the owner(s) of the exchange they trade on who have the right to de-list any stock they so deem. To interpret this as Turek running off with investors money to live on a yacht leaving no one running the show at PLNI, is absurd, suggesting everything concerning this stock is some "black helicopter conspiracy" scam is Dumb with a capital 'D'.
Your so called "research" completely leaves out any fundamental analysis (financial statements to date, industry analysis and the products they provide, etc.) and history (the great things PLNI has achieved the last 7 months, Semco acquisition, ProMold acquisition, renewing of the BlueLinx contract, completion of 2004 audit, near completion of 2005 and q1 2006 audit, unaudited numbers for 2005 and q1 2006 released, over 2000% revenue growth for q1 2006 over q1 2005, completion of "audit" by SEC approved lawyer certifying the "tradability" of PLNI to appease pinksheets market owner(s)).
If that's the best you can do, then you are terrible at research, you need to find someone to help you with improving your research and analytical skills. That's really stinky research, and really is not research at all but instead subjective and rather paranoid dillusional thinking.

Thank's Successinstocks. I noticed that Saturday as well. It looks like pretty much the same information already released with an updated addendum that includes a table of outstanding shares increases in chronological order, without the April 2006 increase of outstanding shares added to this table. I understand why they didn't add this as this is 2005 and Q1 2006 info and the last increase in outstanding shares happen in Q2 2006.
I'm not really impressed with this release as far as driving the stock upward. It's everything that's already been released but just in a 61 page .pdf, there's nothing really new in it that would push the stock higher so I don't expect some uptrend to result from it.
I think Greenbaron is crap as far as stock recommendations go, but am willing to change my opinion on them per their planned interview with Mr. Turek and PLNI. Greenbaron was paid by PLNI to hype the stock, so I expect many "softball" type questions, in which case my opinion of Greenbaron will stay the same. However, if Greenbaron has the balls to confront the company on the "outstanding shares" increases, and why the company said a year ago that they were going to start a share buyback, and yet have doubled the outstanding shares TWICE in the same period, I may just change my opinion of Greenbaron.
Now the bi-polar people who are reading this thread, don't go off the deep end with conspiracies and bashing. I'm a realist as far as investing goes, and as a major shareholder, I want Greenbaron to represent me, as a shareholder, and hit PLNI with some "hard ball" questions about the increase in outstanding shares of some 300%. I don't think Greenbaron puts investors first, but rather the company that pays them to hype their stock, and so I don't expect they will do this, but it would be nice to see it.
As far as I'm concerned, the only thing holding this stock back from blasting off is the outstanding shares issue, and we need this issue addressed out in the open by the company before the stock will rally. The sharebuy back program should address it adequately, but I'd still like to see Greenbaron ask about why they keep increasing the outstanding shares (fighting off a take over attempt, need the shares to service their existing debt, or whatever).

I'm thinking we'll wake up one morning this week and the Pink Sheets will be up and quoting again...Maybe tomorrow ...who knows...just a feeling...We have to be very close they have provided all they were asked to provide. IMHO

I think they must be close. They did 2 updates with PS on the 21st and the 24th. It looks like the 24th release cleared up some "date" issues and they added the SEC disclosure.
The next big hurdle is getting Mendoza back on track to finish the f^&(ing audit.
...Lance...nice to see your post on SI. I look forward to your dialogue with those on the non-bull side of the house.
