Hi Ball,
Thanks! Call Rodney at Plasticon's Investor Relations. If he's not too busy, perhaps he'll fax you the copy he has.

For those of you that switched to Scottrade, do they allow you to trade pinks without a broker?? Just wondering because this was in their fine print, so now I'm leaning towards Etrade. It's a shame Ameritrade had to do this, because I actually liked them.
"For stocks priced under $1, add 1/2% of the principal value to the commissions shown. Most foreign and Pink Sheet stocks must be traded with broker assistance. Commissions are charged on a per order basis. Limit orders executed over multiple days and orders modified after a partial execution on the same day will be treated as separate orders for commission calculation purposes.'

i use Investrade and Scottrade now. Investrade is where I trade from (cheaper) and Scottrade is my "forever" account....
LanceJ...if you have time and wish to take the bash fest head on, you should check out the boards on SI. They have some semi-pro's who could definitely use a "lanceJ" talking to.
Good luck on your investment with PLNI. I am really excited about the near term with this one....imo.

Mad- what is up with "Shorts" over at iHub??? He's like that one mosquito that bugs ya in the middle of the night. No...that cricket that chirps right when you doze off, you get up and can't find it cuz it stops chirping. The moment you lay back down it starts up again. LOL!!
Ya know what it doesn't matter, this thing is so well covered. Say whatever or say nothing, buy or don't buy.
I ain't short so bashers babble away, your wasting your time. The positive FAR outweighs any puny, insignificant meaningless negative that can be fabricated. PLNI has endured and overcome WAY more negative in the past than this trivial morsel of dirt.
This thing is gonna rise up so high that the bashers won't know where it went. They will think they bashed it into oblivion, but in reality it went so high up it can't be seen anymore. The best part I'll be right there with it!!!
I'll go ahead and say it now- see ya, cause later I won't have the time or the care, cause I'll be counting dollars in quantities I never counted before. GLTA!!

shorts took a loss in the past with PLNI, so that's why he's bashin' this stock, but I told him to buy in at these current levels, so that he can recover his losses. Hopefully he is able to forgive and forget and jump aboard PLNI for a ride to the moon!

PLNI is makin' a little run into the close, hopefully we close green and we get a PR tomorrow AM. I suggest keeping a very close watch on this gem for June, major annoncements are on the way.

There is a distinct buzz in the air, can you hear it? It is PLNI baby!
Not to mention all of the stock picking sites and stock profile sites out there, PLNI is on the front page of every one of them. Everyone wants this company to EXPLODE LIKE DYNOMITE!!!

Bally....there are several folks under many aliases that try to bring PLNI down by spinning a "do-gooder" role. They try to tell us how bad PLNI is on a constant basis. They don't know squat. They just like to cause static to justify their existence. Their main goal is to provoke longs into their web to distort each sentence, and each word that is said.
I bet they find fault with everything in their lives. I pity them. Ask them how many shares they own.....ask them why they follow PLNI
Good luck...we just need to cross a few more hurdles and we are on our way back up....imo.

LOAD UP ROOKIES! Anyone ever been to the moon?
We're gonna go for a ride to the moon folks, it's only a matter of time now. I expect we will get some news within a couple of weeks and then it's time for take off! It's time to load up on cheap shares, because we won't be at these discount prices for much longer, you can count on that, mark my words.

There is still quite a bit of talk still over TDA.
It seems that some cannot get it through their thick skulls that yes in fact TDA can liquidate at will.
I would almost gaurantee that any online broker could do the same if so desired.
Here is E*TRADE's disclosure statement under section (p):
I understand that E*TRADE Securities, to the extent permitted by law, may anytime and without giving me prior notice, use, liquidate and/or transfer any or all Securities and/or Other Property to satisfy any indebtedness or obligation to E*TRADE Securities, however such obligation may have arisen. In the event of a breach or default by me under this Agreement, E*TRADE Securities will have the rights and remedies available to a secured creditor under all applicable laws in addition to the rights and remedies provided in this Agreement.
Just a classic example of ppl talking and yakking away without taking the time to read the fine print.
Deceiving, conniving, manipulating perceptions into believing that PLNI is the culprit.
Remember the basics, Its the little guy that gets screwed.
Big money steps on little money. Tries to sqaush them like a bug.
PLNI is not in a position to fabricate that the powerhouse TDA is out to get them, if in fact they are not. The fact is they are or were and PLNI called them out. You gotta give them credit for that, talk about BALLZ!!!!They got some biguns!!
What it boils down to is ppl not being able to handle the truth. Ppl with the inability to read or disseminate information. Ppl that are naive and are inherently, repetively, perpetually wrong.
Emblazened with bitterness to the point were all must fall with them. Taking any gullible fool who will lend them their ear.
Makes me want to LMFAO!!

All brokers have some type of disclosure like that. But it's double-speak, too.
...to the extent allowed by law... ...satisfy any indebtedness or obligation to E*TRADE Securities, however such obligation may have arisen...
Wonder if they've ever tried telling a judge... "We messed up, so our client has to pay."
Not saying they wouldn't try that, not saying they wouldn't get away with it, but it's just as important to know our rights, too. And, as you well know, just as important to weed out the double-speak at every turn.
$1.00??? Think bigger, guys. preface that with - IMO - nothing humble about it.

Tick buddy ol pal, not at all directed at my good friends here.
I failed to mention that I wasn't targeting this thread. The heated discussions are taking place on other boards over this TDA "fiasco".
I also failed to mention that "no, TDA absolutely should not do this or should not have already done this" in no way am I defending or in approval of TDAs decisions.
My feable attempt was to point out that if TDA so chose to do so, they could, based upon TDAs own disclosure.
The negative campaign is broadcasting that TDA has no power/ability to liquidate and that PLNI was in the business of making false accusations. My objective was to point out that the opposite is true.
Alright no more on this from me...yea!!! (everyone cheers estatically)!!!

Ball... Always remember folks paid TDA a "Fee". That makes them obligated to represent clients welfare...
Like at a parking garage when they say "not responsible for stolen items" ...That's bull sheet...they just put that up so you won't litigate them...There's a huge dynamic to anyone accepting a fee to look after our property...
Tick Traders right IMO..."here come the judge"

Strong posts! = well said, made me want to stiffen my back, stand up and salute the flag... but I should have worded it differently. Good posts, anyway.
This finger-pointing, blame-throwing period is a part of the process, too. I'm kinda glad plni isn't slamming out PRs right now. That would make it worse. Or can it get worse (on the other boards)?
Once more, enjoyed reading your posts. (put happy face here.)

You mentioned TDA (TD Ameritrade), but quoted E*Trade, or do they all have that in fine print? Is there reason for me to get my shares out of TDA asap, for fear of this? I tried switching to Choicetrade, but they wont do my state. Scottrade has sneaky fees for stocks under $1...decisions decisions.

SB, no, you don't have to move away from TDA. But I did try to buy plni today, and TDA does still have the buy side blocked. You can sell, just not buy. TDA has the same type of disclosure, I think they all do.

Yes...I quoted E*TRADE to point out that even E*TRADE has their verbage. TDA and ST have very similar verbage which has been posted here and there and other boards. I have no reason to doubt that they all do.

I shall not give you advice ...but from the data that I have seen it is "supposedly" only those who received the "illusive" letter from TDA directly either in the mail or email or both.
Yet another however...if in fact you have been threatened with liquidation...as you can see by reading Tick's and Bearclaw's comments you still have your rights as a paying customer to defend your position.
