So what we really need to watch is Q2 2006 numbers which should be coming within the next 4 - 6 weeks as management has reported they will, from this point forward, release financial statements on a regular basis or risk facing pinksheets wrath again. Which I have to believe that nobody, including PLNI, wants to get back into that sort of situation again. Especially after spending so much time and money (lawyer certifying tradeability, no positive PRs, TDAmeritrade refusing to let buy orders go through, etc.) to correct that mishap.
So we really need to see Q2 numbers come in on the high end of things. The more money that comes flowing in, the quicker PLNI will be financially able to address their share structure. Did you notice the shares the insiders hold from the last financial filing on pinksheets.com? They diluted their own shares as well. Remember, PLNI wants this addressed as well, nobody stands to benefit more than PLNI does from a lower float situation.
Now if Q2 numbers are bad, and the BlueLinx contract is cancelled or something, I'll be the first racing for that exit door. So that's the situation as I see it with the share dilution and how it will be corrected. Watch for those Q2 numbers and hope nothing goes wrong at ProMold in the production process, quality control, etc.

I have been buying this between .0023 and .0025, with my last purchase this morning. I now own just over 7.5 million shares.
My sources have informed me that the news we have all been waiting for, is coming out soon (within 1-2 weeks). Now that I am all loaded, I am ready for a BIG launch.
I haven't posted here very much, but I am a frequent lurker.

They have a methodical business plan that they have been following, and they have overcome many obstacles in getting the business started. Some of the manufacturing challenges have taken away their focus of reporting finanical information, because, without a quality product, the financials don't do you any good. Now everything is back on track, and they are getting ready to break the flood gates open. Do your own DD, make your phone calls, and start turning over some stones.
You can bash all you want, but I am VERY comfortable holding all these shares.
BTW, have you noticed the support in this current trading range. I truely believe this to be the bottom, and a reversal is imminent.

Here is the only source out there and that comes directly from the company. It was filed on the Pink Sheet web site.

As of 6/16/2006 Plasticon's auditors have provided the Company with a letter stating that the 2005 Audit and 2006 Quarlterly financial statements will be completed in 30 days or approximately by the end of July.

I was a police office for a small community and am now kicking back enjoying a slower pace and enjoy playing some penny stocks for the adrenaline they give, just like some of the foot chases I have done during my career.

I like reading the PLNI threads they have given me great pleasure and entertainment the past year or so, after the CMKX junkies got their hotshot from Urban. There's always one, one stuck that is, lots of kool aid drinkers though.

My two cents worth. Yeah, maybe the guy deserves kudos for serving the public for long years. That being said, if you have sources and you want to post, tell everyone who the sources are and where they post or get their information. Otherwise you come off sounding like a pumper in the stock for your own gain. So....if you're not willing to post COMPLETE information, then STFU !!!!!

Well, ed, I just spoke with someone on the phone who still visits that whacko "CMKX I have a dream" board. He told me that the foolish faithful still expect to be rich from CMKX. Their latest rumor is that there was a settlement by MM's for NSS, and it has been placed in a trust for the foolish to collect some day. Reality is, they got 0 !!!!

We should have some news of the audits by the end of the month.....so says Jim Turek on item viii subsection 11. My understanding is that once the audits are complete we should have details on the share buyback and uplisting to the OTC.
Also the second quarter unaudited(?) numbers should be out in the next few weeks also...imo.
