Thos prices will be hard to come by now. Turek lied. He put out PR's about retiring shares, then diluted the hell out of what was once a golden star in the sky. That's not to say that the company will now succeed, but there are too many shares out there right now. I will be buying in the triple zeroes.

Appears to be a lot of money being wasted on futile efforts to boost sales. This needs to be trimmed a bunch if they are ever to show any profit.

Now, before someone reminds me, and calls foul, because there are only 2,804,576,339 in the public float, I would like to know the detail of the other 2,173,164,000 shares.
Who holds them? Are they restricted, if so how many, and for how long.
Also the 1,000,000 shares of preferred isuued and outstanding. What is the detail of those shares? Who holds them, are they restricted, what is the conversion ratio to common?
The answer is, probably no one knows for sure. Which begs the question, why isn't PLNI forthright and forthcoming with information any right minded individual who turns their hard earned money over to a company would want to know. Maybe folks find the management of highly diluted issues honest and trustworthy, but wouldn't one think before he appoints someone a steward of his hard earned money he might deserve an answer to these basic fundemental questions? Deserve an answer, he should DEMAND an answer. We have seen this type of hype and blind faith in pink sheet companies end in disaster, time and time again. (QBID, CMKX...)

The estimate of PLNI shares shorted is in the hundreds of millions...Some say it could be as high as 800-900 million shares...Remember...only shorted shares are counted and not the shares to cover the short...that's why this exact number is almost impossible to pin down..
At various times and on numerous message boards the group attacking PLNI said the following over the last 14+ months in an attempt to mislead as this stock was shorted and the PPS driven down...The top 10 accusations as posted by another investor......
1. PLNI made no products... it was a total scam shell company.
2. PLNI held no patents for concrete accessories.
3. PLNI had no contracts with BlueLinx.
4. The ProMold acquisition was false and never occurred.
5. The SEMCO acquisition was false and never occurred.
6. PLNI had no audit underway... there was no auditor.
7. PLNI would never return to Pinksheets quotes because it was a scam.
8. PLNI would never submit an audited financial statement.
9. PLNI would never uplist to the OTC BB.
10. PLNI's 200M share retirement and stock restructuring plan was a fraud.
Lets see the score....
1. PLNI made no products... it was a total scam shell company. A PROVEN FALSE STATEMENT. Products have clearly been produced by third party manufacturers (TPM) for sale. Photographs of the products have been taken. Recent lawsuits verified the creation of products that didn't meet quality specifications due to the TPM using resins of a quality that was not authorized. 2. PLNI held no patents for concrete accessories. A PROVEN FALSE STATEMENT. Patent # 4942714 has a duration of 17 years, was issued July 24, 1990 and is assigned to Promotional Containers Inc. The assignment is currently valued at ~$12M. The PCI, inc patent was purchased by PLNI in January 2005 as stated on page 20 of the Form 15c-211 submission of Apr 24 2006. Patent # D500,243 has a duration of 14 years, was issued December 28, 2004 and is assigned by Jim Turek Sr, President and CEO of Plasticon International, Inc., to Jim Turek Jr, and Brandon Turek. The assignment protects the patent, currently valued at ~$4M, from being lost in any hostile takeover. It replaces patent D324,643 which was abandoned in 2006. An assignment, grant, or conveyance of any patent or application for patent can be acknowledged before any notary public or officer authorized to administer oaths or perform notarial acts. The certificate of such acknowledgment constitutes prima facie evidence of the execution of the assignment, grant, or conveyance.
3. PLNI had no contracts with BlueLinx. A PROVEN FALSE STATEMENT. BlueLinx has validated recent high volume sales of PLNI products to multiple posters on RB, Si, and iHub. Published financials confirm 2006 sales of ~$1.8M via the BlueLinx network during the first quarter of 2006. I will and can only warn any new investor considering investing in this company based on believers and current long shareholders opinions and urgings, first ask these kind of questions. Don't be fooled or doubled talk, DEMAND clear concise answers before turning your money over to this company. Do NOT consider this as a long term investment unless you do have those answers from the company in writing. Do not believe rumor, do not believe current longs. Because someone says something does not make it true.
I would encourage everyone to PLAY such an issue though. The only thing one has to be wary of is the likelyhood of DILUTION. What appears to be legitimate volume, (which is what many use as a signal for a stocks readiness to move), might be the company diluting the share value of the company by increasing supply. This is a NONreporting pink. True, they have published some financials, but the are not truly reporting until the file to be an OTCBB with the SEC. Fiancials does NOT make a company FULLY reporting. The can dilute undetected, and you will not know until they want to tell you.
So, Mr New Investor, I can only caution you to pass on this company, no matter who paints a rosie picture of promised things to come.

This is not about he said, she said, he said. It is not what either side pro or con has said or proven right or wrong by the other.
It is abut a highly DILUTED company that has and continues to work in secrecy not being forthright and forthcoming with basic information one needs to know before investing.

Is this stock shorted? Is it on the SHO list? Can people claiming NSS prove these accusations. If so, where is the proof. It isn't about the top 10 accusations some ficticious group might have made. Show proof of NSS. Actually hardcore proof from trusted sources such as the SEC. Even if a stock is shorted, demand to see proof to what extent, seems to be claims of 800-900M NSS. If this is true, I am sure there is proof with a trustworthy, reliable source, (SEC).

I recall CMKX there were claims of 100's millions even trillions of NSS existing. Never proven. an SEC investigation proved the opposite, that there were very few shorts. Read the transcripts of that SEC hearing, they are burried in the archives here.
In situations where investors don't want to admit poor judgement or failure they tend to take the NSS route to support their arguement. It can't be proven, it is a negative, that just can't be proved or disproved. It is a position that can be easily attacked from either side. They will also make up the most outragious and complicated theories, even go as far as accusing the SEC and evil cabals plotting against their company. There isn't any complicated theory, from life's expereince people usually learn that the easiest and most logical conclusion is the accurate one.

December 31, 2005. Anyone familiar with basic reading of balance sheets might want to look at the current assets versus the current liabilities.
Current Assets : $1,231,008
Current Liabilities : $5,366,096
You donlt have to be a CPA to see a problem here. All one needs to know is the definition of the word assest and the word liability.
ASSET - 1. owned items: the property that is owned by a person or organization
LIABILITY - 1. money owed: all debts and other financial obligations that appear on a balance sheet.
Now add the word current to those words, which means readily available for either easily converted to cash (asset) or payment demanded by a creditor (liability).
A company with a 1 to 1 quick ratio, can cover its liabilites for one year. a 1 to 5 ratio company like we see here can cover it's liabilities for 1/5 of year, or 2.4 months.
You can see this is accurate as reported in their financials on the BALANCE SHEET :

I would like to encourage any new investor to check this site periodically. Pay special attention to the last box next to :
Common Shares:
Right now you will see 13BIL 500M, watch that number closely.
As of June 16, 2006 there were 4,977,740,339. I believe a company is required to have enough A/S to cover O/S plus any preferred shares equal to its conversion to common shares. That leaves the possibility of the O/S to gorw to 6.2B soon. The other 7.3B has to be reserved to cover those Series B prferred shares Mr, Turek holds. Once the 6.2B is reached you can expect to see the A/S raised. Check this page frequently.
All you have to do is type, Plasticon International Inc. in the inquiry box, and you can view the deatail.
