Bearclaw,

With your limited research capability, I wouldn't expect you to read the b uyins . net paragraph in the PLNI press release where it stated that they were paid by PLNI:

"Plasticon International, Inc. has paid $995.00 to purchase data for information provided in this report..."

So now you are saying that someone that has been paid by PLNI in the past, is now saying that there there were 795 million PLNI short shares outstanding as of August 4th.

ok

thanks

I still want to know why you have now posted false and misleading information about PLNI on two topics now, the false and misleading information regarding the 1st Qtr 2006 increase in Net Loss and the false and misleading information regarding the PLNI short interest.

why is this?

regarding credentials in the area of Valuations, Finance and Accounting, certainly much better than a part time Masters Degree from an agricultural school.

and now you are saying "No need to be angry and bash posters here" when you have just posted nothing but personal insults..

amazing...

This sure has been fun though.

So why did you get booted...come on tell us all the story...I can't believe you bring your crap here...Short squeezzzeee coming..

"Chopper...

Bearclaw,

yep it will sure be interesting seeing those 184,000 PLNI short shares cover, out of average PLNI trading volume of about 13 million per day...

Now the charts are good...but...the charts have nothing to do with PLNI right now...It's a battle of the Shorts...It's impossible to determine who is short and by how many shares...The MM's have tried all knids of tactics to create panic selling but have not been very successful...Other shorts have been on the internet hammering away at PLNI, Turek, shareholders and the guy who owns the hot dog stand trying to shake out shares...

The fun is going to be when the squeezzzzzeeee happens...

If you believe, like I do, that the rest of the SEC filings will take place soon then sit back...
What an interesting scenerio we will be watching...The shorts will be fighting to buy any real shares instead of the paper they now own...The question is which SEC filing will start the squeeezzzzzzeeee....Until that time Shorts and Bashers will be out in droves...

Can you imagine that the Worm and three of his followers were thrown off of RB? I mean you almost have to commit a felony to get tossed from RB...Almost anything goes there...

So you and I can sit and watch this interesting thing that's about to happen...I just wish I knew the exact day so I could get me a jug of Jack and a recliner and just sit and laugh my arse off....Good luck to you buddy...

Did I understand that both you and rrm were swing trading PLNI in February 2006?

Didn't rrm state that he hasn't sold a share since July 2005?

Hey State...

OK state...you decided you want to start something? I was here posting how this is a potential swing and folks can make some money...I did...How about you?

Not gloating hey? that's funny...You were really looking for an apology...now that's really funny...Kiss off state...No risk for you...It's like a little girl playing house...

The real folks on this thread are the ones playing the stock..You are not...Your opinion and stockhunters opinions or how you feel that I treat you means zero to me...nada...nothing...
None of that helps me trade PLNI..

Keep slamming this company without any risk and I'll be here...You see I'm one of the folks on the field at the PLNI ballpark not home playing tea and dolls with the neighborhood girls...
listening to the game on the radio...

Oh...one more thing...RRM can run circles around you in trading pennies...One of the best folks with charts I ever met...Remember...you bought high and sold low...Not a good way to make bank....Buy low and sell high...see???
Get it???

Your not even in the same league with Rick...RRM...He's here to make money...why are you here? You may be "content" but Rick and I are going to the bank...Friday was a great swing for us...How about you..??? Did mommy let you come out and play????

WOW, You still didn't answer the original questions. Why? What are you hiding? I Didn't know asking you for a few honest answers was posting personal insults. Now that's an odd observation on your part.

Your right about the Masters degree just wrong about the length of time and what major. Please don't forget the PHD either.... And it's Dr. Chopper to you sir. [Big Grin]

I know RRM's the one you want...that's the guy you have made it very clear across the internet that you hate...RRM and one other long...so why are you here...You usually send one of your scumbags like the one I posted to 6 months ago...

You really must be panicked about this short squeezzzeee coming...You boys just need to accept you lost...The filings are going to come back to back and no matter how many worms you summons won't change it...Better to take your losses and tuck your worm tail between your legs and squirm away...

Chopper,

since when is a board destroyed by posting truthful information about a company, unless the board is used to pump and hype a stock with false and misleading information?

why don't you repeat the questions that you asked?

It's funny that anyone who shows any clarity on this stock is instantly confirmed as being the worm and denounced just as quick.
You guys have been pumping this stock for years now.. on as many messege boards as you can find..
And what has it brought?
Nothing but one prolonged downtrend.
All while the company sells share after share to the few people foolish enough to believe you.

So Bearclaw,

what happened?

none of your backers form the SI Bulls board came to help you as you requested?

Can't you discuss PLNI on your own?

you know, like all the positive things that you would want people to hear about this company with at least 12.3 BILLION fully diluted shares outstanding?

a little nervous as this stock drops to below $0.001 by next week?

Relentless,

Amazing eh?

What you find is a bunch of short term traders that were swing trading PLNI, some having made a decent buck, and now stuck as the stock price keeps on dropping and dropping and dropping as each and every pinksheets or SEC filing by PLNI reveals more and more of the real story behind this company and its fraudulent methods...

Then when this group of posters gets caught with their false and misleading statements about PLNI, they resort to nothing but personal attacks.

About a year ago, those two called me the worm as well.
I have no affiliation with the guy nor had I even heard of him till they spoke of him.
As it turns out, the so called bashers have been right about this stock while the so called pumpers have been horribly wrong the whole time.

s-i-s, You need to be a whole lot more discriminating in who you bother to post to. There's no gain in getiing 'pinworm feces' or WWW 'Regurgi-Puke' on your nice new pair of super-spiffy Air Jordans, aye....

It certainly is going to be fun around here when the Audited Financials hit the Street, the buy-back programs start, and the move to the OTCBB is finalized. It's been a bit of a wait. But, when you're sitting on a Mega-stash of 'super-cheapie-shares' a little seasoning time doesn't matter a bit to most of us.

Watching the 'Pukes & pinworms' eat 'Kentucky Fried Crow' will certainly be a nifty little dividend, also..!!!

See ya on the upside; collecting in the meantime.....................

They don't get paid to answer your queries, Chop. Their instructions are to spread FUD and try to keep Longs and collectors attention off the fact that there are massive Shorts and NSS Vapor Share positions out against PLNI. FED and DTCC House Calls tend to wreck the schmucks whole day, aye.

Their Minders really need to cover cheap before JT, Bubba Willie, the company lawyers, some SEC reps, and a couple of Congressmen go to the DTCC and demand a show-down, hardcopy accounting and settlement of all the BS Hedgie & MFMMM FTDs on this stock.

OBTW: Keep a close eye of KFC's PPS..!!! Thier 'Kentucky Fried Crow' sales are going to soar very soon.

Plasticon Files Form 8-K on Acquisition of Pro Mold, Inc.
Tuesday August 8, 8:30 am ET

LEXINGTON, KY--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 8, 2006 -- Plasticon International, Inc. (Other OTC:PLNI.PK - News) announced today that the Company has filed Form 8-K with the SEC in connection with the acquisition of Pro Mold, Inc. This filing clarifies and confirms the closing of Pro Mold, Inc. on December 31, 2005 and completes all regulatory requirements for full disclosure with the SEC for the acquisition.
"From the Company's point of view, this acquisition has worked out just as we had anticipated," said Jim Turek, President and CEO of Plasticon International, Inc. "Plasticon is now in control of its own destiny by effectively managing the entire manufacturing process with the goal of implementing planned additional improvements in Pro Mold's production process. We have already achieved success in the first and second quarter of 2006 as these were the most successful first two quarters in Pro Mold's history."

On May 1st, 2006, John Murphy, President of Pro Mold, Inc., commented about Pro Mold's record growth during the first two quarters of 2006:

"This has been exciting. We brought in two new machines today, and we brought in one new machine in October 2005, with the result that we have added additional new capacity in a very short period of time. These new machines have helped us achieve sales revenue growth of 20% during the first quarter of 2006 compared to first quarter 2005. As of June 30, 2006, our backlog was 30% greater than it was last year. All of this has been financed by Plasticon. We are now their subsidiary. And they have just done a wonderful job of bringing new business in here, although some of it has been new accounts for us, that were brought in by our own salespeople. It's an exciting time, just really nice growth going on [with the Company]."

Video footage of the three state-of-the-art 500-ton Toyo molding machines being delivered to the Pro Mold, Inc. production facility, in addition to footage of Mr. Murphy comments noted above (recorded on May 1, 2006) will be available later this week via a webcast download.

Update from the Green Baron.

Special Update

Plasticon Intl. (PK: PLNI)

Pre-Market News Alert

Plasticon Files Form 8-K on Acquisition of Pro Mold, Inc.

It appears that Plasticon is trying to set the record straight and is making all the necessary filings to substantiate its press releases about Pro Mold, Inc. The Green Baron Report has recently said that regaining the public’s trust in the Company is not going to occur overnight. It will likely take several substantive press releases and filings to turn this ship back around. We acknowledge this will not be easy to do, but Plasticon has done it before.

We are encouraged by the potential in Pro Mold, Inc. It really sets Plasticon on a new course now that it controls its own destiny through the ownership of its production factory. The Green Baron Report promised to complete the interview with CEO Jim Turek and Senior Consultant Bill Howe any day now, and we intend to fulfill our commitment. Please look for an update tomorrow from us regarding the interview.

LEXINGTON, Ky., August 8, 2006 -- Plasticon International Inc. (Other OTC - PLNI.PK - News) announced today that the Company has filed Form 8-K with the SEC in connection with the acquisition of Pro Mold, Inc. This filing clarifies and confirms the closing of Pro Mold, Inc. on December 31, 2005 and completes all regulatory requirements for full disclosure with the SEC for the acquisition.

On May 1st, 2006, John Murphy, President of Pro Mold, Inc., commented about Pro Mold’s record growth during the first two quarters of 2006:
“This has been exciting. It’s an exciting time, just really nice growth going on [with the Company].”

Video footage of the three state-of-the-art 500-ton Toyo molding machines being delivered to the Pro Mold Inc. production facility, in addition to footage of Mr. Murphy comments noted above (recorded on May 1, 2006) will be available later this week via a webcast download.

Hey Chopper,

I can't seem to find that Pro Mold visit post. I was just wondering if you spoke to any of the employees? What was the moral like? Did they look busy? If you wouldn't mind writing a few words about it, I would appreciate it, as would other PLNI longs, I am sure. It looks like things that JT talked about are finally starting to happen, albeit alot slower than most would have liked.

Have you ever seen anything like this in terms of basher attack before? Go look on RB, IHUB. A real concerted effort. Unreal. Some of them appear to have a shady past.

I am a PLNI long new to posting on this board.

Thanks for your comments.
