Here's another argument I've seen:
Between January 2006-March 31, 2006 a new loan was acquired by BKMP for $800K+. At this same time. the CD was converted by majority into the O/S either 'restricted or non-restricted'.
Then in April 2006 the Buy Back Commenced.....was this loan used for the buy-back? IOWs...basically negating the buy-back?
Hell, anything is possible....but at this time too we were generating revenues from PPVs. OK we have revenues from PPvs and from money from this loan. Lets give Sandy credit first for reporting where reporting is not necesary in the Pinks. Secondly, it is common practice to leverage as much as possible to get a business going..especially in this field of endeavor...eh?
So this argument of a loan is (there)...but The Fight Network is growing too. If one balances or disseminates the model being developed here...Sandy is doing a wonderful job IMHO!
So ruminating on a topic w/o balance, is likened to looking down while trying to walk the wire between two skyscrapers.

rasica you certainly give me more confidance in holding my stock which i do appreciate but just to be cautious the only point i will argue for the sake of healthy discussion is about the no reverse split becuase of sandy's investment before .02 cents. the reason i will say this is that these days a 41k dollar investment is not that much really. for instance if one were to pay ones self a very healthy salary then you can basically write off the fact that his 41k is very important to him. i dont know if i am making sense but i think i am hahaha.
anyway thanx for you imput you give me the strength to go long a pinky once again even after qtv hahahahaha. man was i ever diluted . i kept buying a.nd buying and buying right into the ground. lucky at least with bkmp most of us found it rather near to where it is at.i feel for those that buy into this after a huge run up . but for me i think that anything under .002 is cheap and i will continue to buy .

Your argument about the $41K is lucid and I have thought about it much! That said, where his money came from at that time is unknown...therefore, I regard it as a 'risk' on his part. IOWs...a man with his heart in the right place! Sure...he could be very very rich where it means nothing to a Soros.....but we have to admit it was before he acquired an $800K+ loan or probably even before he had any thoughts of it.
That said, I believe $41,000.00 is (smaller) potatoes but not that small and he could pay himself back through leverage!
Therefore, buy-back still (trumps) r/s...why buy-back to this tune if one is planning an r/s? What benefit is there in waiting a few more months vs buying back during those months?
Well, stocks are being sold......Here's a GOOD Secret...Float was gone (IMHO) on May 30, 2006. Why? Because the Longshanks and the MMs were at a standoff of .0003-.0002 for several months and it GOT worse towards 5/30/06. What broke that Mexican standoff? Sandy Winick and the CD Holder..when they trumpeted that standoff with a cessation of the CD for 18 months.
We now started to climb and yes we had a backpack weighing $8 Billion shares, at least now the CD was being taken care of!!! Who's carrying that backpack? Us BKMPers...we're the finacial arm!
We had several rise/retraces and now we see the MMs only shaking the $.001s with difficulty. This is why when we hit next week and the MMs turn up the heat to attempt shaking the $.0009s we HOLD steadfast. This is just normal cyclic events in compacting our base. What do we all want?...that nice run to never never land! At least I do ...but don't give into hype...let the Press Releases guide us and the discovered DD encourage us. But don't get caught up in hype...it just means we will suffer undue retrace for profit taking. I respect day traders and longs...but disrespect unscrupulous hypers for flipping!
This is all my opinion and don't make an investment based upon my opinions.
BTW...waiting for my order from the Clothing Store!

UFC Championship tomorrow (sat night) night. Any real TFN fans out there? Canada is watching it......we are too, on PPV. If we could get it, it would be free....WE need TFN. American Cable and Sat. providers are not letting us watch it yet, for regular subscription rates.

As of March 31, 2006 the O/S is reported at 12.1 Billion. From this amount one can subtract 608 Million (Buy-Back Program) and 1.5 Billion (known restricted shares).
Of course today is July 9th 2006 and these numbers could have varied considerably. But from last known numbers our Float + share-holders is approximately 9.9 Billion. From the way this is trading, I believe the float is virtually all sold. This is why the MMs had fun trying to shake the $.001s out Friday. They did get a few and probably next week they will get nastier with their shakes...giving no reprieve until some type of news alters the market.
