I'm actually surprised some would sell off before the weekend. May rise back up on Monday and they may have to chase to get back in if we get some more positive news.
I'm staying put, not worth selling at these prices.

I think there has been a lot more buying compared to selling going on today. Not sure of the actual numbers but I thought it was a pretty wide margin

News news news....... Sometimes fundamental business momentum and execution...in addition to growing opportunity will/should attract attention and move share price. I hope to hell that is the case here and that we are not solely dependent on press releases. It will come in due time (USA market penetration/cable-satelite) In the meantime...this company's value grows each day

Hi guys, quite day for me, I have actually been working (scary). A little curiosity here, TFN is available with Setata Sports Mobile right, right. So if this agreement with Setanta to be carried as part of their mobile service, is there a possibility that TFN could also be added to the list of Setanta sports channels that alredy are available thought Europe, Ireland, and North America? Or, does having an agreement with Setanta give TFN a little leg in the door of the digital satelite companies? Go to www.digitalspy.co.uk/satelite/skyepg scoll through the chanel list and you will find several Setanta sports chanels. Just doing my daily search through satelite providers chanel line up's, and there wasn't enough activity on the board to keep me ocupied today. Nice close by the way. Go TFN.

Setanta already has some programing on Directv apparently.
SETANTA SPORTS LAUNCHES ON DIRECTV AS A PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE APRIL 26, 2005
The newest arrival on America’s sports broadcasting scene is a premium channel that will offer the most extensive line-up of popular European football (soccer) programming ever in the U.S. The channel, Setanta Sports, launches in the U.S. on DIRECTV, the country’s leading digital television service, on April 26, 2005, it was announced today by Setanta Sports North America Ltd., the channel’s sole owner. Setanta Sports debuts on DIRECTV on Tuesday, April 26 at 6:00 a.m. E.T. and will be available to residential subscribers for $11.99 a month and commercial subscribers for $100 a month. It will air seven days a week, 18 hours a day through August and then expand to a full, 24-hour channel. The DIRECTV carriage agreement is part of a long-term strategy by both parties to serve the increasing demand for European and international football (soccer) in the American market. The channel will be offered as a premium subscription service and is expected to attract an audience from various ethnic communities and predominantly male 25-54 European, expatriate football fans living in the US. DIRECTV reaches over 13.9 million homes across the US and Setanta Sports has extensive experience and expertise in serving these ethnic and expatriate audiences. Past R/S prior to ever becoming BKMP, no advertising costs for a holding company, charts indicating overbought on the ultimate oscillator, "unlimited" shares, unable to reach the TA, nobody gives 2 shyts about the TA, 20% of canada's most watched digital sports channel, Sandy Winnick in the newspaper, people crackin' down on the people supporting this "scam"......
the sky's gonna crap out on this one. Folks better sell while you still can minimize your losses.

special... you gotta know this much by now... it's ALL ABOUT MOMO !!!!!!!!! 90% of the time financials don't mean sh!t.
the only play out there that i currently know of where financials actually mean something and are holding their own (still can't rely on how long that will last) is CHDT.
as long as you don't get caught with your pants down on a R/S or other penny BS, play the momo. if you don't greedy (hard not to do i know) and really stick to trading rules you've laid out for yourself, you should be okay. you may not make a million in a year, but hopefully you'll make more than you're making now. what that is is up to you.

i'm being very very very very very sarcastic. seems to me some others were trying to shake shares from the newbs while playing the good angel act. no names - they know who they are. some even like to play both sides of the fence. apparently missed the opportunity to buy long and flip from the .0002-.0006 levels.
btw, did I mention I was being very sarcastic?

howdy fighters. looks like we held up fairly well today that is good. now according to my trend lines if we stay in the current uptrend we should definitely see .002 or above by the end of july. now these in my opinion are very conservative estimates. we could actually skyrocket any day now on good news obviously followed by massive profit taking for a few days then a continued climb to a penny where another group of investor will dump like crazy. this is all my ignorant speculation on what i think will happen but i honestly think this is going to be the way it plays out. either a slow steady climb up to .002+ or a rocket up to .005+ with profit taking a big swings before a run to a penny. if we dont get real numbers as to the share structure we can never go into the high penny ranges that is what i feel. now on a seperate not hey folks 20% is not bad even if we have 20 billion shares authorized if one day tfn becomes a few billion dollar company which i expect it will. most important issue that worries me after playing these pennies is to take everything with a grain of salt regarding buybacks and share retirements.alot of these companies do buyback shares while they sell four to five times as many as they are buying thus dilution and collapse of pps followed by the deathly reverse split.
the reason i dont think this will happen with this company is that folks people absolutely love fighting ufc is crazy popular and mixed martial arts is awsome. this is legit that much i know. so that being said i think it would take an absolute moron to screw up this oppurtunity with our solid 20%. some of you seem to know more about our ceo than i do and i am interested in hearing negatives as well as positives . thanx for all the great dd and if anyone has or has been able to reach the ta i would be interested in either the number to call or what you found out.
for now im a total beleiver with a small stake what i could afford after that qbid disaster hehe.

As of March 31, 2006 the O/S is reported at 12.1 Billion. From this amount one can subtract 608 Million (Buy-Back Program) and 1.5 Billion (known restricted shares).
Of course today is July 7th 2006 and these numbers could have varied considerably. But from last known numbers our Float + share-holders is approximately 9.9 Billion. From the way this is trading, I believe the float is virtually all sold. This is why the MMs had fun trying to shake the $.001s out today. They did get a few and probably next week they will get nastier with their shakes...giving no reprieve until some type of news alters the market.

On June 6, 2005 Sandy purchased $41,000.00 worth of shares at a price of $.0205. This 2,000,000 share purchase as stated by Sandy was to build confidence in the market place about the CEO and the stock itself.
Do you suppose that it is more probable than not, that Sandy would allow a reverse split before we reached $.0205 ?
Now take your answer at this point and see if you change or hold your decision.
Also take into consideration, that the CD holder has now converted over 8 Billion shares into the O/S. We are not sure if those converted shares are restricted or not...so for this question lets say they are not restricted. Do you suppose if you were the holder of the $2.2 Million dollar debenture/CD, that you would convert knowing that at any time Sandy could pull a reverse split on you? I wouldn't...I wouldn't convert unless I had a disclaimer to the effect that a no reverse split would take place until fully compensated.
Do you suppose now a reverse split is probable?
One more and hold on!
Sandy Winick towards the end of May secured a cessation of the debenture for 1 1/2 years...before numerous avenues could be exercised upon the balance of the debenture. One of those avenues is to continue converting the balance of the debenture.
Therefore a disclaimer seems like the only way a CD holder would go forward with a conversion option, especially when deciding to allow an 18 month cessation....eh?
I do not believe there would be a reverse split...it is counter first of all, to the buy back, to his January 2006 PR of not considering a reverse split, to CD conversion, and to his own $41,000.00 investment at $.0205.
Can it happen? Of course it can, is it probable? I personally do not think so and at least not before $.0205.
