The track record is about a two tick drop. I will just go with persistance and say close of 31. The LOD will be 29. All this just brings the RSI closer and closer to oversold. Notice how hard it now is to bring it down. Volume is going lower and lower each time. The only way to bring volume back is to bring the pps up. Look back at the last couple of weeks data and the only volume stand outs are on the up days. The spring is really getting wound tight.

If it makes the twoies, I am buying more myself.

They will not close it lower today. They want a buy confirmed on this puppy and the only way to do that is to close on an uptick above previous open. With that said.. Look for a close at or above .0039

so a possible break in the trend? would be nice, bring in more buyers to raise the volume. we've all seen what higher volume does to this puppy.

Jason,

We're in KS as well. Presently, we buy our Rush products at Nature's Pantry when we're in that neck of the woods. It's located in Independace, MO., just outside KC. http://www.pantry.biz/ [Cool]

Oh by the way I called the whole foods store here in kansas. They are going to call me this week to see if they can order Rush for me. Ill keep you up on the progress

Watch for a W to form on the charts in the 20's. If it does, that will be a good sign. PR along with good consolidation will be a big push.

Just to keep it "Real". We all need to be aware that the market as a whole has been tanking since around May 10th. Went throught this back in 2000 - 2002. Should have bailed sooner, but stuck for now.

I don't beleive Rush would have sunk this low if it hadn't been for the informed / experienced who left the building when the writing was on the wall. That said, we need the market as a whole to turn around and see money in general coming back in, before we're going to see a lot of improvement here or in most of the other stocks, even despite an awesome PR. Possible good economic news expected this week could do it. If it's bad ???? Just my opinion. [Confused]

Time2drum,

I agree, normally you dont see a correlation between the market as a whole and the pinks, but looking at the charts it is obvious to me that the low numbers I am seeing across the board are a direct reflection of the overall market

I dont believe this is going to be as bad as the 2000-2002, but you are right, most of the money has pulled out to wait for the market to turn around. This lack of volume in the market has allowed the prices to fall. I am taking the time to average down and buy low.

The market has been in a steady uptrend for the past...almost 3 years. a correction is healthy. So everyone sweating it out woudering when they are going to see a green day, just hang in there. The market will correct itself and we will be back on track in a few weeks.

Hello Stockholders!!

I spoke to a fellow named Alex at RSHN this morning about various things, with the main one being a deal with the Kroger food chain. He told me they had been down to Cincinnati last year to speak with them and that their concerns dealt with RSHN being able to stock their stores without delay.

Enter Michael Lynch and his investment group. He told me that with Lynchs financial backing and the aquiring of the brewery in Wisconson, they can now meet and maintain the levels Kroger requirers from their vendors. He said they will be meeting again in the comming months (summer) to sign a deal that would includ RSHN products in the new Organic/Natural Foods section to their stores that is currently being developed.

Now I sold all of my stock at .0059 and just hopped it back in at .0032 which finally got filled, so lets get this puppy going again. My last ride was from .0004 to a penny then back to .0059 kickin myself the entire way down. I think theres something brewin and its not just beer now......its also lots of RSHN.

Im thinking this has seen bottom and now we go up. I'm a novice at stock speculation, however, my last venture into this did really well and I believe it will again really soon. Just a hunch and I hope Im correct.

GO RSHN and GLTA!!!!!!!

Chris

Sorry chklingon, he didnt mention it at all but he was busy answering calls and I could hear people in the back ground who sounded like they were busy as well.

I know one thing for sure!!!! Anyone who is in this stock at the current price is a part of a money making machine!!! This thing is going to go through the roof once they have a solid customer base and they get more commonly known throughout the consumer market, both of which are happening now with the infusion of money from Lynchs Group.

Its nice to be on a winning team.

GO RSHN!!!!!!!!!

Ok a few things I got out of the phone call. 1)Something is happening with the Mexico deal 2) The deal with Shaw's is just about wrapped up and 3) New can Design with American Flag on it will be in a PR as well, sometime very soon!!

As you all know I am working on having my deal for European Distribution of e-water. I can tell you from my side that I have submitted a proposal for My company Mondial Research to pay the license fee. Our staff toxicologist has done studies on the water and fulvic acid content and we are more than satisfied from a medical stand point. We have two bottlers here in Europe that included in part of our deal direct distribution to their retail channels. I can say that the numbers to Rush Beverages is approx. $2.5M in the first year. I am waiting for then to accept the deal.

WOW go Robbie. I hope you get the deal in Europe!

Cans, now that is great news.

Not bashing.... Can they really handle all this explosion of product, both on making it and on delivering it?

Well good thing is this. With the brewery in WI they can handle the volume. With the e-water it is licensed.(You get the recipe and then you make and bottle it yourself) It is still sold under the rushnet inc name.

They can handle it and they have the money for inventory.

No,it is not insider info as My position has already been disclosed that I own RSHN. I am not planning on selling anytime soon either. Insider info is when a company employee leaks info of what is happening before the company releases the info to shareholders and then those who recieve the info profit unfairly by front loading the stock. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. I do not work for RushNet Inc.
