Yup, me too. Just got back and they dropped back for my .0032 but wouldn't fill at 31. I'll be surprised if we don't get news this week that makes us all feel better about this company.

plni, We are in St Pete Fl. The closest place to buy Rush products, that I have found, is Whole Foods Market (941)955-8500, in Sarasoto. You might want to call first their supply usually don't last long. We are going to speak with the managers at Publix, they have a large natural foods section, as well as our other local grocers.

Thanks to Robbie English for getting the Board restarted..!!!
I just saw a post someplace that RSHN has cut a deal with Gold's Gym out of California. I think that Gold's have bought a lot of the old Vic Tanny's exercise joints, most of which had 'juice bars', and sports sales shops included.

Road warriors and overtime grinders are what make this country great, but it sure is nice when you can sit back and make money with your brains and money instead. 'Beende're - Dundat', this is a lot more fun.
Good luck..!!!

Soft-Drink Makers Changing Recipes After FDA Tests Find Benzene
May 20 (Bloomberg) -- Soft-drink makers including Safeway Inc. are reformulating soda recipes after U.S. regulators said amounts of the cancer-causing chemical benzene found in five of 89 beverages tested exceeded allowable levels for drinking water.
Levels as high as 79.2 parts per billion were found in some of the sodas tested by the Food and Drug Administration in the past month, compared with federal rules specifying less than 5 parts per billion in drinking water. There is no legal limit on benzene in beverages other than water.
While the levels ``are low and not a health risk, they are avoidable,'' said Laura Tarantino, director of FDA's Office of Food Additive Safety, in a conference call with reporters late yesterday. ``We insist that everyone should be doing everything they can to avoid the formation of benzene.''
Animal testing has found that repeated exposures to benzene levels above 80 parts per million -- 1,000 times higher than the highest level the FDA found -- causes rapid destruction of bone marrow and various blood diseases. Public health would be best protected by keeping benzene levels below 0.15 part per billion, according to a scientific paper published by the state of California in 2001.
``It's 15 years too late,'' said Richard Wiles, senior vice president of the Environmental Working Group, a Washington-based advocacy organization that recently pressured the FDA to eliminate benzene from drinks. Testing in 1990 first revealed that some diet soft drinks may contain benzene.
The testing and recipe changes are ``a good start,'' he said.
Vitamin C Reaction
Benzene can form in drinks when vitamin C or a similar acid reacts with benzoates, chemicals that are used as preservatives and are naturally present in cranberry juice, the FDA said on its Web site.
Makers of the drinks are changing their recipes after the FDA contacted them about the benzene levels, Tarantino said. The reformulated drinks are Pineapple Crush, Safeway Select Diet Orange, Giant Light Cranberry Juice Cocktail, Crystal Light Sunrise Classic Orange and AquaCal Strawberry Flavored Water Beverage, she said.
Safeway changed its recipe in April, prior to the FDA contacting the company, spokeswoman Teena Massingill said. ``It's been a concern within the beverage industry, so we evaluated all of our soft drinks and found that we needed to reformulate that one,'' she said in a telephone interview yesterday.
Attempts to contact Kraft Foods Inc., maker of Crystal Light; Cadbury Schweppes Plc, maker of Crush; and Meridian Beverage Co., maker of AquaCal, after business hours were unsuccessful.
Detectable Levels
Most of the drinks tested, 54 of 84, had at least some detectable benzene. Tarantino said that even when the highest levels were found, such as the 79.2 parts per billion found in the Safeway Select Diet Orange drink, there was no health threat, as it was unlikely that people would drink very much of it.
A wide range of benzene concentrations was found in different lots and batches of the same drink. That might be the result of different amounts of heat exposure, Tarantino said.
``It should be that even under abuse conditions you shouldn't get elevated levels of benzene,'' Tarantino said. She said the agency is working with trade organizations to ensure that drink makers change their recipes to eliminate the chance of benzene creation.
Ref: Benzene: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benzene Benzene, also known as C6H6, PhH, and benzol, is an organic chemical compound that is a colorless and flammable liquid with a pleasant, sweet smell. Benzene is a known carcinogen. Benzene is no longer used as an additive in gasoline but it is an important industrial solvent and precursor in the production of drugs, plastics, synthetic rubber, and dyes. Benzene is a natural constituent of crude oil, but it is usually synthesized from other compounds present in petroleum. Benzene is an aromatic hydrocarbon, and the second [n]-annulene ([6]-annulene).

Hey Chrispy, great to see ya back. All we need now is donni back. If he has any money left.
Charts are showing consolidation. Two candles up, two down. One white, one black, two red. Looking at the OHLC bars also showing indecision. This is a good sign, the drop is slowing. Unless the MM's decide they want more cheap shares, I am thinking we may trade sideways. One of my new test says we go up tomorrow. Lets hope this one works just as the last one failed.

I was looking back on the history of threads related to this stock and I was thinking how amazing it is that there has been so much interest and yet there is still an amazing buying opportunity at the sub-penney level. It is as if we have been standing on the brink of a volcano that has consistenlty gotten us excited over its rumblings, but yet we have not seen anything of its true powers. I see no way that this doesn't bust open very soon. How can the pps stay so low when the product is sitting on the shelves of grocery stores across the country? I still say that this is as close as you get to a sure buy in the trading world. JMO
Newbies that stumble upon this monster right now are quite fortunate.

I see that several investors have talked to the CEO can anyone tell me when they are planning on a pr. with some good information on contracts even if they are tentative contracts, i don't think most of us want to see advertising pr's unless they are part just of a pr. with some clout that will help the pps.

Well I tasted my first Ginseng Rush beverage. I would describe the taste as a mix between rootbeer and Dr. Brown's cream soda with a hint of herbs. I liked the fact that it was NOT overly sweet (like the run of the mill beverages), just a natural, light sweetness and no aftertaste whatsoever. While drinking, it felt "light and tingling" on the tongue. After getting used to the taste it has a tendency to "grow on you".
So, here's my slogan:
I'm having a Crush on Rush - Do you??

Looking for a couple of things chart wise today. We need to break or reach 40. The black candle from yesterday was still a bullish signal. Looks like a real battle so far just before opening. No gap showing yet, and the buyers want in bad just below close. This should be fun today. Still think we will close up again, which will send the AB site to confirmed buy. That will help draw in some more money. If we could just get a bit of rally started and THEN get a good PR, we could really get going agin. Watch the MM's try to drop it to get some more people on board.
