I would definitely buy more myself, but I'm up to 1.5M in XKEM (all my available funds). I really like the sound of the Vegas party. My last trip there I got married, since divorced. It's party time now.

The reason for the Frankfurt listing is that he will be entering into an agreement with some German venture capitalist. The stock has not yet started trading on Frankfurt and he assures me that there is no shorting from there. He does not believe that shorting is a problem with this stock (when is the last time you heard a CEO say it is NOT a problem...lol)
They are in the final stages with the China deal but they are being cautious because they are laying out $2 million (he added that they have the cash and are ready to move). I asked if he anticipates the deal being wrapped within a month and he said he hopes to have it done much earlier than that but would not give an estimated date.
The joint venture on Red Lake is progressing and they are nearing completion.
He mentioned that there are some large European investors who are accumulating shares on the open market today ;-) He anticipates more of it.
He promised (again) that insiders are not selling.
I mentioned my call to the TA yesterday and that the TA reported the OS at 300mil. He said that of the 300 mil, 25mil shares are going to be returned from a previous deal which puts the OS at 275 (which he has always stated). The float has not changed.
I guess that sums it up.
On a personal note, this guy is very upfront and matter-of-fact. He seems to have no problem in telling it how it is and based on my previous conversations, he tells you if there are inside shares being sold. So far, I have no reason to doubt his word.

Some good news would be good for the soul. All my money's been tied up in medium-term bets and while it's early yet, so far they've done nothing but drop--my portfolio's lost 40% in the last week of trading.
I only have a few thousand shares of this, but still, to paraphrase Gordon Gecko, "green is good"

1. There is "no" diluting. He has 100 mil shares and is not going to or plan on selling any of them. 2. China deal is still on track. Paperwork. 3. He did mention a possible "takeover". Anyone know what this will do to the pps? If so let us know. 4. EQBM is eligible to trade on the Frankfurt Exchange but are currently not. Will be soon. 5. Thinks MM"s Driving It Down To Get Cheapies

I have talked to the CEO about 5 times in the last month. Just my opinion but he seems to be a straight shooter. A few of my calls unfortunately have been nuisance calls because I wanted clarification after I read some things on this Board. I think some on this board are doing a disservice to others here by possibly twisting the CEO's words? Before I could even tell the CEO why I called today he blurted out that there was NO buyout! Whoever started that caused some extra grief and is causing this Board to get a bad rap with the CEO IMO. He stated for the fourth time to me that they are going after Joint Ventures so as to NOT dilute, and there is no intention as of now of selling the company. I was actually concerned about the company being sold as I think it will be worth more as a standalone. Furthermore he seems to be getting very sick of having to answer the questions about Dilution. He told me he has 100,000,000 shares of his own that he has locked in his Brief Case. He has way more money, time, and resources invested in this company than anyone here. I have a fair amount invested in this company but my ownership is peanuts compared to his investment.
I am excited about the Projects he has informed me about. They are the ones that have been discussed here quite a bit. I also have heard some of the names that are lining up as the investors as part of these joint venutures and there were some impressive names. The one thing that I have liked about this CEO is he seems to be more concerned with driving the business, and not so worried about day to day stock fluctuations. His main goal seems to be getting the Gold out of the ground and starting to churn out the Revenues and Profits like a real thriving business would. I don't think the shares being sold recently are from new dilution. There could be some shorting going on, but I think more than anything it is some daytraders playing games with the stock, and some MM's doing their tricks to shake out the weak. As said before I have decided to add when there have been the excessive drops. I want more shares, and if whoever is playing the games want to continue then I will be grateful short term. In due time this stock should run in my opinion. I look at a stock like Paramount Gold and think this one has similar Market Cap potential when everything clicks. Paramount has a Market Cap of about $90M while EQBM has a Market Cap of about $4M to $5M right now.
Sorry for the length. My post is not meant to get others to buy. In fact, I will be quite happy if some of you continue to try to daytrade and spook others. I am looking to buy some additional really cheap shares if the opportunity presents itself. I also want to close with a special thank you to the many excellent posters that have been posting exactly what the CEO is really saying. If anyone talks to Larry they will know right off the bat who is telling the truth on this Board. My hope is this Board can be a real asset to those looking to take a position in this company in the future. The more accurate the information then all the better. No need for any extra hype, and no need for any extra twisting either. Sorry for the intrusion. Carry on.

Amazing the games the MM's play with this one. I have been in and out of this for quite a while and they have never once let it run since it went from .007 to .02 a while back. Is Shakerzzz in this one yet or is he getting in tomorrow? Man I figured with his volume this thing would absolutley explode EOD. He must already be in, that's why the volume shot up to it's highest level ever today. With this much volume man this thing should be at .10 right now.

Shakerzz is very aware of EQBM now along with alot of other big posters. This stock has been the talk of some very good message board sites and people are loading the boat.
Most agree that this is headed to .05 and then .10.
Im pretty sure Shakerzz is in because he posted a few times using EQBM.
This stock is gonna go. I loaded the boat at .012-13.

Last week it had a low level risk now it's none. I just posted because I think people are missing out on a steal at these prices bu looking for just the runners and maybe seeing REUTERS attached will gain their interest.
