Green Demon: an earlier PR said that for each 50 shares of EQBM you hold, you will receive a divy of 1 share of SOMA and an option (or warrant) to buy second one at .78. Under this PR, that option would expire on January 11. It looks like they've added a second option of one share that expires on February 10.
Right now they are saying these shares will be restricted for 4 months, but they are holding out the possibility that they will lift restrictions early.

Soma will be listed on the Frankfurt within the next few days. Larry has learned what it takes to get it trading ASAP because of the education he just went thru with EQBM there. Dalian should get finished up very soon imo. EQBM will get a piece and so will Soma from what I hear. There will be some prs coming that will clarify this for all of us. I still have alot of questions to get answered myself and am looking forward to how this all plays out.
One thing I do believe, there is a massive short position and if they don't cover soon, they will be buying Soma shares and covering the warrants. And guess what, Soma is only going to be trading on the Frankfurt so they will have to go there and buy them on the open market. Pay the price now or pay much more later, either way we win.

I think everyone's waiting. I've bought all I can buy. Expecting 1 or 2 big PRs and big movement next week.
That last PR was a great set up, but it's dependant on other factors to have full meaning and those factors haven't materialized yet. THis stock will really move when SOMPF is trading and has value--which may happen as early as this coming week.

When I talked to Larry yesterday, I asked him what many have asked here. Why should I hold EQBM after the ex date if Soma is where the assetts are going? He said EQBM will get its share of the value and that he has 100 million reasons to make EQBM very valuable and only 10 million shares of Soma. I said "10 mil of Soma at $5 beats the heck out of 100 mil of EQBM at a penny". His reply was "Not when EQBM is at .50". So it sounds like he is bullish on EQBM. I know those figures are easy to throw around but with these pennies you just never know. Dalian added, Red Lake JV moving forward, Ecuador is still in the picture, and with EQBM moving up in value, trading on the Frankfurt would be icing on the cake for us. Do the DD and do what is best for you.

I did talk to Larry over the weekend. I hate bothering him as personal time is valuable for all of us, but I did track him down. I asked a few questions and kept it to that.
Regarding Soma, he is mentioning $5/share as where he sees it trading at from the beginning. Whether this is where the price gets to, or whether it goes higher or lower is all conjecture until it actually comes out IMO. I do like the sounds of $5 as a starting point and hope they promote it from there in frankfurt. Just relaying where Larry thinks it will come out at as of this weekend. If it comes out at $5 per share then the Dividend is worth $.10 from my calculation. The two Warrants will be in the money but I don't know if those exact prices are set in stone yet. I would think Larry would want to make the Warrants very attractive to get as many longs to exercise as possible.
He says everything is on track.
I did ask him about EQBM's value and he repeated what he has said to others and that is he has over 100 millions reasons (read his own personal shares) to get EQBM up as high as possible, and he can care less what others think it will do. He said he is focused on the business at hand and executing. He repeated again that he has 100 million reasons to get EQBM way up and that is his own intention to do so. He said everyone else can buy, sell, moan, groan, or yell hoo-ray, he is going full speed ahead. He said the Some Dividend alone is worth $.10 (assuming he was referring to the $5 SOMA Dividend if that is what it trades at) to all EQBM shareholders not counting everything else, and he said if that doesn't make us happy then so be it.
Just as I was ready to ask additional questions I heard a family member asking him questions and he had to go.
Now, take this for what it is worth. I had more questions in mind but he also does have a personal life so I appreciated the few minutes I did get.

For everyone who's following this stock, I recommend you go Monday morning to this site.
As most of you know, EQBM gave dividneds of shares and warrants to purchase shares of SOMA Petroleum. SOMA begins trading in Frankfurt Monday morning, Frankfurt time. Which means there will be almost a full day of trading by the time most of us wake up.
The bid/ask is 2.90/3.03 euros or about .08 per share of EQBM based on the dividend. Because of the way EQBM and SOMA are tied together, it would be very good news for EQBM holders if SOMA trades in that range (EQBM closed Friday at .011).
Keep an eye on it even if you didn't get the dividend.

The paydate is Friday. Depending on your broker, you should see them anytime between Friday and next Tuesday or Wednesday. You shouldn't have to do anything, but if they don't show up, contact your broker to find out why.
As for what we expect next, we expect news of something tangible so that our decisions can be based on more than just "Larry is working on..."

Ouch just noticed the tape was painted yesterday at EOD for 30% and no shares traded today except a 30% dive trade & 30% return to paint level traded, today!
Can you say corruption & manipulation??? LOL
Daily volumes seem to indicated retail bored, with accumulation continuing. So who has been creating all the buy pressure at price lows & has the power to stop trading for a complete day?
The company PR story & cycle is dead, the bag holders are hoping for months old business execution to occur, & the stock is thought to have a major naked short position, with the company actually listing itself on the worlds one place to hide naked short shares!
Put all this together and see if you can see the big guys move here. Will insiders & M&Ms make money with a profit run or do you think the insiders & M&Ms are prepping for a cover & we're gone, for the stock & company end? Like LFWK/SLJB?
I'm Leaning towards profit run. Insiders just did a PR story change, with share restructuring ploy and set up any friendly M&M, with the German exchange opening, to hide continued naked shorting.
It's on my top watch list for now! Something big is about to happen. IMO
No shares traded today, because retail did not want to buy high, & M&Ms would not sell a share, unless they got the .009 they wanted! All this stock needs is a couple buy orders at .009 tomorrow and the game is started! Because they diffently said, this is MY stock, the last 2 days. LOL
If nothing else happens. It's worth a watch to see the level of strength & control, the big guys actually have over this stock.
I see "it's my way or NO way" from the big guys, in the last days of trading. Results will be interesting to see. Will retail give up trying to re-enter low and go with the manipulation? Does the company have an execution PR on the desk, waiting for the run to time release?
Is the no trade day, a set up to cover all naked shorting, before M&Ms leave this stock alone. After all it's been 9 months of walkdown & daily volumes have not been consistant enough to warrant volume fees to keep their interest around. With a very stalled PR story.
The end of this week should be interesting.

Believe him or not. That is your decision. I will say the talk and promises have to end, and signed deals and Frankfurt action need to actually start. It is better than a stick in the eye, but not as good as an actual signed contract and SOMA actually trading in Frankfurt. We will see. Continuing to hold out hope.
