Hi folks I just got off the phone with the President of EQBM. He stated I could post this information if I wanted.
Within 10 business days we should be seeing some news on different deals and progress that are in the works right now.
The O/S is still 275 million and the float is around 30 million or so. Also, some real good news....the insiders hold 80% of the O/S and it is restricted under rule 144. So their shares wont be unrestricted until sometime late next year. No Dilution is taking place. That came straight from his mouth. They are not focused, at this time, on moving to the OTCBB he said all their focus is in Europe and he also said the majority of buying that is going on right now is from Europe because something big is about to happen over there. That is all he said.
One other thing he said a new quarter of financials will be coming out soon on www.pinksheets.com

so let me gets this straight, we have a deal to acquire China assests that produce revenue of 19 million, mines in Ecuador PRODUCING ??? REVENUE, projects in Canada with proven resources banking thru a mjor player in DB with no dilution i believe the CEO told me that they will be putting out their filings shortly and a low float in tight hands all for a .03 this will do a triple AURC MARK IT

EQBM is going to be doing a hard mailer, a 5 or 6 page color brochure about the stock. it's going to go out to 1.8M people in north america and europe. fasten your seatbelt.
i believe the company in charge of the mailer is the same one who did RSPG's recently. that stock is trading now for $1.25.
again, i have to say i like what i'm hearing from this company.

EQBM has a mine in ecudaor and it's called the minana mine. back in the 1950s it was owned by an american company, SADCO, but due to political issues they backed out and a local company, CIMA, took over in 1980. EQBM is doing a joint venture with this ecuadoran group now. they've given them 30M restricted shares, locked up until 2008.
the mine PRODUCES 16 kilos of gold per month, and is sold in a nearby town, guayaquil. we've only got 2 of 19 levels of minanca operational now, and deustche bank has pledged 1M to close the deal, and all the capital EQBM will need thereafter to run the mine. they have given us an advance against production! pretty sweet, eh? this means no dilution!
the local ecuadorans who are JVing with EQBM are apparently tied in with the local government and everyone is quite happy with the arrangement. EQBM brings the cash, they have the gold, and it is making its way to market... every month.

Per EQBM TA, the OS is approximately (within 1 million) 300million shares. He noted that there has been no change in the OS for awhile and that the company has not asked for a OS update for awhile. He assumes that the 275mil figure quoted by the CEO was most likely his best 'guest-imate.' Unfortunately, the TA (per their own policy) would not release restricted info.
In addition, he says they been getting alot of calls re EQBM but he had no idea why. I told him because it was a gold stock trading for a couple of pennies and they have some positive stuff going on. He replied, "Oh." Maybe he'll become a shareholder...lol

Approximate annual yield at the China site: 5 million ounces Conservative price per ounce at $600 Annual yield (revnue) is $3,000,000,000
Might be undervalued at these levels ;-)

I'm in both CobyCo1 do the same if you can. I'm not worried about this one. News is on the way this week. I still like this one very much haven't sold any all I've done is buy more. So I'm not going anywhere.
