I asked Larry via E-Mail to put out a PR detailing the share counts. List Outstanding shares, Restricted share counts, Preferred share counts, and what the actual Tradeable Float is.
On that note, the share counts will be seen once the next Financial Statement is released, but it would be very nice to see this in a PR and put this whole discussion to rest.
My personal opinion if Larry is telling the truth about share counts is there is a whole lot of shorting going on with this stock. It is true that Hedge Funds do go after Small Market cap companies during these sorts of downtrends and EQBM appears to be one of many that have seen these sorts of dips. Look at MGGV, PGDP, and numerous other mining stocks if you want a look at other small mining companies, or else take you pick of other smaller Market Cap stocks and look at their charts over the last two months. One hot stock, RMBS, has taken a beating over the last few months in spite of really good news. Sometimes one has to look beyond a single stock to the overall sector and market to get a feel if it is something company specific, or more market in general related.
It is just my opinion and nothing else, but I think the current battle with this stock is with the MM and those who might be shorting here versus the daytraders. The battle is whose resolve is tougher IMO. If the impatient daytraders fold then the Shorts will have opportunities to cover at cheap prices. If the daytraders outlast the MM's and some newer buyers come into the stock then there could be some good short covering if that is indeed what has been happening. A PR from Larry that would show the Tradeable float is still small and one which shows overall share count is not increasing much and dilution is a non-starter could be the catalyst to turn the tide on stock action. What would be extra nice is for the overall market to rebound and mining stocks to start recovering at same time as well.

JUICE, I'm game, do you mind giving a short primer? I know what I suspect is going on, but I don't have much in the way of evidence (I'm assuming my annoyance isn't evidence and I'm assuming UBSS's perpetual perch upon the lowest ask isn't evidence either).
Can we just say we think there's shorting and other games and leave it to the investigators to do the rest?

Another place is the SEC site. You can file a complaint online or send an email to enforcement*sec.gov . I talked to a lawyer from the SEC and she said to document everything as detailed as possible and that this is the type of activity they are looking for. I filed a complaint online and sent an email. I encourage all here to do the same.
