fyi, what's-his-pizzle been back a few times this weekend, apparently thinking he can post as though he's not under the gun to produce sources or a rationale for his claims....
If that happens during the week, I may not be here (service calls coming up), so I'd appreciate it if you guys would report it, using the little "whistle" icon/link...

Hopefully Larry does not mind me sharing this. I asked him about increased shares and how they might be used (projects ie), and about status of projects ready to close and be announced? Most of my questioning though was around the projects and final status. Here is what I just got back via e-Mail. Read into it however you want. Again for those who did not see it before, I have no connections to Larry or this company other than being an investor here for about the last month.

Okay folks just got off the phone with Larry and he gave me permission to post a few things. Here goes:
• The 60 million shares are restricted under rule 144. He stated something else about splitting the share structure only on the inside shares not our shares, but didn’t quite get all of the information. I will wait till that is officially released. • There will be some finalizations of the deals, he stated the Red Lake was in the hands of the lawyers right now 20 pages worth and he said he would post some numbers, now I can’t tell you if that will be on this PR or another one but numbers will be posted. • Also financials will be released for the whole year on www.pinksheets.com no later than July 15th. • Last thing he would like all non daytraders to email to this address: EQBMPR*yahoo.com to register their shares and get there shares on the NOBO list. This will help them identify the shorters if any. They are really attacking this shorting and I am not for sure if they are going to post the NOBO and OBO but that would be cool if they did.
I am still holding and after talking with Larry feel much more comfortable about this company. Rumors get started and its determental to the company and its share price, but please guys I can tell Larry is getting pissed because people keep bothering him. He has more serious work to do like run a company and get our PPS where we want it. Good luck to all that is holding. By the way he said he was going to China next week. The PR should be released Tuesday or Wednesday per Larry.

Had an iffy cell phone connection on my end so had to keep conversation brief overall. We discused a few different things before the cell connection broke up:
1. Larry said the new 60M shares are not for ongoing costs, but rather for Capital outlays.
2. He said that most likely the 60M, and possibly 70M overall of shares were being converted to Preferred status. I asked him what that means and he said the shares are taking out of the OS totals, but do give extra voting and control rights for the company. If I understood correctly the shares are restricted for selling purposes until down the road. My understanding from past conversations were that many of Larry's shares and other top officials of the company were restricted and not able to be sold for a year or more. someone else can confirm that though. Total OS from what he told me was still going to be around 300M even after these recent Capital Outlay shares are added as Preferred. All of this was my understanding though and it will be verifed for sure when the Financial statements are done in the next month which he also said would be done.
3. They have some people flying out to Ecuador tonight.
4. Feels good that various Projects are moving forward and finishing up.
5. Red Lake has all of the JV work about wrapped up. Sounded to me like a Canadian company will be the partner here. I am excited about what will be announced with this project.
Finally, he said a PR would be coming out later this week that would give updates to the Projects. I do think the daytraders that have intentions of sticking around here for only a "gnat's minute" are wearing him thin.
Lets see what the PR has to say later this week. Additionally, the Financial Statements will also give exact numbers for share ownership when they come out as well.
My opinions and take on my convesation with Larry. If you do not trust this info, then call him yourself and verify it for accuracy sake

We need a web site utilizing flash...pictures of gleaming GOLD....vats of liquid gold pouring out with bright golden spraying sparkles falling over everything....bright gleaming golden ingots quickly being whisked away.... Add to that 3 plus PR's a day expounding upon all the gold they're going to remove from their wise procurements. Maybe even additional divi's being doled out to investors. Hey, that way you get all kinds of traders jumping into the stock, sending the PPS way up....then you never even have to actually dig up any gold! Just MHO....lol
