Has anyone seen the L2's this morning, UBS has an ask in for 2000.00 (yes, that's 2,000 (dollars not penny's))...I think I would die if the pps went to that.

Between the IHUB and Allstocks board, I have tallied 51 investors with 44.4 million shares. There are 2 of the 51 that did not post directly but others stated what they thought they had. Excluding those 2 we have 49 investors with 33.3 million.

Here's the list. If you want to be included, let me know.

First Guardian Financial Corporation President & CEO Will Buy on the Open Market Shares for His Personal Portfolio

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--Sept. 6, 2006--
First Guardian Financial Corporations (Pink Sheets:FGFC)
President & CEO Abraham Rosenman announced today that he will purchase
up to 15 Million Common Shares on the open market for his personal
portfolio.
Mr. Rosenman's purchase of shares on the open market is above and
beyond the company's previously announced and on going share buyback
program.
"I am completely confident in the progress and direction of the
company and as I have previously stated it is our objective to have
the least amount of shares in the float/market as possible as we
strive towards our stated goal of becoming a fully reporting company.
I believe if your company is fairly valued or undervalued, why not buy
your own stock as it shows confidence and commitment in the future of
the company." Said Mr. Rosenman President & CEO

If Abe buys back 15 million for himself, the tradeable float could drop below 20 million. I really think they are setting this up to be huge, I'm holding my shares at least a year. Anyone who has 300K to invest in his own company wants a pretty big return, that's for sure.

I wish I could go to a deserted isle for a year and come back and see my portfolio, lol.

Good point, if the CEO is willing to invest 300K in this company, he must know it is going to go up big in the near future, once they release the information he has (i.e. financials) FGFC will have its big run.

First Guardian Financial Corporation Tenders Required Second Deposit for Land Acquisition in Canada
Friday September 8, 8:48 am ET

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 8, 2006--First Guardian Financial Corporation (Pink Sheets: FGFC - News) today announced that in accordance with the terms of its contract to acquire 50 acres of land in Woodstock Ontario, Canada it has placed in escrow with the sellers agent the required second deposit, with a scheduled closing date of on or before December 7, 2006.

The 50 acre parcel is located in Woodstock Ontario, Canada (www.city.woodstock.on.ca) within approximately 750 feet of the New Toyota Motor Company Plant being constructed, which is scheduled to be in production by 2008. The company is in the process of evaluating the best use for the property by either developing it or just holding and reselling it; the company has received some interest from developers and one offer for a significant premium over the cost already.

"We are extremely excited regarding the acquisition of this parcel of land as the company believes that the development/use potential will result in a very profitable project for the company," said Abraham Rosenman President First Guardian Financial Corporation. Mr. Rosenman also added that "this is the first project for the company outside the United States and that company executives have been reviewing other real estate projects in the Canadian market."

About First Guardian Financial Corporation:

The company is a Financial Holding Company currently providing Commercial Real Estate Financing & Invests for its own portfolio in small to mid sized businesses. Its primary goal is to provide short term financing within the commercial real estate market and invest and or provide secured short term financing to businesses either in the start up stage or growth stage throughout the United States.
