Has anyone seen the L2's this morning, UBS has an ask in for 2000.00 (yes, that's 2,000 (dollars not penny's))...I think I would die if the pps went to that.

thats strange this morning when i was at home and went to buysellmerge.com i was able to navigate a fully running site... now its just that plant again saying coming soon... i know i'm not going nuts here!

Between the IHUB and Allstocks board, I have tallied 51 investors with 44.4 million shares. There are 2 of the 51 that did not post directly but others stated what they thought they had. Excluding those 2 we have 49 investors with 33.3 million.

this is very good news! after all is done the tradeable float will be 20 million shares, with a move to a higher exchange, financials and confirmation of the credit facility this should realy move! i can hardly wait!!

If Abe buys back 15 million for himself, the tradeable float could drop below 20 million. I really think they are setting this up to be huge, I'm holding my shares at least a year. Anyone who has 300K to invest in his own company wants a pretty big return, that's for sure.
I wish I could go to a deserted isle for a year and come back and see my portfolio, lol.

Good point, if the CEO is willing to invest 300K in this company, he must know it is going to go up big in the near future, once they release the information he has (i.e. financials) FGFC will have its big run.

First Guardian Financial Corporation Tenders Required Second Deposit for Land Acquisition in Canada Friday September 8, 8:48 am ET
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 8, 2006--First Guardian Financial Corporation (Pink Sheets: FGFC - News) today announced that in accordance with the terms of its contract to acquire 50 acres of land in Woodstock Ontario, Canada it has placed in escrow with the sellers agent the required second deposit, with a scheduled closing date of on or before December 7, 2006.
The 50 acre parcel is located in Woodstock Ontario, Canada (www.city.woodstock.on.ca) within approximately 750 feet of the New Toyota Motor Company Plant being constructed, which is scheduled to be in production by 2008.
