Not trying to question your take on it, but "The current offer to acquire the company's rights to said contract" says to me that they are basically buying the purchase contract. If it means that they are buying the land from FGFC at a price of $106,000/acre, they are almost doubling the price of something that FGFC has not even paid for yet

The current offer to acquire the company's rights to said contract is for $106.00 per acre for a total of $5,300,000 (Canadian), the company has twelve days (12) to review the offer and that process is under way at this time.

so which is the wrong number.price or total

if i ( or you ) were them i would exersize my right to buy the land for 3 million and sell the parcel the same day for 5.3 million. these kinds of deals do happen, it`s not all that unusual. buy for a bargain price sell for a profit.

Let's all hope that I am the one reading this incorrectly, that'd be quite nice to confirm a $2.6mm profit for them

Not too shabby, good news. You really have to think - when the float is 30 million, and Abe owns 15 million; why they hell would they do whatever they could to get this to $1 ? I mean with 5 million on a 30 million float you're already talking about a .16 pps. (5m/30m). Christ throw in the credit line...

The potential here if everything comes to fruition and these guys are legit is making my head spin.

Seems like Abe can make a hell of a lot more money buy 15m shares, producing results with FGFC, and selling them over $1 - than trying to trick a bunch of penny investors to buy stock at .01, lol.

I think this time next year many of us will be happy.

ALMOST TOUCHED .01 !

IF THE VOLUME DOESNT INCREASE SOON TWO THINGS CAN HAPPEN:

1) THEY SHAKE IT HARDER ON LOW VOLUME

2) BUYBACK WILL TAKE ALOT LONGER

UNEXPECTED UP DAY ! + 4 % IS BETTER THAN NEGATIVE !

GOOD JOB !

Dear Jim,

It was clearly a typo, we apologize for any misunderstanding that this may have caused, the correct number is $106,000 (one hundred and six thousand dollars) per acre.

We will be issuing a correction.

Kindest Regards,

Investor Relations

FGFC

Subject: P.R.?

Could we get some sort of clarification about the P.R. that was released yesterday? It is clearly stated that the land was purchased for $60,000 per acre and the offer is for $106.00 per acre. Clearly this is a huge loss and unimaginable. If the $106.00 was in thousands (as in $106,000.000) per acre, it should have been stated as so in the P.R. This detail is allowing some confusion between the investors.

Thank You For Your Time

Jim XXXXX
