I will make no bold predictions on FGFC, ahem RE: subject line of this thread, but green is good for me. Just want more green. Sooner is better than later.

No .... not afraid of the bark at all, but it does lead me to wonder about the bite. LOL
Lets just hope we close to our subject line some day.

tman, my husband, who is some percentage cajun has made chicken and sausage gumbo. We are too far inland to get the fresh seafood and it's just not the same with the frozen stuff, so we stick to the old land based animals.

Cotton used to keep a total share count by owners from this thread. I think we were near 97M. Other boards had similar numbers. At the time I think the float was 142M. If 4 or 5 sites held 300 to 350M shares, would this not indicate a heavy short condition? This was months ago, and if so, how would that shortage effect where we stand now with a PPS around .0045? Have the MM's gained enough shares at a much lower price to help compensate for a potential squeeze? Anyones thoughts.

Coby, I wouldnt put much stock in those numbers today. I would assume alot of those folks have sold and moved on.

With 1/3 of the float trading in one day last week I think alot of folks are just flipping shares making a few bucks.

I dont hold alot of faith in this right now. As I said in a post a few months ago on this thread, when they reduce the shares, and keep them reduced, show us audited financials, show where they are making a net profit and actually move to an exchange, then we may have a company that we can be glad we are a part of. Until then, this is just a pink stock.

Sally, my wife is from an area east of New Iberia and she makes some of the best shrimp gumbo you could ever eat. TMAN...

I was just playing with the calculator a bit.

Using the current PPS of .004 as a base, if they were to retire 100 million shares, that would leave 141,682,048 outstanding, or a 42% share reduction. That would equate to a share price of .0068 for the remaining 58%

If they were to reduce to 50 million as advertised that would be a 80% reduction from where we are now and would translate to .02 per share.

Now this is all using .004 as a starting point and we have been heavily manipulated down to this point. I have another way to look at it. FGFC advertised that they expect 7 million income at year end.

241,682,048 shares with 7 mil. income equates to .0289 per share.
At 141,682,048 shares with 7 mil. income we should have .0494 per share.
At 50,000,000 shares with 7 mil. income we should be at .14 per share.

I like the later of the three obviously but by my estimation, we should be trading at .02 minimum right now based on pure expectation.

BUYINS .NET: CREL, DXCM, TRIS, VSL, ARTD, FGFC Have Been Removed From Naked Short List Today

Nov 15, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- BUYINS .NET, www. buyins .net, announced

today that these select companies have been removed from the NASDAQ, AMEX and

NYSE naked short threshold list: Corel Corporation (NASDAQ: CREL), Dexcom Inc.

(NASDAQ: DXCM), Tri-S Security Corporation (NASDAQ: TRIS), Videsh Sanchar Nigam

Limited (NYSE: VSL), Artistdirect Inc (OTCBB: ARTD), First Guardian Financial

Corporation (OTC: FGFC). For a complete list of companies on the naked short

list please visit our web site. To find the SqueezeTrigger Price before a short

squeeze starts in any stock, go to www. buyins .net.

(edited out unrelated text)

First Guardian Financial Corporation (OTC: FGFC) is a Financial Holding Company

currently providing Commercial Real Estate Financing & Invests and provides

financing for its own portfolio in small to mid sized businesses nationally. Its

primary goal is to provide short term financing within the commercial real

estate market and invest and or provide secured short term financing to

businesses either in the start up stage or growth stage throughout the United

States. With 140.18 million shares outstanding and 164,507 shares declared short

as of Oct 2006, there is no longer a failure to deliver in shares of FGFC.

About BUYINS .NET

WWW. BUYINS .NET is a service designed to help bonafide shareholders of publicly

traded US companies fight naked short selling. Naked short selling is the

illegal act of short selling a stock when no affirmative determination has been

made to locate shares of the stock to hypothecate in connection with the short

sale. Buyins .net has built a proprietary database that uses Threshold list feeds

from NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE to generate detailed and useful information to combat

the naked short selling problem. For the first time, actual trade by trade data

is available to the public that shows the attempted size, actual size, price and

average value of short sales in stocks that have been shorted and naked shorted.

This information is valuable in determining the precise point at which short

sellers go out-of-the-money and start losing on their short and naked short

trades.

BUYINS .NET has built a massive database that collects, analyzes and publishes a

proprietary SqueezeTrigger for each stock that has been shorted,

www. buyins .net/squeezetrigger.pdf. The SqueezeTrigger database of nearly

1,050,000,000 short sale transactions goes back to January 1, 2005, and

calculates the exact price at which the Total Short Interest is short in each

stock. This data was never before available prior to January 1, 2005, because

the Self Regulatory Organizations (primary exchanges) guarded it aggressively.

After the SEC passed Regulation SHO, exchanges were forced to allow data

processors like ********** to access the data.

The SqueezeTrigger database collects individual short trade data on over 7,000

NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ stocks and general short trade data on nearly 8,000 OTCBB

and PINKSHEET stocks. Each month the database grows by approximately 50,000,000

short sale transactions and provides investors with the knowledge necessary to

time when to buy and sell stocks with outstanding short positions. By tracking

the size and price of each month's short transactions, BUYINS .NET provides

institutions, traders, analysts, journalists and individual investors the exact

price point where short sellers start losing money.

Thanks Cotton for the share update. I tried to call twice today but only got voice mail. Its hard to do when your working a turnaround. Thankfully this one is over for me and I will be headed to the GREAT STATE of TEXAS tomorrow. woohoo.

Sally, thanks for the Buyin update. What does that mean for us? I hope it means green. lol. BTW, I was working with a few guys from that neck of the woods here in Carson Ca. Some one put a Texas flag atop a heater stack one night and all the natives here were none to happy about it. I told them that the boys and girls from Texas and Louisiana had them out numbered 2 to 1 so they should just surrender and get it over with. lol. The flag was down the next day. lol. TMAN...

flipped some in last run, as i had a hunch it wasnt time..bought more at .004 today..
mm's should let this run soon.

SSGI backed off to .0044 all day and mm's behind them were all at .006..

charts are back to a bottom, looks like the last little vol run was a shake by mm's between panicks and the flips to get off SHO list. now may be when it really runs nice...

I hope that it means that the PPS was driven down by the MMs in an effort to cover. They seemed to have covered. Since we have been removed from the "significantly short" list, I would say it was time to move it back up to the sky and finally get our piece of the pie. I hope.

A nice PR would kick it up a notch.
