tman, do you think you are jumping the gun here? A/S probably hasnt been updated, and why pay 20 bucks for that? that info is everywhere. this may just be housekeeping, and time to iron out numbers, i'll take 80 million anyway. im sure company will iron this out. you have valid points. but dont think you are allowing enough time for solid answers here. charts, trading behavior.. recent investor attention, deserves more attention than what you are trying to iron out.

Tman states; "Thursday, after finding out from Dottie at Computershare that was the o/s for Thursday as well, she informed me that they had recieved a number of shares but would not tell me the amount."
What do you mean by "they recieved shares"? The TA was authorized to release more shares? The TA won't tell you what the A/S is? But they will report to you what the O/S is? Do you have the number to the TA off hand? Thanks

FGFC still has a large amount of shares that they have privately purchased back from Viyon management. FGFC has updated SOS Delaware to reflect this = 152 million.
FGFC has not retired these shares yet with their TA, hence the discrepancy between the two. The "100 million" that was retired this week was part of those Viyon management shares. None of the "buyback" shares from the public float have ben retired ...yet.

That's the vague thing. They only retired 80 million, while they promised (1) 100 million (2) buyback.
Could it be that the 80 million are not the ones they were going to retire as stated per PR, but are actual 'boughtback' shares ?
This all is confusing, together with the A/S that doesn't fit the bill.
As ot paying $20 dollar for the report : good someone did that.

10, The t/a told me they received shares. I have to assume from the company to retire. The TA to my knowledge has not released any shares. The outstanding share count went down 80mm from Thursday afternoon to Friday morning. I asked the TA what the a/s share count was and was told to contact the company which I did and have not recieved a response. The number to the ta has been posted. TMAN...

Cactus, where else are can you look for factual information regarding a company's a/s besides their website or Pinksheets? In the case of FGFC they are both off by 10mm shares. The only number in my opinion that counts is the sec state numbers. Thanks in advance TMAN...

With the volume...and the response that you have given me? I see know reason why the company can not issue a PR that they are buying back shares...and also selling them some into the market... the TA's give out the O/s and the A/S unless requested my the company to not do so..and that is not good..IMO..I will attempt to call the TA on Monday and see what I get told...Tman...I am not saying that you are telling untrueth...it's just that what you are being told doesn't add up...it is NOT you that I am questioning..

tman, i didnt mean to put you down for doing DD, Im just too cheap to pay 20 bucks for that, lol. sorry if it came off like that. I always try contact T/A directly, usually they will give you A/S.. and O/S. Im looking at this more like a chart play and one that is possibly short. Its getting a lot of attention out there so we shall see, personally i'm more positive about news from TA than negative at this point. at least they arent gagged.
If company isssss.. responsible directly for the "erratic trading behavior" of the stock, which they point out in prior pr, then all the while say they are looking at NOBO and pr'ing they are very concerned that someone is manipulating it to its short death.. well, then company leaders are sure taking us for one wild ride.lol
It really does not make sense for them to go that route if they were gonna do screw job imo. Maybe they are really retiring shares, buying back shares in an effort to reclaim a lot of their stock.. then make the shorts cover.. anything is possible, we shall see what pans out.
jmho, and good luck traders

10 of 13.. it is not great that TA wont give AS, a possible red flag, but we know the O/S, if the company is determined that stock is being manipulated for some reason. they might just be being tight lipped about A/S. as to not weaken their position further.. just a thought, still love the chart.. good luck.

10 and Cactus, no offense taken. My heart burn is the sec state has an a/s of 152mm and it has an o/s of 240+mm. My question from the get go is how can that be? When you call the TA tomorrow ask for Dottie. She is the one that I have spoken to. I will be calling as well to see if the share count went up after the bell Friday evening. TMAN...

charts look great for this week, I'm anticipating a PR concerning the share buyback and retirement and hopefully an update on the audited fins and move to the OTC, maybe even a BSM update. Lets keep eachother updated if the MMs continue their games on filling our orders

Folks, the manipulation is obvious. Think about it, last week we are trading in the .004-.005 range with 320m O/S now the share count has been reduced by 80mil. and we are still at .004. Shameful, just sad.
