I'm subscribed to it.
I'll have to contact Ameritrade, PITA

Loki...I subscribed to it and could not get L2 on DDSI either. I cancelled and this is the response that Ameritrade gave me...
"...Because of the nature of these securities, there is often low volume or trades are not reported on a timely basis or things such as quantity or time are left off of reported trades. This is problematic when trying to compile a quality quote, let alone quotes from multiple sources to make up Level II. Also, because these orders are done on a bulletin board system, there isn't a market maker out there with a standing bid or ask for these stocks. All we get is what the trade was recently executed at, and if there are other orders sitting out there on the bulletin board systems, like INET. When this information is available to TD Ameritrade, we display it in Streaming and Level II format. Usually, it's not even out there. Out of all the pink sheet stocks that are out there, pinksheets.com has a list of about 100 that are even set up to deliver this type of information."
